Our first experience with mimi is that she better be present more often to see how her staff makes a mess of things.
-In a very small room there are 5 to 7 people, staff members who all talk a lot but do little work.
Remove more than half of those people and make sure that those who remain receive good training and coaching to stay motivated.
Staff is not friendly and very concerned with them among themselves. They are far too young to work there unsupervised.
-The locations are NOT clean. The hygiene is far below par. The food inspectorate should come and have a look here, then they could close all the branches.
Teach your staff how to clean a workplace and keep it clean.
-We had ordered and paid for food online. After two and a half days of not receiving any food, nor our money back, we went to the location ourselves and demanded the food or the money back. In the end, we received our order.
Customer service is one big disaster. Again, my advice: dismiss the customer service employees and hire driven and motivated staff.
But even then, you will have to continue to manage them and that's where things go wrong.
The food is not of excellent quality but rather comparable to the quality of fast food chains.
