The hotel is located very close to the beach, which can easily be reached on foot. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and very clean. Most of the staff were attentive, although I did notice a difference between the morning and evening shifts. Unfortunately, I had to make a complaint about the evening shift once, as nothing seemed to work out properly that night. However, the next day I immediately noticed an improvement, which I appreciated. One small downside was the pool – some tiles were damaged, and you had to be careful not to hurt yourself. Overall, I would give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. There is definitely room for improvement, but it’s still a very good place to stay.

Everything seemed perfect at first, but during our stay we experienced extreme noise disturbance on two nights (Tuesday and Friday) from the club next to the resort. We were informed at check-in that it could get noisy sometimes, but we never imagined the music would be this loud. We were unable to sleep until around 2–3 a.m. because of the party. For me personally, a hotel can offer as many amenities as it wants, if the most basic need of a hotel stay, restful sleep, cannot be met, it does not deserve more than one star.

Amazing location. Very close to the beach, restaurants, massage services, the lot. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. Breakfast is lovely, especially eating on the patio looking at the swimming pool. There is a good choice with many options for vegetarians. The fresh juices are wonderful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable slightly quirky arrangement for the bathroom. The shower and toilet are in one room without a mirror and the sink is in the main entrance. Not a huge issue at all though. We will definitely be back as the service and experience was wonderful. Close to amenities, everything that you could want to her

Enjoyed our stay, hotel small, new and great location. Fantastic service. Rooms lovely and spacious. |Close to the beach and restaurants.|Happy hour was great and service too. Activities at the hotel, gym and pool was good. |We were warned of the noise next door on one night but with ear plugs wasn’t an issue. |Good value and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time here, the staff were absolutely a standout - they were so friendly and accommodating. The pool was great, our room was clean and the buffet breakfast had everything you could ask for (they even went out of their way to cook my partner a particular dish that wasn’t on the buffet that day!) You could not ask for a better location either, walking distance from some of the best cafes and restaurants in the area. Would highly recommend!

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool and lounging area were excellent and made for a relaxing experience. The only drawback was the noise from a nearby club on Friday night, which went on until around 1–2 am. Aside from that, the location is excellent and very convenient. Overall, a comfortable stay with good facilities and service.

We had the most incredible stay at Eastin Ashta Resort Canggu! We spent 8 nights here and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been more kind and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and in the most perfect location! Our room was beautiful and cleaned every day! We really appreciated the little touches like making animals out of our towels each day and leaving little notes to have a lovely day! I also celebrated my birthday whilst I was here and they decorated the room beautifully for me which really made the day so memorable. Everything about this hotel was perfect and I even got to take part in complimentary poolside yoga and Pilates whilst staying which made the stay even better! I would highly recommend anybody visiting Canggu to stay at this hotel😊

Having spent a few days here as an outside guest with my children. I’d really liked having a place to chill out by the pool. The food and drinks were great but the staff very much made us feel like “outsiders”. Today we spent another day by the pool and returned for movie night. It was the first time I’d ordered an alcoholic beverage. The staff continued to treat us as second-rate, even to the point of billing me for 6 drinks when I’d only received 5. They implied that I’d “forgotten” that I’d had as many drinks as I had when the cocktails weren’t strong and one out of the 5 that I actually did have was only half full. This review is written immediately after said incident so I’m clearly now intoxicated to the point of “forgetting” how many drinks I’d had. Very sad experience as it’s a great concept to welcome outside guests given how quiet the poolside area is during peak season
