Exceptional Service and Unbeatable Location! ​My stay at the East Beijing Hotel was absolutely amazing! The location is incredibly convenient, situated right next to a major shopping mall and a Metro station, making travel effortless. ​The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. ​What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. They do speak English and offered an extended level of helpfulness. The team even went above and beyond, leaving a personalized birthday cake and a thoughtful note in my room. ​Though this was a business trip, the level of comfort and service guarantees that I will absolutely go back again with my family. Highly recommended!

I've been to East Beijing many times now. It is close to my company's office. A few times I have had to stay elsewhere due to availability issues, but I much prefer East Beijing.||1. Rooms have always been comfortable and well equipped. This time I was in a differently formatted room in which I had to pass through the bathroom facilities to get into the sleep area. This not my favourite layout and next time I will be sure to check which room rate my company has chosen for me! One thing to note, it might not be obvious at first glance how well equipped the rooms are! I had to inform my colleagues that the mini bar was carefully hidden and reveal a bunch of useful ports and cables in a hidden drawer.|2. Breakfast. Huge selection of asian and western options. I'm very grateful that the layout does not change from visit to visit so I can easily find the things I like! The coffee station is excellent, although i noticed this time that there is a coffee machine - the barista made ones were much much better. I hope they do not remove that option!|3. Location is very good for my office, but it is also in the same complex as a very upmarket shopping mall. So up-market that it is painfully expensive for items (and I'm from the Nordics!) however, there is a wide variety of eating places and unlike my shopping experiences in other cities and malls, the staff do not chase you around the shops.|4. Facilities are excellent. The gym is well equipped and there is even a pool. The staff speak excellent English and are all professional and competent. I had to stay in three different cities on my last trip. I emailed all the hotels for some advice, only East Beijing bothered to reply (and within minutes) with the information I needed. Those other hotels were more expensive...||I've never had any problem sleeping in East Beijing, I've never heard any street noise and only sometimes noise from the corridor. Never from an adjacent room.

Beds are comfortable but “single bed” is a US full size so a bit short if you are tall. But they did a free upgrade for my very tall colleague as our company policy (we were traveling on business) requires the cheapest option. Hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable and features a buffet breakfast with some custom options (they will make you an omelet to order) and a fitness center with sufficient equipment so I never had to wait. Hotel is attached to a high end shopping mall so lots of places to explore if you have spare time. Some of the staff has good English and some will require Google translate. But they are friendly and will keep trying until they git it right.

This was my family’s second stay at EAST Hotel Beijing, and once again, it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were reminded of why we chose to come back. the hotel’s attention to detail, immaculate presentation, and warm service truly set it apart.||The rooms are spotless, beautifully designed, and so well thought out. Everything is organized to make your stay effortless and comfortable. The cleanliness and calm atmosphere gave us such peace of mind, and it really felt like a home away from home.||What stood out most this time was how the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were celebrating my partner’s birthday, and the team surprised us with such thoughtful touches that made the day so special. Jen was absolutely amazing her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests made us feel so welcome. Rebecca from the reservations team was also exceptional. From the moment we booked, she made sure everything was arranged perfectly and went out of her way to ensure our requests were met with ease.||It’s rare to find a hotel where every team member makes such a lasting impression, but EAST Beijing truly delivers on hospitality at the highest level. We honestly cannot wait to return next year and create more memories here. Thank you to everyone at EAST for making our stay so seamless, special, and unforgettable!

Amazing stay at East.I’ll come back again for sure. They handled my late check- in swiftly and efficiently. The room was really spacious. I loved that they add a drinking tap water in the bathroom. Bed was heaven on earth. The view partly on a construction site, quiet at night and the river with the city view. An extensive room service menu. The café downstairs serves good small meals and drinks if you don’t feel like to try their EAST buffet. Having access to the mall from the hotel and cafe floor is excellent. The swimming pool with sauna and steam room was a great surprise. Hotel is super clean and you have daily room cleaning service. I love having the cables available in the room: USB and type C. Really good. I was able to have a late check out until 2pm when my flight was delayed. Sadly I took a video that I can’t post here. But the rooms are as described on Trip.

We stayed 5 days. Each day was perfect. |The rooms are so confortables and awesome views. Every detail is thought out. |I would highly recommend the club rooms, with a lounge for rest with a tea or coffee, and the Happy Hour time, which is full of tasty surprises, drinks and calm.|How to describe the staff? Chinese people in general are so warm! Imagine a staff that meets you everyday! Almost a family. Names I remember: Anthony at the 24 floor, always with a smile, waiting for us with the lift ready or at the lounge attentive to our needs. Jackie at the front desk solving taxis/cars problems, and Xue so friendly and kind. Names I don't know, for example the girls at the restaurant and breakfast , but faces and warmth I will not forget!|Thank you so much for all you did for us, your patience and your smiles!

My husband and I had a lovely time at East Beijing. Although I can speak in Chinese, I chose this hotel, because I wanted to work with staff that could interact with my husband in English. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Jane, especially, spoke English well, and she provided extraordinary customer service. The service was also very quick from all the staff. The breakfast was excellent as well. My favorite was the gym and pool. I would recommend turning up the heat on the hot tub though.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. I was impressed by many aspects but most importantly for me was the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. |In addition, the breakfast buffet was outstanding. |Highly recommend staying here and would love to come back.
