My recent stay at EAST Hong Kong was nothing short of delightful, thanks to the exceptional service and amenities. Here are some highlights that made my experience memorable:1. Friendly Concierge: From the moment I arrived, the concierge team was welcoming and helpful. Their warmth set the tone for a great stay.2. Exceptional Service at the Rooftop Bar: I had a reservation at the rooftop bar for 9:15 pm and needed to store a cake earlier in the day. The concierge safely stored it at noon and ensured it was delivered to me at the bar right on time. This thoughtful service was much appreciated.3. Comfortable Amenities: The slippers and bathrobe provided were of great quality – comfortable and plush, adding a touch of luxury to my relaxation time.4. Well-Equipped Gym and Pool: The gym was well-maintained with a variety of equipment to cater to different workouts. The pool area was a serene spot to unwind, with a nice ambiance that invited relaxation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a seamless and comfortable experience in Hong Kong.

I've stayed at the EAST hotel for several times now and it is by far, my favourite hotel. It is conveniently located right next to Tai Koo MTR station (about 15 minutes travel to Central) and a large shopping mall with all the conveniences. ||I love its modern design in the heart of a bustling neighbourhood with local eateries just around the corner. The service is excellent and, I would say, on par with the leading 5 star hotels in Hong Kong.

We choose this hotel as we were after a hotel that was in a less touristy area- and EAST fitted the bill perfectly.|We had a great corner room with both city & part harbour view on the 26th floor. |The mall next door was a lot bigger than expected & had direct access from the hotel.|Breakfast was okay.|We had drinks at the bar at the top of the hotel & we really enjoyed the atmosphere, drinks menu & service.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Incredible, clean and modern room with a stunning view of the bay. The hotel were kind enough to upgrade us because it was my boyfriend's birthday. The location is right next to the metro system so it's perfect to get everywhere. And a lovely rooftop bar. Nothing to fault with this place.

One of best hotel, start from location, front desk, hotel room, customer experience. I am working retail and financial industry. I know what is the definition of exceptional customer experience and It’s hard for me to give 10/10. However, I am very impressed and I can tell everyone is very positive, warmly welcome and makes me feel special to stay here. Special shout out to room service cleaner - very detail and organize. She is not only cleaning up. She will even organize your stuff in washroom and put it in order. I will strongly recommend my friends and family and I will come back for sure. Keep up the great work.

We recently stayed at the East Hotel on a business trip. The staff at reception were very lovely and most helpful and all staff acknowledged out presence during any contact. We have stayed at East for over a decade quite for business it is a extremely well placed hotel for that area - close to a huge shopping centre, and MRT with many places to eat.|The room is very comfortable and has everything required for a comfortable stay.

What a fantastic place to stay in Hong Kong!! The location is perfect, really central and 1 minute to the metro station/shopping centre.||The rooms were very spacious and came with a great view. The extra touches like the dressing gown, coffee machine & sweets were appreciated. Really nice breakfast on offer and fabulous rooftop bar. ||The staff were also fantastic, would definitely stay at East again!
