Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai

We had an outstanding stay at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai and couldn’t recommend it more. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was beautifully designed—spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, with high-quality bedding and thoughtful details that made a real difference. The view of the city was stunning, especially at night, and the room was impressively quiet despite the central location. The facilities were excellent, particularly the pool and spa, which provided a perfect escape after a busy day exploring Bangkok. Breakfast was a highlight: a fantastic variety of fresh, high-quality options, including both international and Thai dishes, all beautifully presented. The location was ideal—convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing, with easy access to transport—yet the hotel still felt like a peaceful retreat from the city’s energy. Overall, this hotel delivers luxury, comfort, and exceptional service in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

For us the ideal hotel in Bangkok after a long flight. This was our second stay and once again we were not disappointed. Excellent metro connection (30min Airport), 5min to the hotel from the station and a very high hotel standard overall. Room service and cleanliness are outstanding. A small issue with noisy guests at night was handled immediately and professionally. Very family friendly. Our six year old child could comfortably sleep either in the bed with us or on the extra bed provided. The spa is highly recommended. The pool has a awesome view! The breakfast has a lot of different options and it’s overall pretty good. A great food night market is located directly in front of the hotel. In the area of the hotel you’ll find a large selection of restaurants. The perfect place to arrive in Southeast Asia or as a final stop before flying home. Thanks

My family and I just enjoyed our great 4 night stay here. The hotel is really new, clean, tidy and the hotel staff are all really friendly with their smiles all the time. I’m also really impressed and touched with their hospitality. They decorated our rooms with birthday cards and even a delicious cake since my birthday is in January. The location is pretty convenient for tourists taking the Airport Rail Link! The only little problem is the soundproofing but still tolerable. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

We have been travelling to Thailand a few times a year over the last 20 years. We have tried different hotels but this time we chose to spend Christmas's Eve at Eastin Phayathai. We stayed in Deluxe Executive room which comes with a lounge excess. The lounge was done really nicely and we really enjoyed the happy hours. The service during the happy hours was amazing and the food just kept coming. 'Moo ping' (pork on skewers) was super yummy. We did not have to eat dinner after the happy hours as we were so full up. Our daughter is 8 years old and she also enjoyed going to get food herself. ||The room is spacious, modern and clean. Location is great, only 2 stations from Siam skytrain station. Soaking in the bath after all day walk was very lovely. |||They have 2 swimming pools. The one on the 22nd floor is beautiful but can be busy. If you just want to swim and prefer peace then go up to the other pool. ||The location might not be as popular as Sukhumvit but I think I prefer Phayathai as it is quieter.||If you need to buy snacks, drinks, shampoo, etc., there is a minimart connected to the hotel as well as coffee shop, nail salon and lockers where you can leave your suitcases. It is super convenient. We will definitely go back to this hotel again.

Easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, with an incredible breakfast and unmatched convenience to the airport train. The pool(s) are beautiful and the facilities look brand new. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The area around it is very busy, but that's what comes from being in a convenient area. I cannot stress that this is best breakfast I've been to in Asia, with easily over 100 dishes, drinks, smoothies, and custom made food.

Stayed here to hang with an old university buddy in Bangkok. The stay was great. Good location. Friendly workers, great service and clean rooms/faciltiies. I was sick one day working at the cafe in the lobby, Gam, Jaoh and AA surprised me with some hot water/tea for my throat! It was so unexpected and nice. Made my stay and interaction with the hotel very special. I’d highly recommend staying here!

Choosing the right hotel for this trip to Bangkok was absolutely perfect. Located in the city center next to the Airport Rail Link, it's a 5-minute walk from the BTS Skytrain. There are convenience stores nearby, and small eateries outside the hotel in the evenings. Our room was on a high floor with panoramic views of Bangkok's nightscape, and there was also an outdoor pool where we could enjoy the view while swimming. The room service was also very attentive; they even tidied up our clothes. Overall, I would give it an 85 out of 100! The breakfast was also excellent! We initially planned to go out for breakfast every day, but ended up eating at the hotel each time. If I ever come back to Bangkok, I really hope to stay here again.

It was a long 9 years that I last visited Bangkok, I remembered stuck in bad traffic everywhere I went, I needed to depart hotel at least 3.5hr earlier in order not to miss my flight. Not anymore when I picked Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai, it was a breeze taking airport rail from airport to Phayathai station in a mere 30 min journey costing only THB45. It was connected directly to hotel via a covered link bridge. The hotel lobby is impressive with high ceiling and several chandeliers, the marble flooring and arch frame design added grandeur to the hotel. The room is spacious and well appointed. It would have been even better if a desktop blue tooth speaker can be added. We’re aware there are two lap pools in the hotel but we’re too busy that we missed visiting the pools. The Market@5 is equally impressive, love the ambiance so much that I will write a separate review on this. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone seeking convenience and hassle free travel using public transport in Bangkok.
