This hotel does the job. It’s in a good location near to a tram and metro line. Alternatively, it’s about a 20 min walk into the city centre. The hotel rooms are small and dinky, you can’t swing a cat in them but they do the job for a 2-3 day stay. Towels are provided which was handy.

The room is very small however if you aren’t spending anytime in the room it’s not an issue. Shower, toilet, sink, hangers, plug sockets, a tv, bed - that’s all you need.||Like many other reviews, the bed really creaks on any slight movement, strange that it must be the same in every room! The walls do seem relatively thin, I could hear the couple next door talking but it was bearable. Only 4 rooms on each floor. The aircon didn’t seem to work however the large window opened fully so I utilised this.||The location is walkable (around 20 minutes) to the centre of Sofia. There is a tram nearby and also an underground station. I found Sofia very easy and cheap to navigate via transport and taxis. There is a mall nearby with shops and fast food chains. Plenty of food options locally. I noticed a few reviews saying the area isn’t safe - ignore that, it is. There are some not so pleasant areas near the centre of Sofia (all to the North of the city near Lions Bridge) but this is not one of them. ||Staff didn’t even lift their head to greet you. I think this is Bulgarian people in general, no eye contact, quite cold etc.

Good hotel for its price and location. Rooms were clean. Parking outside is just 6 levs/day. They have vending machine with snacks and hot drinks. The only one disadvantage that the shower doesn’t have a handheld.

The only plus of this place is that it's located near to the center. The room was very small and cramped. It was not much clean, there was a stain on part of the bed sheet. The window wouldn't close when opened, and the air conditioning was very loud. The TV in the room wouldn't turn on. The toilet was combined with the shower, also very tight. The curtain in the bathroom smelled a bit musty. The bathroom looked more or less like a train bathroom, tight and hard to use. The walls in the room were paper thin, you could hear other people talking. In addition, in the next room there was a group of people who made noise until 3:30 a.m., ignoring the night silence time. The hotel staff did not control compliance with the hotel rules in any way, and there was no mention of the silence anywhere. The man with glasses at the reception desk behaved very rudely. When I was registering my stay, he told me "the reservation is only for you, so don't bring guys here", I think such a comment is inappropriate. The man said later that he was joking, but his "joke" wasn't funny at all and it made me feel so uncomfortable and disrespected. To sum up, the stay in this hotel was horrible and tiring. The price for the night was low, but I recommend everyone to take care of their comfort and peace more, and not just the price. I will absolutely never stay in this hotel again! 🤢

I booked and paid for an early check-in and they approved it, but once I got to the hotel, the reception guy said they are fully booked, was very rude and said I should wait until regular check-in time even if I payed in advance. On the checkout there was another guy and he was nice. The room looks like a room from a cheap motel. Very neglected room. The shower area was ridiculously small. The TV didn't work, the air conditioner neither, the window couldn't seal completely. I regret booking at this place. Don't make the same mistake as I did

The whole hotel has broken air conditioning and I was not notified of this before my arrival. The room is too hot to be slept in. I went to the front desk to complain and ask for a refund for my 3 night's stay so I can book another hotel with working air conditioning. The front desk provided me with a card to speak with the manager Elena Ioneva, to which end I have called and it was the front desk who answered and told me to speak with the manager in the morning. This is unfair conditions and were not agreed upon nor informed to myself before my arrival or at check in. Very dirty small room also with broken wall panels and cigarette burns.

Despite extenuating circumstances where I could not stay. There was code red in Ireland with highest winds on record and all flights were cancelled. EasyHotel were inflexible despite giving 12 hours notice and although I asked for option to rebook/credit for later date. They refused.

The location is good, but the room is pretty dirty. You will have about 8m², and the bathroom is really small. It s an interesting hotel, we wanted to book it beacouse it seemed different, but we wouldn’t take the same decision again. You can book a better place for this money. Hope we’ll never sleep in a hotel like this again. Dirty af, but, at least, you will have air conditioning and a big window.
