Eastin Ashta Resort

Very nice location. Very nice and very helpful staff. Very nice, clean and comfortable room. Very nice park in front of rooms. The pool with the pool bar are a heaven place. The food in Salt restaurant was amazing, trust me. Behind a hotel wall there is a famous Desa Kitsune cafe. Everything in this hotel and around it worth it. The Ocean is only 3 minutes away.

My husband and I stayed here for one week during our honeymoon. We had such a positive experience and can’t recommend it enough! - ROOM: We walked into a romantically-decorated room that the hotel arranged for our honeymoon. They even gave us some cake. The room is very spacious, immaculately clean, and has a beautiful OCEAN VIEW. The daily housekeeping was appreciated. We loved the walk-in shower. Tropical places often have bugs but we didn’t encounter a single on during our stay. The rooms have everything you need: toiletries, daily water, hair dryer, etc. - STAFF: The staff are amazing. Incredibly friendly, accommodating, responsive, and simply joys to be around. The service here adds to the value and experience. We especially appreciated Jemma and Yogi! LOCATION: Excellent central location. There are so many restaurants and shops all along the street, and beaches are right around the corner. BREAKFAST: There is a huge, delicious selection. Plenty of items are made-to-order as well as a well-rounded buffet. AMENITIES: The gym had everything you need and the pool was relaxing and private. As other reviews mention, the tiles of the pool need to be updated for safety, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. The hotel also throws several events. We didn’t attend them but it was a cool option. SOUND: What seems to be the biggest complaint of this hotel is the loud music on Tuesday and Friday nights from a nearby venue. To be honest, it did wake us up one night, but we didn’t mind it. The rooms come with ear plugs and they also give free tickets to the event if you want to go out. Overall, we had the most perfect experience staying here, and we would recommend anyone to choose Eastin Ashta! Hope to return :)

I stayed for 6 nights and had a good stay. Overall I give it an 8/10 except for Tues & Fri nights which I give it a 2/10 (see the cons for further explanation). Pros - Room was nice and the daily housekeeping was top quality. They mopped each time, cleaned the bathroom, cleaned everything else, and left a cute little animal towel on the bed. They were like magicians because they never disturbed me and always seemed to get the room clean while I was having my breakfast. I loved the location, so many great places to eat on the street, and other things like a pharmacy and shopping only 6-7 mins walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but also good enough to eat there each day. The other food at the restaurant was always good, including room service. They have an app which is really handy as you can order your room to be cleaned, start a conversation (if you don’t want to call them), and see all the events and facilities they have. The onsite gym was better than I expected, and the pool was nice (just needs new wooden flooring out there). The balcony was lovely to sit on and you have a perfect view of the sunset each day. I had a king bed which was a little hard for my liking but still pretty comfortable. The pillows were great. Cons - The noise! The nightclub next door has an event every Tuesday and Friday night and it is ridiculously loud. It’s not the hotels fault, and they do their best to cater to you such as giving you warning and offering free tickets to the event, but if you’re even mildly bothered by noise then I wouldn’t recommended staying at the hotel on those nights. Also, the hotel plays music all day at the pool which is nice if you’re at the pool, but not so nice when you’re in your room as the thump thump of it is present all day. My room was near the pool so it might not be so bad at the front of the hotel maybe. It is Canggu though, I think it’s hard to find a quiet place anywhere. The shower could have used a good mould treatment and often smelt damp and musty as well as the toilet often having a rotten cabbage smell to it (not always though). I know this is a common thing for Bali so again, probably not the hotels fault.

I stayed here for 9 nights 16/9-26/9/25. From the moment the taxi stopped at front of the hotel I was made welcome. The guy who greeted us took me to reception and brought my bags was greeted by a friendly lady at reception showed my passport and was checked in in 2 minutes I was then escorted to my room. The room was immaculate spacious and plenty of place for storage of goods. Room had flat screen tv wall mounted shower room and toilet separate. Shower in my room amazing. Had dinner in hotel restaurant Salt that night good food and very reasonabley priced. Large pool plenty of sun lounges and do have water games in afternoon. The hotel is is kept in immaculate condition as no leaves or rubish or dirt in or about the place||It is quite and no noise in rooms even do a lot of scooters pass and there is a night club next door which did not affect my sleep ||The hotel is 2 minutes walk from beach and central to every where. ||It was my birthday 5 days after I arrived and I I passed through the lobby I was greeted by the staff saying happy birthday mr John … and I thanked them. When I returned to my room it had the bed decorated in flower petals wishing me a happy birthday also they left a little cake for me. Full credit to the staff member who noticed my date of birth on passport and made that small jesture. I could not fault the hotel but I give full credit to the staff who made the stay all the more enjoyable who all were friendly and helpful at all times

I had an amazing stay at Eastin Ashta Resort. Everything was great, and I want to give special thanks to Aya Okta. The service was outstanding, super friendly, and always helpful. The food was delicious, but the breakfasts were on another level — fresh, tasty, and full of variety. It really made my mornings perfect. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I’ll definitely come back!

3 stars for location because the nearby club is bloody loud and you cannot ignore it or block it out with ear plugs. The hotel does warn you about this before arrival and offers you free entrance to the club. The loud sound lasts until 2am, 3 days a week. If you are jet lagged and will be awake during those hours or would like to join the party, then this should be of no concern. The service was great, all of the staff members are very friendly, and the location is within walking distance from the beach and lots of restaurants.

The hotel is located very close to the beach, which can easily be reached on foot. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and very clean. Most of the staff were attentive, although I did notice a difference between the morning and evening shifts. Unfortunately, I had to make a complaint about the evening shift once, as nothing seemed to work out properly that night. However, the next day I immediately noticed an improvement, which I appreciated. One small downside was the pool – some tiles were damaged, and you had to be careful not to hurt yourself. Overall, I would give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. There is definitely room for improvement, but it’s still a very good place to stay.

I had the best stay here. Thank you to all the staff especially Anjani!! She was wonderful, beautiful customer service always greeting me with a smile. I hope the bosses know what a gem she is as part of the team. Great location and facilities. Only downfall is the party next door Tuesday and Friday nights, very loud. You will need the earplugs they provide! But I would definitely stay again.
