Nice but overpriced. Great location-- right on the shore, facing East to Lake Superior. Across the street you have Drury Lane Books next to World's Best Donuts, so your breakfast is steps away. Across a parking lot is the Cook County Co-op, so if you prefer to cook in your room's kitchenette (and you can!) then ingredients are easy to get.
My partner and I booked a studio here about a year or two ago. It was really very nice. We enjoyed the view, and we enjoyed being able to cook in the room. It took a bit before we got the murphy bed figured out, but that was fine eventually. And even in the studio rooms there's a tiny gas fireplace.
The downside is that you pay through the nose for all of that fabulousness. During the summer, a studio that doesn't even face the water is $129 per night.
They do have a website with lots of pictures and details:

I guess I'd say, if you come to Grand Marais for your honeymoon or your anniversary and want to wow your partner with the room, here's a place to do it. But if you're simply on vacation and want a spot to crash at night, there are other less expensive places available.
