Eat Me: Vibrant Vibes and Innovative Bites, But Let Down by Slow Service
Eat Me is a bustling and vibrant spot, perfect for after-work drinks paired with creative small plates. The setting is beautiful, lively, and full of energy—an ideal place to unwind and socialize.
The cocktails were a highlight—skillfully crafted, varied, and well-balanced. The small bites were equally impressive, showing a clear level of culinary creativity and quality. Standouts included the Indian-style octopus and the lamb dish, both full of flavor and originality.
However, despite the high quality, we felt the pricing was steep for the portion sizes and overall offering. What really impacted our experience, though, was the unacceptably slow service. At a table of eight people, ordering two dishes each, the plates were brought out one or two at a time every 20 minutes—making the meal feel disjointed and frustrating. This was especially disappointing considering it was a Thursday night with only around 20–30 guests in a venue that could easily accommodate 150–200 people.
In summary, Eat Me delivers in terms of ambiance, drinks, and food creativity, but the value and service execution need serious improvement to match the hype and pricing.
