Disappointing Experience Despite Beautiful Views – Not Recommended
Visited on May 4th. While the food was genuinely delicious and the view from the terrace over the sea and harbor is absolutely stunning, the overall experience was completely ruined by the terrible service.
The staff seemed indifferent and unprofessional. We were served dirty glasses and plates – some had lipstick marks and food residue still stuck to them. When we politely asked for a clean glass, the waiter simply wiped the rim and brought it back to us as if that solved the problem. Only after we insisted again was the glass actually replaced, and even then, we received no apology or acknowledgment of the issue.
To make things worse, the manager defended the use of visibly dirty dishes, claiming it was “normal.” That response was not only unacceptable but also deeply disappointing for a place that positions itself as high-quality.
The location itself is fantastic, and the view is perhaps the only redeeming factor. However, the restaurant shares a single public restroom with the entire two-story store, and there's only one stall available. We had to wait in line behind 5–7 people — highly impractical for a busy venue.
In summary: Great food and location, but the shocking lack of hygiene and customer care makes it impossible to recommend this place. A huge letdown.
