Absolutely delicious, authentic Japanese: simple, high-quality. The hot tempura soba bowl was wonderful. The tempura perfectly executed, light and crunchy, and the soba and broth beautifully balanced and comforting. We also had the cold soba with eggplant, which was equally solid and thoughtfully prepared. The staff was super sweet. We’ll definitely be back.

The pork cutlet rice bowl and soba noodles were absolutely delicious! The pork cutlet was crispy on the outside and perfectly seasoned. Paired with the fluffy rice, it was incredibly satisfying. The soba noodles were fresh and had a wonderful, chewy texture. Together, they made for an amazing meal—simple, comforting, and full of flavor. Highly recommended!

I never expected to find such delicious soba in Paris. The restaurant was clean, the staff were polite, and most importantly, the soba was incredibly tasty—I was very satisfied. The karaage and salted cabbage were also really good. It's not just "good for being overseas"; even if this restaurant were in Japan, I would definitely be a regular. That’s how good it is. Highly recommended!

If you’re ever craving authentic Japanese soba, this is the place to go! The flavor is absolutely spot-on, and the warmth of the owner couple makes the experience even more special.

Amazing Soba restaurant! Atmosphere is nice, and staffs are friendly. Soba is very tasty and delicious. The soba pudding is also a must try. Highly recommended! No reservation for this restaurant so better come when the restaurant just opens.

Delicious Japanese canteen serving traditional soba noodles (both cold and hot). The dishes are freshly made and very tasty. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Be aware that the concept behind the canteen is sharing your table with strangers - don't be intimidated. People usually queue up for a long time to enter, as there is no booking system (it works on a first come first serve basis). I'd recommend coming at the opening hours to avoid/reduce the wait.

EchizenSoba TOGO is one of those places that is slightly off the usual area one goes for Japanese cuisine, but it is one of the best. Specialized in Soba noodles, they offer something that I was seeking out on a very hot and humid summer day, cold soba noodles with lime. Most people are looking for udon or ramen, but soba noodles are equally amazing and sometimes overlooked. What makes soba special for me is that they can also be eaten cold, and when you add refreshing lime slices, this is the perfect thing to have to eat after walking around in the heat and sweating. The food here is very authentic and well prepared and the service is also outstanding and attentive. The ambiance here is also very nice and not too crowded in space. Will for sure come back here to try more of the different ways they serve soba noodles.
