We made a reservation for 2 adults and 1 baby. Before we arrived, I contacted the hotel to inform if the room was suitable for a baby of 9 months. We got very quick and decent info from the guest services! They arranged a room at the end of the hallway (as we asked) so we would not bother other guests when our baby cried at night.||When we arrived, we checked in late, and were quickly helped by the night receptionist. The room was very spatious! I even think we got an upgrade. The room had a bath in the middle of the space, and the bathroom was equiped with an additional shower. ||If we must give a minor detail: the room illumination could be better. At night it was not really possible to lighten up the room brightly.||Breakfast was good! Not very lavish, but we got all what we needed. Staff was very helpfull in the restaurant too.||So why the 3 stars quote in stead of e.g. 5? Because when we arrived back on the second night, we discovered our room did not get the appropriate service to tidy up. Bed was not made, shower and bath not cleaned, and towels were dropped on the floor. So negative feedback for housekeeping I am afraid.||When we wouldn't have experienced that, we would have give 5 stars.||Extra feedback: provide 2 or 3 children seats for the restaurant.
