East Beijing Hotel

Craig from the Concierge was amazing! He gave us a perfect restaurant recommendation for our anniversary dinner. He also booked a fantastic city tour for us that was the highlight of our trip. He was so friendly, professional, and made everything so easy. We really appreciated his help. He truly made our stay special. We will definitely ask for him on our next visit!

Fantastic hotel in a great location. I was impressed by many aspects but most importantly for me was the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. |In addition, the breakfast buffet was outstanding. |Highly recommend staying here and would love to come back.

Amazing stay at East.I’ll come back again for sure. They handled my late check- in swiftly and efficiently. The room was really spacious. I loved that they add a drinking tap water in the bathroom. Bed was heaven on earth. The view partly on a construction site, quiet at night and the river with the city view. An extensive room service menu. The café downstairs serves good small meals and drinks if you don’t feel like to try their EAST buffet. Having access to the mall from the hotel and cafe floor is excellent. The swimming pool with sauna and steam room was a great surprise. Hotel is super clean and you have daily room cleaning service. I love having the cables available in the room: USB and type C. Really good. I was able to have a late check out until 2pm when my flight was delayed. Sadly I took a video that I can’t post here. But the rooms are as described on Trip.

My husband and I had a lovely time at East Beijing. Although I can speak in Chinese, I chose this hotel, because I wanted to work with staff that could interact with my husband in English. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Jane, especially, spoke English well, and she provided extraordinary customer service. The service was also very quick from all the staff. The breakfast was excellent as well. My favorite was the gym and pool. I would recommend turning up the heat on the hot tub though.

My room is very clean and quiet. The shower is very powerful. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is good and convenient because the hotel is connected with the shopping centre, Indigo.

East Hotel is very handy from/to the airport - only 20-30 mins by taxi. There is a subway line connected to the hotel so if you want to explore BJ and it also provides convenience. What impressed me most is the responsive speed of the hotel staff when you have any special request. They acted immediately and you got what you want within 10 mins for example I asked for a harder pillow, and asked them to deliver my parcel, etc. I think I will choose East next time when I visit BJ again.

The room environment is very comfortable, the space is open, and the large french window has a wide view and good lighting. The service personnel（Jacky) were enthusiastic. Breakfast is plentiful. A very pleasant living experience.

This is the second time I stayed at the hotel. Both experiences were excellent!|Modern style, great breakfast and outstanding customer service. I also like it has it own coffee shop and connects with the shopping mall
