Oh my goodness!!! The store manager, Sabine (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) was SO kind, warm and helpful!!! I came by two days in a row. First day, I had lots of questions and she was so helpful. I came by the next day to place an order and she graciously helped me and was extremely accomodating. The quality of these pajamas are top notch, but the customer service was above and beyond! Thank you so much :)

I was really excited about the opportunity to visit the shop, but the sales associates working that day weren't very genuine in greeting me. One of them kept looking at me as I browsed through the floor. It was a shame because I was going to buy a set of PJs, but decided not to in the end.

Love Eberjey quality and customer service. I was ordering a large quantity for a family wedding. I worked with Olivia who was both knowledgeable and experienced. She advised on what to get for each individual in the bridal party and where and if to monogram. Most notably when it came time to delivery, each box was wrapped beautifully labeled with persons name and seamless. Additionally she went above and beyond to confirm to track the packages and make sure everything went well. She remembered the date of the bridal shower and reached out with good wishes. Literally incredible experience. Thank you Olivia and the Eberjey team.

Amazing experience with Tasha!! She knew every product and gave great advices based on my need. Great customer services. Will come back to this specific shop for the brand and for Tasha :)

Staff is amazing and super helpful! Was in search of a super specific style and color and made sure it was available for me. Hard to find this level of good customer service nowadays

I've always loved Eberjey. The craftsmanship and superior quality always have me coming back for more. This particular location is wonderful. The manager, Caroline and the assistant manager, Brianna deserve a serious shout out. Wow, what incredible customer service they provided me with. They did everything to make me, the customer, happy and I truly appreciate it. I will definitely be supporting my local businesses and shop here as I suggest everyone should. You won't regret it. Adorable shop with top notch customer service. Ladies here really go above and beyond to make sure you love your purchase, including sending items to their repair department in Miami to have the scratchy tags expertly removed from previously purchased pieces. Awesome communication, really helpful big big fan of this location and staff.

I love eberjey's products - it's the best pijiamas I've ever owned. Nonetheless I had a poor experience at the store: - significant inventory was out of stock and had to compromise on what to buy, with some items outright not available - the shop assistant wasn't on top of what was available and what wasn't, trying to find items my size almost felt like a scavanger hunt ('how about this colour? How about this other colour?') - when I arrived home I realised the items I bought / were packed were not the ones I confirmed with the shop assistant (one extra set, one set in the wrong size) - they asked for my details to send an electronic receipt which I never received The store experience does not align with the brand proposition.

Staff is very rude (manager especially). I purchased 5 pairs of pajamas in store and had them monogrammed. They were out of stock in one selection I wanted but told me if I purchased elsewhere (still the same brand) and brought them in they would do it for me. I called to check on the timing of the in store monogrammer and the manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional on the phone when I relayed what I had been told from multiple staff members.

Customer service has been perfect. Aware, astute, efficient, responsive. The store person was delightful, attentive while dealing with someone else simultaneously, helpful, knowledgeable. The pajamas I got are so comfortable it's fun to wear them. I hope they pursue more men's products.

Women here was extremely rude to me. Disappointing because I shop here a lot and would've made a purchase if she hadn't made the experience so uncomfortable.
