The hotel is really beautiful and well maintained. We had a ground floor front room and it had a lovely terrace with plants providing privacy. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and in a lovely room looking out to the sea. |No lunch available at the hotel however there are a few places a short walk away. Dinner was in the top floor and we really enjoyed the food and service. |Good selection of wines, whites were served chilled but the reds were served too warm. |There are lots of places to sit and relax in however most are in full sun. They could do with providing more shade, particularly at the lowest level adjacent to the hot tub/Jacuzzi.|I doubt we will return to this area but if we did would definitely return to this hotel.

Loved the location and style of Est. Clean, cool, stylish. Our room had a sea-facing terrace - delightful. Julia the receptionist was also a delight - thank you for your warm welcome and great service! Breakfast was super generous. Not so impressed by the hotel restaurant and the service there. Meals and drinks in the bar were pricey. Recommend visitors seek out other options in the town.

Staff including Julia, Stanley and in particular Giuseppe to mention a few were super helpful with day trip ideas, restaurant recommendations etc. |please ensure you book a room with a sea view as the tour operator I used presented misleading images and we spent 10 nights in a rear facing room with a view of a wall! The hotel was super busy and we fully understood that they were unable to change our booking to a sea view room. We spent most of our time visiting the local towns, enjoying the jacuzi or at the local beaches and lido. We did not let this affect our enjoyment it’s a fantastic hotel. The restaurant on the roof terrace serves the BEST cuisine in the resort and our waitress was just lovely and professional. The aperol spritz and views pre dinner were fantastic. |Giuseppe, thank you again for your recommendations to Castro, otranto, gallatina, Gallipoli, polignanoa (we watched the red bull diving advert 🫣) Grotte di castellara and Alberobello. You are a great Ambassador for the Est Hotel.

We stayed in Santa Cesarea Terme for 3 nights and all 3 nights we ate at this restaurant!! The most delicious food, fabulous service and divine views of the ocean at sunset. We couldn’t fault it! Definitely recommend.

Great stay for a small town for one night! Not much in the town itself for food/drinks however quick drives to other towns and the Bagno di Archi has great food with reservations! Very walkable - 2min walk from hotel down a set of stairs to the main area of the town! Quiet & beautiful town. Parking was AWESOME! Would only stay 1-2 nights maximum in this area!

Had a lovely time here, hotel is well located within the town which is beautiful and can be used as an excellent start point to see the rest of the region. ||The highlight for me is how incredibly friendly and helpful all the staff were.

We loved staying here! It was the highlight of our trip. The breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast ladies so very sweet. The view from the room was stunning too. Thank you for a perfect stay!
