Eauzone

Had a pool day and then decided to come here for Saturday brunch. The place and location is very nice. It is located next to the hotel pool so it seemed to have more of a family and people staying at the hotel vibe vs outside people in terms of a Dubai brunch. The food was good as they have a variety of Asian dishes. There maybe needs to be a training for servers. Some servers seemed to not know what was going on and when we asked questions they would leave to give answers or not come back. We ordered kim chi fried rice as part of the brunch package and 2 1/2 hours later the rice came. Our main server kept saying it was coming but didn't come until the end. I would of preferred them tell us what was happening for us to go through 3 other main dishes of meat without ever having rice. Other servers would recommend something but then come and bring something different or not at all. The service overall was very inconsistent as some waiters were very friendly but lacked knowledge of the restaurant or just seemed not to know what was going on with the food. Something that wasn't expected to have at this restaurant. The food presentation was very nice but nothing necessarily stood out as wow. Overall an ok experience but with a group of 3, not sure we would come back here for a brunch but the location is very nice.

Having arrived late and shattered at the One and Only Royal Mirage, we contrived to miss our first breakfast (sacrilege I know) so opted instead for an early lunch on day 1 of our holiday at the hotel based Eauzone. Eauzone offers a lovely setting and ambience, the food and wine offerings were wide ranging, tasty and beautifully presented. If we’d been staying longer than 8 days we’d have definitely returned, but for a casual, relaxed and enjoyable lunch, Eauzone is a winner.

I recently visited Eauzone at One&Only, and it was absolutely gorgeous! The atmosphere is perfect for families, couples, and anyone looking to relax. With both indoor and outdoor seating, you can enjoy stunning views of the pool and the beach. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I also appreciated the reasonable prices, especially with the added benefit of being able to use the Fazaa card. Plus, the free valet parking was a nice touch! 🥰🌹🌹 Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Eauzone for anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing spot to enjoy great food and service.

Visited Eau Zone for our anniversary celebration. Best place for a fancy dinner however, improvement is required in the food’s quality and quantity considering the price point. Great ambiance. Ample parking. Lots of picture spots available.

EauZone is such a gorgeous place, beautiful ambience, best for couples. Food was top great, Calamari was the best. Came here for my birthday and was surprised with an amazing complimentary Dessert. Great service provided by Raditya. What a kind person ✨ Thank you for the great service.

We ordered some drinks pool side and they were not very good. The pool is fantastic and it is a shame that they do not allow adults to swim at night.

Amazing food, service and location. To go at sunset, the walk to the restaurant was stunning. The lobster tacos and lychee martini were especially good, and the desserts were so fresh and light to finish on. The waiters were so kind and friendly.

This restaurant has an identity crisis. It used to be a seafood restaurant. The offering was less than average. It has now turned into a fusion Asian restaurant similar to me other restaurants in Dubai. However, the offering has not improved much. One point that caught my attention was that most of the desserts were soaked in Saki. So for none drinkers they have very limited choices. The outdoor seating is really pleasant especially during winter time. Service was good.
