The hotel I stayed in this time left a very deep impression on me, and the overall experience was very satisfying! First of all, the location of the hotel is very advantageous, with convenient transportation and all-around facilities nearby, making travel particularly easy. Although it is in a prime location, the hotel interior is very quiet, without any noise, ensuring a restful sleep. Secondly, the hygiene of the hotel deserves praise. The room and public areas are very clean and tidy, making the stay very comfortable. Particularly noteworthy is the service of the hotel. The staff are very enthusiastic and polite, giving a sense of home. One Bell staff member named SANJAY left a lasting impression on me. His service is professional and attentive, with a kind and friendly attitude. answering my questions, he was very meticulous and patient, really enhancing my stay experience! This stay was very pleasant, and I highly recommend this hotel! to anyone Definitely will back in next trip...

My wife and I recently had another excellent stay at EAST Hong Kong in Taikoo Shing. The hotel continues to offer the perfect blend of warm, family-oriented atmosphere and highly professional service. Every staff member we met was friendly, courteous, and efficient, making us feel truly welcome and well cared for throughout our stay.||In particular, we would like to recognize Gary, Director of Guest Experience. He was always available, attentive, and genuinely concerned about our comfort and satisfaction. Whether it was checking in on us personally or making sure our requests were handled promptly, Gary’s presence and dedication made a real difference. Thanks to him and the entire team at EAST Hong Kong, our stay was smooth, relaxing, and thoroughly enjoyable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

I was absolutely thrilled with my stay at East Hong Kong. The hotel is modern, stylish, and perfectly located – right above Tai Koo MTR station, which makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. My room was bright, very clean, and offered a breathtaking view of Victoria Harbour – especially beautiful at sunrise! The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always helpful. I particularly appreciated the quick and smooth check-in and check-out process. The breakfast at the “Feast” restaurant was excellent – great variety and fresh ingredients. Another highlight is the rooftop bar “Sugar” – perfect atmosphere, fantastic cocktails, and a spectacular view over Hong Kong Island. I would recommend EAST to anyone looking for modern comfort, outstanding service, and a relaxed, stylish atmosphere. Definitely one of my favorite hotels in Hong Kong! 🌆✨

. My considerations for choosing East was its affordability and accessibility to a Taikoo MTR station. I just crossed my fingers with regards to the hotel accommodation. It turns out, we made the RIGHT CHOICE! East was better than the original hotel that I considered in terms of room size, lobby size, and customer service but adding those were all worth it and want to thanks Sanjay being super nice helpful and great service when we arrived by ubar I'm forget my wallet in side car and im drop off suddenly Sanjay pointed it to me thank you You save me.so kind staff. Our room view fabulous. The bed was so comfortable , it was able to sleep well . Places to eat and shop were a stone's throw away and aplenty. So, for our next trip, East Hong Kong will definitely be on top of the accommodation list!

Loved my stay at EAST Hong Kong! The location is very convenient, right by the MTR or a quick 10-minute car ride to Central. The rooms are modern, comfy, and full of thoughtful touches like USB-C plugs, filtered water stations (a rare gem I made use of daily), soft robes, and harbor views that make mornings and the sunset extra special. The hotel feels built for both work and play: there’s a modern gym, pool, and plenty of space to meet in the lobby. I loved grabbing my morning coffee from their coffee shop featuring No Coffee from Japan, and also spent time at Sugar, their super chic rooftop bar which served excellent cocktails. Stylish, convenient, and full of charm, I’d absolutely stay again!

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel recently. The staff were very friendly and attentive. More over Eureka kindly help us during the checking every things smooth and Sanjay so helpful with handling luggage and When we are dropped off driveway he was so quick help us to settle the taxi fare because our cards payment not accepted by taxi driver.|Our room was very spacious and spotless too. We had everythings that we needed|House keeping clean and tidy up our room|Overall we had amezing time and highly recommended this hotel to everyone. We will be definitely back.......

EAST is one of the best places we have stayed…and we have travelled extensively. The thought, care, kindness and love the staff have for what they do is second to none. A massive shout out to Eddie, Humphrey and Jimmy for going above and beyond for my birthday. Amazing place, location, staff and amenities. You won’t be dissapointed.

This trip, we(a friend, kids and I) were heading to Hong Kong Disneyland and wanted a rooms with a bit more space trip suggested this hotel, and it's turned out to be surprisingly good. The bed was perfectly sufficient for two kids and a child||**Transportation Tip**Take MTR Taikoo Station is super convenient, connected directly to the shopping mall called city plaza much easier than taking a bus||**Facilities **Very good and well-maintained||**Service **A big shout out to the staff at the lobby during the check in and check out Sanjay help a lot with our luggage and kids stuff he also help me to bring some medicines from parmercy when my child was not feeling well. He was incredibly friendly and kindness staff always willing to help||We are recommended this hotel to anyone one who travels to Hong Kong|Definitely booking East Hong Kong again for our next visit to Hong Kong.
