Quite a pleasant experience. I really liked the concept of combining Italian brands and the fact that here you can also purchase Italian products within the gastronomy area, as well as enjoy delicious ice cream and desserts in addition to tasty Italian pizza. The service is at a very decent level, and special thanks to Pukar for his kindness and politeness.

We had such a great experience! Rhea was an amazing— super friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. The cooking class with Rachel was a highlight of our trip — fun, interactive, and we actually learned a lot (plus the food was delicious!). Angela and Justin made the gelato experience so memorable — not only was the ice cream so good, but they were both so warm and kind. Everything felt personal and genuine. Highly recommend this place — perfect mix of great food, friendly people, and unforgettable birthday activity for my son. Above all Joan is a superstar!

I had the pleasure of dining at EATALY in Dubai Mall, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The ambiance is elegant and welcoming, blending modern charm with authentic Italian warmth, making it a perfect setting for a relaxed and refined meal. I ordered the Penne Fonduta, and it was undoubtedly one of the most delicious pasta dishes I’ve ever had. The flavors were rich, well-balanced, and showcased the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the kitchen. The service was equally impressive — attentive, courteous, and highly professional, which added a great deal to the overall dining experience. I highly recommend EATALY to anyone seeking genuine Italian cuisine in a sophisticated atmosphere, right in the heart of Dubai.

Food is great - service was impeccable- thanks to Prajwal. We ordered lasagna, risotto and gnocchi. But the highlight was the tiramisu. Extra creamy and delicious!!!

My wife and I ate here in 2023 on a brief stopover from Maldives to US and loved the food, service, and atmosphere (felt like a nice relaxing place in an Italian town). When my son and I returned for a visit, we also came here and enjoyed it again. The pasta is the star, which they make themselves from scratch daily (and cooked perfectly). Pizza was also great, and the service was great both visits!

The place was not full, but it took too long to get the orders on the table. The portion of the pasta I've ordered was too big and lacked flavouring. Contrary, the portion of the steak my wife ordered was too small. Illy Espresso and cannelloni were perfect.

We took Ravioli cooking class with chef Mateo and Rachelle and it was amazing and full of laughter 🫶🏻 recommended 💯 We took another class with Chef Savio and Rachelle for tiramisu and learned new techniques which made the cake so fluffy and delicious! The chef was so kind and answered our questions without hesitation🙏🏻 Really appreciated the kindness and professionalism they displayed 🙏🏻✨

I tried the CAPRICCIOSA pizza with MOLECOL soda and their classic tiramisu. The bread was exceptional—perfectly fermented, so it didn’t feel doughy at all. Topped with a flavorful tomato sauce, a slice of tender veal ham, olives, and mozzarella cheese, it was simply amazing. The soda was great too, though quite pricey. Overall, Eataly is an excellent choice for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. If you’re at Dubai Mall, I highly recommend giving it a try!
