Simply amazing. Best hotel out of our entire time of stay in Kerala. Nice atmosphere, food top-notch with a buffet with a wide range of food items. Staff is very helpful and polite with little to no communication barrier for non-natives. Should be a 5 star hotel for sure!

This hotel has 2 buildings. 1 is new and 1 is old. We stayed in delux room, which is old building. And we stayed for three days. Advantages: Location: Near Munnar city. Food was good. Room was spacious, good and clean. Enough chairs and table was there. We got the room for 2700+ per day, and it was worthy except the disadvantages mentioned. Parking space is there. The electric charging point is there. The balcony with chairs was there, however there was no hill view. Disadvantages: Wifi was not available in the room, wifi is available only in the lobby. No hot water in bathroom. Room lock needs to be improved. The mat in the main entrance of old building is slippery and dangerous. Overall, for the money which we spend, it was good.

Room filled with mould and the duvet, pillows and bed had the mould smell in it. Bathroom did not had good ventilation or exhaust fan. Smelly washrooms. No ott facilities , even for dish we had to call and ask them to subscribe and then they said only 2 or 3 channels can be subscribed, the wifi access was also very limited, each person can connect on one device, I stayed at many hotels but this hotel taking 5k tarriff and not giving facilities was irritating. Only thing good here was breakfast.

Had a great stay at Eastend hotel munnar, it was a good experience with my family. The room were clean and the food was awesome. The staff were helpful. We definitely come back our next vacation..

Great experience staying in this hotel. Excellent location. Very near and walking distance to shopping area. I call this a smiling hotel. I never stopped smiling from the time I arrived until I left. Staff was super and friendly. Yammy test all type of foods

This place sucks! We left after the first night. The place was dirty mold everywhere. We both got sick with respiratory problems that stopped as soon as we got out of there. We didn't get any money back. Felt like everything was tired or flat out broken. The location is good and breakfast was ok. But would not recommend

Wonderful experience in eastend munnar. Good food and the rooms were great with good view. Staff also friendly n politely behaved.. overall a nice n good place to stay in munnar..
