East Perth Suites Hotel

Outstanding location in one of our favourite parts of Perth. The reception was very helpful and the rooms were big and clean. Do yourself a favour and stay a night or two and explore this picturesque and historic area.

The experience was an excellent success worth the value. We were level 12, room over looking the city lights, partial view of river during the day. The room is a white interior calming, a comfortable bed, a table on the balcony for two also table for two in the room. Wardrome for hangling that lovely dress and suit, place to also to put travelling bag and shoes. Safe sits in the wardrobe, clean kitchen, lovely sized shower, impeccable. Friendly reception and fantastic friendly customer service.

We have only stayed here once, but it's handy for East Perth events, and they have on-site parking bays, though limited, so check before you travel. Rooms are presented well and quite a decent size, plenty of eateries and IGA, chemist nearby. It was quite a comfortable bed. We shall return there again. Optus stadium is within walking distance, local CAT bus in that area.

If you can choose your room take the lake view. Otherwise you will hear the noise from the street nearby (and it’s noisier than you think) The staff are very lovely and they will assist you with everything you need. There is a IGA across the street which has a good selection. The underground parking garage is also spacious.

Hotel is efficient and great value. I didn’t know full housekeeping is only every 3 days which is fine. They do change towels and empty bins but you need to make your own bed and clean your cups and dishes.Pros-Good location. An absolutely perfect location right next to the water. So clean and the service was 12/10. Sally and Debbie were always happy to answer our questions and help out. As it was our first time visiting from Tasmania. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone. Thankyou

Great location and a very short walk to the free bus. Easy access to Optus stadium and nice walks along the river.|Apartment was spacious and well appointed.

We’ve stayed here before in a Riverview Room, so had no problems booking this as a last minute stay in Perth. Unfortunately all that was available was the City View Room….Oh My Goodness, what a mistake. NEVER AGAIN!! The traffic noise at all hours from both East Pde and Royal St was really loud. At one stage I thought the Motorplex had already been built and we had a race going on just outside our window. The arguments and shouting from the “locals” during the wee hours was a bit much too. No apologies from the check out staff, I guess it isn’t their fault, but paying over $300 for the night in this room was an absolute joke. At least get the windows double glazed and charge a bit less because of the noise factor.

Room 204 is great -- full kitchen including cooktop, stove, dishwasher and washer/dryer, large sitting area and work table, separate bedroom area, balcony with seating for four. Balcony does directly overlook a popular bar, so there's noise outside. We couldn't hear it inside, but some might not like it. Bus stop (free CAT bus) a block away, excellent bottle shop across the street, numerous restaurants adjacent.

Great check in experience, very helpful staff and nice touches including free newspapers and the loan of one of the reception fishbowls for my son to look after. Sadly the rest of the stay didn't quite live up - the hotel is a little tired around the edges and the fact that we didn't have a daily cleaning service did not reflect the five star prices.

The hotel has a great location but that is pretty much all it has. The lobby has a strange smell. The room is small, the shower door is somewhat off the hinges which results in bathroom floor floods. Towels and bedding are only changed every 3 days so the hotel is not suitable for long stays. When the bedding was changed it had a big yellow spot which we had to ask twice to get changed. There is no cover on the doona which is unclean. The gym is small and has a few cardio machines but no weights. At an average of $250 per night for what is a run down hotel better accomodation is readily avaliable.
