We had an absolutely fantastic pasta-making class with Leonardo through Eating Europe. Leonardo was warm, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable—he made the entire experience fun, relaxed, and easy to follow, even for beginners.
He explained each step clearly, shared great tips about Italian cooking and food culture, and made sure everyone felt involved. The pasta turned out delicious, and the experience felt both authentic and personal rather than touristy. You could tell he truly loves what he does, and that passion made the class unforgettable.
This was a highlight of our trip and something we’d recommend to anyone visiting Rome who wants a hands-on, memorable food experience. Grazie, Leonardo!
