Max was the absolute best! So informative, and fun to listen about his passion for cheese. This was one of the things I booked to end my trip, just to slow down and enjoy my time, and I am so happy I did. It was such a small intimate group, with good laughs and fantastic cheese and wine. I would highly recommend booking with Max. I also loved the walk around Montmartre after, the absolute perfect way to end a beautiful experience. (Thank you Max!)

This wine & cheese tasting was one of the best experiences in Paris. Max was very knowledgeable and personable; his experience and passion for his job really shows. Not only did he facilitate and participate in great conversations, but he went above and beyond by extending the time well past the allotted time slot. The cheese and wine experience was so much more than I was expecting. Max, the instructor, was so knowledgeable and friendly, also pretty funny too. There was SO much cheese and wine. I learnt a lot and had a great time. I'm not a wine tasting sort of person but my cousin and I wanted to do something different while in Paris and we have no regrets! Highly recommend. This was one of the highlights of my trip to Paris! Max was so knowledgeable and passionate about cheese you couldn't help but get excited yourself. He presented a full tray of 8 cheeses to each person and 4 paired wines. I was surprised to learn that it should be always white wine with fine cheeses and no bread or crackers! Afterwards, he followed up with an email answering all my questions. He didn't skip a beat even though throughout the tasting he was waiting for the phone call telling him he was a new father! I whole heartedly recommend Max and this experience.

We had the absolute best time doing our wine and cheese tasting with Max! We went into the tasting thinking it would be more wine focused (and it was), but we were so pleasantly surprised to learn as much about cheese! The selections of wine and cheese were phenomenal, we enjoyed every bit. Max was an awesome host, he explained everything so well with bits of humor and he was down to earth! He made us feel so welcomed and engaged throughout the whole tasting. If there was one experience I could do again in Paris it would be this tasting. We did another tasting at a different place and in comparison cheese with Max was top notch. We ended up recommending the tasting with Max to other tourists in that group! Thanks so much Max!!

Some of the most important things in life? Good food, good drinks and good company. One will find all of these at Max's tasting! Moreover, his passion is contagious and his wit is very entertaining. And, not unimportant of course, the cheeses and wines? They're like a little angel pooping and peeing on your tongue. You want to learn about, appreciate and enjoy France's pride and joy? Had the best experience at eat cheese with Max in Paris earlier this month! Max was the best host, funny, informative and incredibly knowledgeable about both cheese and wine.
