Eburon Hotel - Different Hotels

Friendly staff and a beautiful building and good hotel rooms, but unfortunately there has not been any maintenance done for years and it shows.||Worst of all ad this is inexcusable... the rooms are dirty and are not being cleaned.|Stains everywhere and mold on shower ceilings, hairs in bath drains which are all brown from not being cleaned. ||Could have been great, but was not!

Hotel make a good impression from outside and going in main patio and breakfast area. Rooms are average and without any big amenities. Carpets in rooms could be better cleaned, stains and discoloration after previous room renovation are still visible. Comming back to good sides-breakfast is good.

Old, dirty, not comfortabele pillow, breakfast was very bad considering the price. No service at all, check in was done by the barman because no staff was in the lobby at all after waiting 20+ minutes. Parking is very difficult. Would not reccomend.

The hotel was very nice. It was booked via the accommodation service by André Rieu for his concert in Maastricht. Almost everything was perfect, regardless some cleaning issues in the room. The rooms and the common spaces are very spacious, and all places have air conditioning. The staff were very friendly!

Since we did a pre-booking incl. payment, it was not possible to use a limburgcheque voucher. Although we indicated during g the reservation that we have a voucher, the hotel did not take it into considerations. Apparently it was also not possible to refund the previous payment and to pay with the voucher instead. The Hotel should have mention on their website that a booking with a voucher is only possible through direct phone contact. For the rest the hotel is nice and its location is perfect for visiting Tongeren.

Hi, we were expecting a 4* hotel as advertised!! It wasn’t and was in fact very basic. We had a comfort room with a large comfortable bed. Pillows were awful, lumpy and cheap. A coffee machine in our room with one coffee pod each, no water. Breakfast was a joke, very minimum and again basic. This morning no heating in the restaurant so we ate in the bar, broken toaster so no toast!!! No option for any decaffeinated drinks or breakfast teabags. The public areas were dirty and so were the toilets off the reception. Clearly understaffed . Due to the fact that this is a converted monastery, the bathroom / toilet in our room was a pod. Hotel was close to the antique market and round the corner from multi storey car park which was convenient but we will not be staying again. We will look for another hotel close by.

Bed very large and extremely comfortable. Clean room with great shower. Quiet despite town centre location. Breakfast good but not outstanding. Asked for extra pillows which were provided after some time, albeit a bit lumpy. No TV channels at hotel. Just a smart TV. Handy if you already have a Netflix account, a nuisance if you don't. Took me an hour to download a couple of TV apps so we could watch something without a touchscreen.|No bottled water in the room and no vending machine to buy some. Refrigerator plugged in but minibar not stocked. Just an empty fridge. Expected more from four-star hotel. No coffee and tea making facilities. But that is normal for the continent. Available to purchase in the lobby bar. Receptionist on arrival not very welcoming. Did not offer a welcome drink that was included in our package. I had to ask for it. The cava that was produced then however was very good!

Comfort room was not really clean, no good maintenance was done. Breakfast was very average, also the place, where the breakfast was, was not very clean, with old spiderwebs in the corners. The room was ready for some renovation. Average price for an average hotel.

Convenient hotel in the city center. Staff is courteous and helpful with city information. Room we stayed in was spacious with a large tub in the middle. Door to the room felt paper thin and we could hear everyone walking by. This hotel is inhabited on a constant basis. The constant rotation of guests shows on the carpets, walls and beds of the rooms. Good value and location.
