East Street Sandwiches

We had the chance to enjoy some of the best sandwiches in town. We tried the burger, classic chicken, and veal sandwiches, all of which were freshly prepared right in front of us. The food was not only delicious but also of excellent quality. The owner, a true master of his craft, was incredibly welcoming. We wish him continued success and will definitely be returning for more. These days, finding a high-quality sandwich is rare, but this place is a hidden gem.

Fantastic local Mom & Pop restaurant that serves Italian like your grandmother would. I enjoyed the grilled eggplant sandwich, and it was definitely made with love. Hands down, one of the best sandwiches I've enjoyed in a while. Staff are polite and treat you like family. Very inviting atmosphere. I wish I lived closer to enjoy this gem more frequently.

This place is SO GOOD. First off the sandwiches not only are so delicious. They are also generous with portions and toppings. We called ahead to get our order started, they picked up right away and got our sandwiches started. We got two salami sandwiches and they were both made perfectly. It’s a nice family run business. Has a clean washroom, and a really comfy atmosphere. Will be back when we’re in the area again!

The eggplant sandwich tastes pretty good. It was simple and filling; portions were big. The bun was soggy due to the sauce, which made it hard to differentiate the textures between the eggplant and the bun. Nonetheless, this is a good sandwich. 4.5/5

Friendly, easy to talk to people working behind the counter. The sandwiches taste great. Very good portions. Quick service. Extra sauce on top of the veal is a good choice. If you are in need of a good sandwich, give this spot a try.

Delicious and fresh! Family owned is seems. He takes his time to make everything in house. I ordered an eggplant sandwich and meat arancini (rice balls). Rice balls among the best I’ve had. Both portions very reasonable! Great authentic sauce and flavour. Can’t beat this authentic Italian fast food. Prices are very reasonable too! Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic Italian. Ciao!
