Eastend Hotel

I booked premium room category directly from the hotel and not from any other hotel websites. Room was clean but they failed to provide decent basic facility into the room. The blanket cover, bathroom towels was torn. Bathroom wash basin didn't had sink drain cover, 2 of the bathroom lights were not working. 1 of the room light was not working. We had to confront about bathroom sink issues and light issues multiple times. They claim to provide personal safe, hair dryer and paid television channels. But there was none. There was no safe, no hair dryer and all the paid channels on television were shown with no subscription We asked for the water, the house keeping staff gave water in 2 unsealed single use plastic bottles which were reused many times i think. Moving on to the breakfast, options were decent but no hot food. Even at 7:30 am in the morning when breakfast timings started, idli, sambhar and omelettes were very cold. The garden area was good. The hotel location is at the centre of munnar town which is also good Overall, we didn't had a very pleasant stay here.

Excellent hotel good food, we had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained ensuring a comfortable stay. The service was good. What truly stood out was the warmth and helpful attitude of the staff, they were attentive, friendly at made us feel comfortable.. overall, it was under full stay and id recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a relaxing gateway.thank u all..

The hotel is average. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms are also okay—not too tidy, but acceptable. The best part of the hotel is its central location; everything is easily accessible. However, the hotel is slightly expensive compared to the facilities it offers. Food especially breakfast it's good.

A lovely hotel in a perfect location. The room was full of natural sunlight and an excellent view of the charming city. The bed was super comfy and the sheets felt great. The water pressure in the shower was strong and the hot water was hot. The service was wonderful. The staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast had a large variety of tasty food. In short, our stay was perfect. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay for 2 nights. It's a nice hotel with great staffs. There was a complimentary welcome drink dry ginger coffee during our checkin time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Overall a nice place to stay.

Great hotel that we stayed in Munnar. Rooms were up to date, they provided all toiletries, towels and 24 hour hot water with shower. Service was top notch. The best part was the food. They had so many varieties for breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. Taste of the food and the spice level was just perfect.

Had a good stay at Eastend with family. Rooms are clean. Complimentary breakfast is pretty good with no. Of options. Location is central munnar. So it wouldn't be quiet. And you will not get much of a view from the balcony since it is within the town.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Very pleasant hotel to stay. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Especially all the staffs from the restaurant department was excellent, Mr. Regi was very supportive and always welcoming with a smiling face👍
