Echo Beach offers a nice spot to watch the sunset, which was the highlight of my visit. The beach was clean and free of trash, though the water wasn’t the pristine, crystal-clear type you might find in other parts of Bali. It’s a decent place to relax, with people enjoying flying kites and plenty of friendly dogs roaming around. Overall, it’s an enjoyable beach but nothing particularly spectacular.

lots of great options for food along echo beach. most places had live music and bean bags to sit on the beach. beautiful spot to come watch the sunset. can be a bit hit and miss with some places though.

Staying in Canguu for 3 nights, we went to Echo Beach a number of times, but because it's wet season, we, unfortunately, didn't see the sunset due to cloud cover or rain. Still, it was a nice place to be, watching the surfers and people on the beach.

The beach itself has a laid-back vibe, with plenty of beachfront cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy a drink while watching the sunset. The black sand gives it a unique look, but it can get very hot during the day. Sunset at Echo Beach is beautiful, and many people gather here in the evening to enjoy the view. One downside is that the beach can sometimes be crowded, especially with surfers and tourists. Also, depending on the season, there might be some trash washed up on the shore, which can take away from the experience. Overall, Echo Beach is a great place if you love surfing or want to enjoy the beachside atmosphere with good food and drinks. If you prefer calm waters for swimming, you might want to check out other beaches in the area.

A great place to watch the sunset—probably the most beautiful sunset I’ve ever seen in my life. You can also spend time at a local beach restaurant located right on the shore, making the experience even more enjoyable.
