Eat X Dignity Café is highly regarded for its flavorful and comforting local dishes, generous portions, and the heartwarming fact that your meal supports a noble cause. It combines a cozy, friendly ambiance with social impact: training underprivileged youth and reinvesting profits into education. While some menu items could use better pricing clarity, and a few dishes may vary in quality, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive and meaningful.

I visited this restaurant on last Sunday once it open at 9am. I order 2 drinks Ice Latte & Matcha Latte plus half boiled free range egg & homemade bun. 1) Ice latte: A smooth, creamy blend of espresso and chilled milk, served over ice for a refreshing coffee fix. 2) Matcha Latte: A smooth, creamy blend of earthy matcha and milk, with a delicate balance of bitterness and sweetness. 3) half boiled free range egg & homemade bun: A comforting duo of creamy, silky half-boiled free-range eggs paired with a soft, fluffy homemade bun—simple yet satisfying. Atmosphere: A cozy and welcoming restaurant offering flavorful, authentic dishes with attentive service and a relaxed atmosphere. This restaurant offer quite extensive variety of food with reasonable price but din have opportunities to try as is too heavy of for breakfast. Definitely will come back to try other dishes. Recommend this restaurant.

The ambience in this cafe is very good. We took our second boy for his pre birthday lunch treat. They have a good chicken chop, a slice of cake, sweet potato fried and a cup of coffee. The highlight of this place is you eat and provide charity. The staff are mostly either students or ex-students I believe and very pleasant in explaining plus providing the right choice of meal for us in conjunction to the pre celebration.

Social enterprise serving decent food in a nice environment. Ordered the nasi kerabu, nasi lemak and lemongrass tea. The tea was outstanding but the food was only decent. Also a bit on the pricey side for a restaurant in Sentul but all for a good cause. Plenty of car parks around.

I tumble upon this place while running some errands in Sentul. This is a social enterprise establishment which funded a children foundation. We decided to drop by for a quick lunch. The place was pretty empty for a Saturday. The restaurant was nicely decorated and cozy. Besides serving food, it also sell some handicrafts stuffs as well. We ordered an aglio olio with mushrooms and the famous nasi Kerabu. Both the dishes turned out to be in big generous serve and also delicious. We couldn’t even finished the Nasi Kerabu. We had also ordered coffee which was good too. I like the ambience of the restaurant as it has glass windows looking outside. The place would be good for a celebration of any kinds. The staff was polite and the service was prompt too. They also serve cakes and sell some homemade biscuits. I would definitely come back to support this place not just because of its good food but also its good cause!

Heard about Eat X Dignity from Kebun Kebun Bangsar volunteer and decided to visit for have a try with my friend. The cafe is cozy, staffs are friendly, food & drink are fantastic. Ordered Burn cheesecake and Brownies for takeaway. I tried the cheesecake this morning and the taste is just nice. Will definitely revisit again to try other menu. Forgot to take a photo but there is souvenir that handmade by themselves as well, all looks great with the reasonable price.

I am more towards the lightly seasoned side. So the Green Curry Satay Pasta was just right (quite bland but I like it) (I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants strongly seasoned). It was a nice refreshing green curry taste and texture. The chicken satay was alright too. Since I prefer lightly seasoned, the Sweet potato fries weren't for me. Strongly seasoned sweet potato fries, but I guess some people would like it. If you find it awkward to pair Strong Seasoning with Sweet potato, then I probably recommend Normal Fries. (Sweet and savoury taste coming together can be weird) The fries came in quite a generous serving (price rm8.90 for fries) I saw another table with normal fries (also rm8.90) and the serving was quite generous as well in my opinion Chicken burger was alright.

Yelp
Eat X Dignity is a hidden gem in the Sentul area of KL, part of the NGO Dignity for Children Foundation. The cafe gives underprivileged youths a chance to cook delicious meals to serve at affordable prices, a trainee program to support positive change. This is the kind of place you can see yourself having a coffee and hanging out all afternoon, having a vibrant and cheerful atmosphere. The locally sourced ingredients being used in the kitchen come from local markets, and they also have their own community garden. I would say the signature dishes at Eat X Dignity are the range of nasi rice plates. Tried the Nasi Kerabu with Tofu Percik, which came with fragrant rice with a colorful blue tint due to the butterfly pea flower. Delicious after mixing the rice with the side of veggies and coconut. The sauce has a nice kick of spicy and sour and the half salted egg was a good compliment to the dish. The Edah Laksa is a delightful indulgence for those who love a bowl of nyonya broth. The soup was thick and rich, hearty due to the coconut santan being added as a base. The chicken was tender and flavorful on the inside while having a crispy outer layer. I was happy to see they had local kombucha on their drinks menu, refreshing after trekking out to Sentul on a hot summer day. Make sure to check out the shelves which feature products from the NGO's other enterprises and their work with the community.

Yelp
I ordered Signature Ulam Salad with Crispy Mushrooms and Tofu as add-ons, plus Burnt Cheesecake and Matcha latte with Oat Milk. Loved everything. The service is friendly and prompt. The atmosphere and vibe are peaceful. Great place for a healthy and yummy lunch.
