Dive into the Eatsie Boys at 8th Wonder Brewery for creative American bites like the Hello Nasty burger and drool-worthy S.L.A.B. Fries, all served in a chill Beastie Boys vibe.
"The Eatsie Boys The Eatsie Boys has long been considered one of Houston’s best food trucks thanks to the "gourmet grub" made with locally sourced, high-quality ingredients. These days it's holding downa daily residence at 8th Wonder Brewery, Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Menu offerings include S.L.A.B. Fries (pulled pork, mozzarella, barbecue sauce, avocado crema, diced tomatoes, pickled onions, and jalapeño); the Hello Nasty burger (house-ground 100-percent beef brisket patty, grilled onions, pickled jalapeño, cheddar cheese, bacon, and barbecue sauce); and the What the Falafel (house-made falafel patty, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and tzatziki)."

This weekend we went for classic Houston style, a brewery and food truck! Eatsie Boys! Which is parked at 8 Wonder brewery! Jimmy went for the Hello Nasty burger and I had the Chris P. Chicken sandwich! Both were really good and so was the beer! So good!

Great atmosphere- I love the music. I am here on a cloudy but breezy day. I would definitely bring friends around next time to share!
I love that the ‘We Love Houston’ sign is right next to the truck and there is also some tasteful mural art in front of 8th Wonder.
Food was great also!

Best fries and beers in Htown! Also they are Covid safe & compliant which I really appreciate. Solid service, no better place to kick back outdoors outdoors and grub on the yummiest food. Go get your lunch on - you will not regret it!

Would be great if they were open on the times that they have posted. Showed up at 11 pay $5 for parking walk 200 feet and no one is there. Finally some tattoos girl comes up as if I'm alright, ask her if they were serving food. She tells me that they don't open till 11. Would be great if they knew how to change their times on their website and on Google.

I came here for brunch and had the Creme Brulee French toast, it had a nice sugar crust and the insides were still moist. But my favorite item here is the Shipley's donut ice cream! The people who work here were also very nice and friendly.

Hours& days listed are wrong. I even called ahead to ask if they were open. Arrived, got beers from 8th wonder and when we walked out back to get food they were closed. They quite frequently close early or don't open at all. I love 8th wonder but do not recommend this food truck. Plan your food for somewhere else.
