I made a reservation for the Eataly Sunday Brunch and was not disappointed. There was some pleasant live music during the brunch which was a nice touch to the brunch. The food was delicious and there was a lot of variety in the dishes. Flavorful and every dish was unique. The staff were very friendly and great to deal with. The only downside was the space was a bit small, but overall I would highly recommend this space for a Sunday brunch!

Brunch was really tasty. And fresh! Staff super organized and all of them spoke Italian which for me was a big plus to the whole experience. Live Italian music even at 16h. The chaos of bunch of people all around you can really give you the feeling that you are in Italy. If you don’t like crowded places and tables around you skip it. I had a feeling that we are all in one big party where we all knew each other 😃

Google
It is a place with reasonable prices and a wide variety of groceries and kitchen items. Although the store is smaller than the New York and London branches, you can still find most of the ingredients you need. The downside is that, even at this branch, there was no truffle or good-quality truffle oil. I wanted to make squid ink pasta with clams, but I couldn’t find any clams either. It is, however, the perfect market for preparing an Italian meal with a glass of wine in the evening.

Loved the Italian preparations in eataly. I bought panetonne, focaccia and arneconi and was super impressed by the quality of the food.

Google
don’t get the fettuccine it’s not cooked properly and doesn’t have any sauce only butter. we told the staff they were kind enough to not charge us for the food but said the kitchen closes at 3:30 so there is nothing else they can do. so hard to get the staff’s attention.

Tried eataly’s 49€ brunch formula for my birthday. I want to start off by saying that the decoration is very nice and there is a big variety of food, from antipastis to desserts and a pasta bar. We ate a lot and they keep refilling everything so there’s no wait time at all and overall taste is descent. However the service is veryyyy slow, every time we needed to ask for a new plate or the complimentary drinks that u get in the formula or even when we just wanted water we would wait over 25 mins each time and no one would answer us. The seating a bit uncomfortable because it’s only high chairs and u don’t have ur own table u have others sitting with you and it’s uncomfortable to get out and re serve yourself. The bathrooms are dirty and barely working and it’s a shame bc the whole place is very nice!! I will it another chance with another formula like the night brunch or the open pizza formula but in my opinion 49€ for this brunch is a bit excessive giving what you get but for 1 time it’s fine. Also in the videos it was mentioned that there would be open burrata. There was NONE.

Google
I tried octopus and lasagnes, the lasagnes were ok, but the seafood was not fresh. However if you go at night and sit outside in the romantic space, the atmosphere is ok. This is a very nice restaurant, you can try cold cuts and cheese, Italian wine, very good.

The variety is indescribable, anything your heart desires! A lovely coffee shop with tasty coffee and fresh sandwiches . The prices are above average but the grocery is high quality

Yelp
I have been to Eataly in Paris twice. The first time in 2022 was better. I returned last week and while the food was generally good, the ambience didn't feel quite the same. It was probably because the open market area downstairs was closed and we had to eat in the restaurant upstairs. The food was still good and affordable and the service was commendable. I'd still go back on a future visit.

Yelp
Ciao! I've been to two Eatalys so far -- San Jose in California and this one, in Parigi (Paris), twice. They're both multiple floors of all things edible italiano, and multiple dining possibilities (pizzas and sandwiches, or sitdown fine dining). I love just being surrounded by shelves full of pasta and olive oil and wine and cheese and fresh breads, being offered a taste of Illy caffè, browsing travel and cooking books, and listening to Italian music from the speakers. Even much of the staff speaks Italian. You've gotta get out and explore Paris, but Eataly would be a good place to kill an hour on a rainy day. I must comment that Mario Batalli may have engaged in majorly jerky activities, but he was a force and figurehead in the creation of Eataly, and has been utterly erased and forgotten. And do you know what? As I write this, tomorrow I am going to ITALY! Arrivaderci!

Yelp
Nice bustling place, in a brand name we recognize from Mario Batali. We wanted to like this place. However, that is the end of the nice things to say. Food: hard to chew and not crispy pizza crust. Spaghetti ragout lukewarm and under seasoned. Salad with chewy croutons and so-so dressing. Plain. Not up to the standards of Eataly in Chicago or Las Vegas in USA. One would think a Parisian Eataly would prioritize flavor to compete with local chefs. One would be wrong.

Yelp
I know this will sound slightly crazy, but I woke up craving Gorgonzola last Saturday. I happened to be heading to a pot luck that evening and thought bringing cheese and bread would work out perfectly. If you don't know Eataly, it is a temple for all things Italian food. I was able to get Gorgonzola in both scooped cream form (for me) and sliced form (for the Frenchies who prefer to slice things). It was absolutely crazy, as it was Saturday afternoon, but that's what I get for not planning ahead.

Yelp
I had recently been to Eataly in Munich and loved it I so when I learned that there was an Eataly in Paris, I hmade a special trip there. First of all, the Eataly in Paris is attached to the BHV department store which in my mind, makes it slightly declasse. Next, it felt cramped and confusing with little eating areas scattered throughout on 2 floors. I ended up having a cappuccino in the open air courtyard, that I got from the pastry bar. Unfortunately, Eataly lacked any meaningful vibe or atmosphere. I'll put it this way, if I was in this area of town and hungry, I would consider coming to Eataly but definitely wouldn't make a special trip.

Yelp
Eataly in Le Marais, Paris! The area of Marais will forever hold a special place in my heart after having the most wonderful stay. Funny enough, the first thing we have for dinner in Paris wasn't French food, it was Italian... and it did not disappoint! Eataly is an Italian marketplace where you can find restaurants and Italian goods such as pastas, breads, pasta makers, wine, etc. There are locations across the globe and we decided to eat here after passing by, drained from a long day of traveling and exploring. We ate at the upstairs restaurant that had pizza & pasta. We shared the cacio pepe e tartufo pizza, margherita originale di eataly con bufala pizza, and large mezzo pacchero al ragu di pesce pasta along with a bottle of red wine. Every single thing was delicious and admittedly better than most of the food I had in Italy earlier this year. All of this was more than enough for 4 people to share. The pizzas were advertised as personal pizza but were sharable for two people. My favorite of the two was definitely the cacio pepe e tartufo because it was my first time seeing it in pizza form, plus I love that combo! Now, don't even get me started on the pasta. It was the best seafood, red sauce pasta I've ever had! I'll probably be searching far and wide for something that tastes like it. The rest of the marketplace was huge and looked like a cute spot to hangout. You can shop around and there was a nice area in the center where you can grab a glass (or bottle) of wine and some food. I could see locals and tourists both coming here to grab a bite or grab some goods.

Yelp
Awful service, no atmosphere, they gave us the check before we were even finished with our dessert (which they didn't do to all the other tables around us). Wouldn't recommend coming here, especially in this arrondissement where there are so many other better places to eat.

Yelp
Problems with their computers required orders to be hand written. Ok, but waiting over half an hour to get water and not getting bread until we asked wasn't due to computers. One of our 3 meals (spaghetti) was cold ( so reheated in a microwave). Finally, cocktails and wine arrived after we finished our meal. Only positive was good AC.

Yelp
first not friendly to tourist. nobody explained anything . your on your own to figure it out. we sat a long time tryin. The food was just ok and very pricey for what you got. I thought I ordered spaghetti and meatballs Nope just meatballs, the dessert was good. that's it. I would not go back.

Yelp
I came here with 2 friends for a late lunch at the La Piazza restaurant in July 2021. It was a drizzly Saturday and we had been exploring Le Marais and were pretty much starving by the time we got around to lunch. We arrived at Eataly at around 2 pm, and there was still a pretty long line/waitlist for terrace seating at the restaurant. At the entrance to the terrace there was a QR code to scan which would take you to the waitlist registration page. At the time we joined the list we were number 12, but it only took us about 15-20 minutes to get to the top of the list and be seated. Despite the gray and wet weather, the terrace was pleasant and well protected by umbrellas at each table. The menu is small but offers a few selections in each section of the menu, e.g., cheese/appetizers, salad, pasta, etc. I got the truffle tagliatelle which was very flavorful and rich. The portion was very reasonable, maybe on the small side for my American sensibilities, but the flavor was very concentrated and it was probably a healthy portion given how rich it was. My friends ordered the pesto ravioli and a burrata plate and both were happy with their orders. Complimentary bread came with the meal. The one downside to our meal was the service, which was very slow especially at the beginning. It took a good 15 minutes for thé server to come take our orders. If you're not in a rush it can be nice to settle in and take in the ambiance while waiting, but since we were so hungry when we arrived, the wait felt extra long. Overall a nice place to grab some Italian food if you're in Le Marais.

Yelp
Under staffed with terrible service. Here on a Friday night. I'm definitely not coming back here. Every table around us is unhappy. The worst Service. The waiter says everyone is new including the kittstaff WTF. I just canceled my desert after a 30 minutes wait.

Yelp
I absolutely loved Eataly and went there a few times on my trip. It's a simple marketplace with restaurant stalls that offer a variety of Italian foods and charcuterie. I love places like this and convinced my mom to go on a rainy afternoon in Paris. I bought special chocolates to bring back home, while my mom decided on gelato for lunch. Then I found myself a table near the wine bar, so I ordered a glass of wine to start with a burrata plate. I could live off of burrata and the simplicity of this dish made me just so happy. My family called to see where we were at and met us for a bite. My nephew had a slice of pizza with an Italian soda. I ordered an Aparol Spritz to enjoy while waiting for them to finish up. I later found out that they have Eataly locations in the United States and would love one in SF. This is a great place to wander and collect great ingredients for a nice meal.

Yelp

Yelp
I revisited Eataly and it is truly a fabulous store. They have wine and cooking classes. I wished they carried more DOCG wines but their selection is wonderful with moderate price points. The restaurants are fabulous. The fresh food is wonderful. I wish there where more employees to assist but I understand it is tough during the pandemic. Open until midnight on Saturdays. Outdoor dining available. Helpful and friendly staff!

Yelp
Eataly was just a block from our flat in la Marais. We came here on a couple of occasions for a quick pizza. Miam Miam!

Yelp
Not a bad place to stop for lunch. It is an emporium all under the same brand--café, cheese stand, food to go, wine bar, butchery, etc. All basic Italian stuff for the Italophiles in your life. We had the focaccia, which were very good. The cappuccinos were excellent and what I always miss having when I am in France. I was disappointed by the amount of plastic and disposables compared to getting lunches at other places in Paris--this spot is new, and it seems a step back in the movement to reduce waste. The service was confused and slow, even though we were at a counter with literally one type of food.

Yelp
The cooking class I payed for (~110 euros, two people) was canceled, my money was not refunded per policy, however I was offered a coupon to use on their site, which of course, I intend to use never again.

Yelp
As an American traveling overseas, there's always one bizarre dining experience that stands out & Eataly took the prize home this time. Even with a reservation, we were asked to wait to be seated at one of the many available tables & then were ignored for a good 15 minutes. I finally asked the maitre'd where our waiter was , which sparked an animated conversation among the staff as to who was responsible for us. After finally placing our orders, we received what can best be described as a passable approximation of Italian food. The wine was great, though the 2nd glasses arrived so long after we were finished that we sent them back. A once in a lifetime experience! And, the attached market is great!!

Yelp
I ordered special appetizers (3 for 10 euros), waiter said they didn't have it and gave me another beer; daughter ordered ravioli and waiter changed order to Something else; my daughter told the person delivering food that she ordered ravioli and she said "NO". Overall not a good experience and food is marginal at best. Not a recommendation for me to eat in Eataly.

Yelp
Truffle pasta and bread were delicious. Service was great and our waitress who was Italian actually spoke great English. The wait was a little long, but worth it.

Yelp
This place really went downhill. Artless pizza undercooked with the ingredients piled inartfully by pizza makers that need to be trained how to make an appetizing pizza. Pasta overcooked and mushy. Sad. This place was once good but now is just a mediocre slophouse. Yuck.

Yelp
Eataly in Paris has just opened a week ago (Apr 12th, '19). It's smaller than NY one and insanely packed!

Yelp
Great server but what's with the fruit flies? Stopped by for a snack and discovered that the less than enthusiastic reviews are justified. Got a cheese plate, it was okay but a few fruit flies buzzed our table the whole time. The one bright spot was the server, Lucy. Bright lady, both in terms of intelligence and her positive and fun approach to her job. She gave us excellent wine suggestions. This is someone with a solid future ahead of her.

Yelp
I had high hopes for an easy dinner with kids here but it was a huge disappointment. The service was really bad. Our waiter would disappear and we'd get someone else and then the original waiter would show up again unaware of what the other server did. Our dinner took almost three hours. And it was before the evening rush. Drinks were forgotten. We had to order dessert twice. One of them didn't show up. My mushroom risotto was so bland and lacking any flavor. My kid's pasta was over cooked. I don't know why I'm even giving it two stars to be honest, nothing went right and it was hands down the worst meal we had on our trip to Paris.
