Food is great - service was impeccable- thanks to Prajwal. We ordered lasagna, risotto and gnocchi. But the highlight was the tiramisu. Extra creamy and delicious!!!

I had the pleasure of dining at EATALY in Dubai Mall, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The ambiance is elegant and welcoming, blending modern charm with authentic Italian warmth, making it a perfect setting for a relaxed and refined meal. I ordered the Penne Fonduta, and it was undoubtedly one of the most delicious pasta dishes I’ve ever had. The flavors were rich, well-balanced, and showcased the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the kitchen. The service was equally impressive — attentive, courteous, and highly professional, which added a great deal to the overall dining experience. I highly recommend EATALY to anyone seeking genuine Italian cuisine in a sophisticated atmosphere, right in the heart of Dubai.

The place was not full, but it took too long to get the orders on the table. The portion of the pasta I've ordered was too big and lacked flavouring. Contrary, the portion of the steak my wife ordered was too small. Illy Espresso and cannelloni were perfect.

I tried the CAPRICCIOSA pizza with MOLECOL soda and their classic tiramisu. The bread was exceptional—perfectly fermented, so it didn’t feel doughy at all. Topped with a flavorful tomato sauce, a slice of tender veal ham, olives, and mozzarella cheese, it was simply amazing. The soda was great too, though quite pricey. Overall, Eataly is an excellent choice for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. If you’re at Dubai Mall, I highly recommend giving it a try!

An ever reliable spot to have a truly Italian tasty meal where high quality ingredients are at the heart of everything. The salad is fresh and the cheese creamy, the pizza is a slightly crispy take on a Neapolitan. The pastas are well cooked and full of flavour.

EATALY at Dubai Mall serves amazing Italian food. Being a vegetarian we didn’t have much option but whatever we had the Al Pesto Pasta and the Pizza Verdure Grigliate was irresistible. Loved the pesto pasta and I would highly recommend for Pesto lovers to definitely try this pasta. We tried their MeloCola which apparently is Italian cola and liked that too. Ajmal Basheer hosted us so warmly and two shouts too him. He explained each and every dish so nicely that we enjoyed our special moments so well in EATALY. Their Cheesecake Alle Fragole is a vegetarian cheesecake and it was something to die for. Every bite just melted in our mouth. Overall a fantastic experience at EATALY and thanks to Ajmal for making our day so special. We look forward to visiting EATALY again soon and highly recommend vegetarians to visit.

I loved the burrata pizza and tomato-based pasta we ordered. Both were very tasty and filling. You will never go wrong with these food choices. My tip is to consume the food immediately while they're warm. Me and my friend really had good conversations, that we let the food get a little cold. They're not as fun to eat as they're warm when initially served. That's our fault for talking too much before actually eatin everything on the table. 😅🫣 The staff is very kind and mindful. They always check with us how our orders were.

I had an amazing experience at Eataly! The food was exceptional, with fresh pasta and perfectly balanced flavors in every dish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. A special mention goes to Mr. Ijaz, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. His excellent service and recommendations truly elevated the experience. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!
