Avoid this rental company — not worth the headache.
I booked through a third-party site because the price was lower than other rental companies. After reserving, I uploaded my personal insurance info and later added third-party coverage. But when I arrived, I was told neither would be accepted for windshield or tire damage — only their in-house insurance was valid. I was pressured to sign a waiver or pay more.
The rental office felt unprofessional: a warehouse with chairs in the corner and loud, uncensored music videos playing. I was charged not only for the car and insurance, but also an additional deposit for “incidentals.”
Things got worse:
The car I reserved was no longer available
I was given a smaller car with no discount — just a promise to cover gas
The vehicle was dirty, smelled like smoke, and had visible damage
Interior was unclean and hadn’t been vacuumed
When I tried to return the car, I was told I’d receive no refund. The third-party site said they’d request a refund but couldn't guarantee it — and it could take up to 10 days.
Bottom line: Poor customer service, unclear policies, hidden fees, and dirty vehicles. I won’t rent from here again — and recommend others avoid it too.
