EAST Hong Kong

I have stayed here for 3 nights with family. We were upgraded to a suite with spectacular harbour view. The room is clean and well maintained. ||All staff were polite and efficient no matter from Guest Experience, Restaurant and Housekeeping. ||We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely come back again.

My stay at EAST Hotel in Hong Kong was truly exceptional. The room was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully designed, with particular attention paid to practical details. I especially appreciated the wide ledges between the bathroom and the main room, a simple feature that effectively prevented water from spilling onto the floor – a small but significant detail that speaks to the hotel's attention to guest comfort. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the pillows and bedspread were equally luxurious. One of the standout features was the filtered drinking water piped directly into the room, a fantastic and eco-friendly touch that made staying hydrated effortless. The cushioned ledges at the bay windows, overlooking the stunning harbour, provided a perfect spot for reading, packing, or simply relaxing after a long day of exploring. The gym was impressively well-equipped, catering to all fitness needs. Breakfast offered a good variety, although I would have loved to see Hong Kong's signature milk tea offered as a unique local option alongside the standard coffees and teas. However, the rooftop bar more than made up for this with its creative cocktails featuring local flavors. Connectivity was superb, with direct access to Cityplaza mall and the train station right from the hotel's first floor, making exploring the city incredibly convenient. Overall, EAST Hotel provided an amazing and memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of local flair in Hong Kong.

From last year onwards, I have been living in this hotel for one to two nights nearly every month. This is the best and the most convenient hotel I have ever encountered, not just in Hong Kong, but including all other hotels that I have lived in in other countries I have been to, such as Thailand, Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam, and so on and so forth. The room environment and all facilities are perfect. The most convenient part is the supply of filtered tap water. You can just open the button to get water that can be drunk instantly. The environment and all of the facilities inside the room are so clean. The customer services are perfect. The staff members are helpful, professional, extremely responsive, and accessible. If you come to Hong Kong, you must try out this hotel—East HK. I am sure that you would not regret it at all.

Excellent hotel! Stay here with my 2 little kids and the service of the front desk staff was amazing. Location was the best, its next to the taikoo subway station. It's also easy to get a taxi to Central and all the main shopping area. Overall a very good stay, we'll be back next year!

Always a pleasure to stay at East. I stayed again to celebrate anniversary with my boyfriend and warm welcomed back by Gary, Wincii and Ashley. Appreciated for everything arranged by them especially for the welcome card and amenity. Tho the weather was not nice, we love the room view and we will definitely recommend to others.

It was interesting to experience the staying at East HK even we are local and live just a few stops away. There was a small renovation at home so we reserved a room for 3 nights. Location of the hotel is absolutely fabulous as we always shop at Taikoo, big mall and all kinds of eateries, not to mention Exit D1 of Taikoo MTR station which is literarily less than 20 meters to the hotel. The reception desk is kind and welcoming, providing efficient and considerate assistance. The design of the hotel is modern and the color tone is cool. It is also lovely to have filtered water and even a microwave in the room. Room is clean and tidy with reasonable size given the price and location. The only thing we wish to have is probably 1 more small couch that can let us sit more comfortably, as there is only 1 chair.Anyway, overall experience is great and we highly recommend!

It was the first time I stay in this hotel and all the staff are very welcoming. I arrived early in the morning and surprisingly the room is ready for me. Breakfast was good, also many restaurant nearby hotel. Great design in guest room and comfy bed!

I believe this is one of the best hotel stay I ever had. The hotel room is big, clean and well decorated with kind of creating a warm feeling. The Housekeeping and front desk staff is willing go beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Everyone I see is friendly and helpful able to assist. East hotel will be my first choice when I travel to Hong Kong again!
