This $67 Ski Pass for Kids Is Back—and It's Bigger Than Ever

"I see Echo Mountain listed among the 19 Colorado mountains included in Colorado Ski Country USA's expanded Ski Passport for kindergarten through sixth grade; the passport provides four ski days at each participating resort, includes two junior rental packages, and costs $67 for K–2 or $72 for grades 3–6, making these mountains well-suited for younger skiers while also being great spots for adults and ideal for a family ski getaway." - Stacey Leasca Stacey Leasca Stacey Leasca is an award-winning journalist and co-founder of Be a Travel Writer, an online course for the next generation of travel journalists. Being from Louisiana we enjoyed this fully, we had never experienced nothing like it. We had a blast in the mini blizzard my daughter's hair froze, my youngest screamed 😱 soon as she got out the car saying its so cold 🥶 and we though we were prepared lol but once the blizzard passed we had any amazing time I busted my butt getting off the lanes my coat froze lol but we had so much fun and the staff was awesome! Walking in that much snow was a workout whew!!! Great place not to far from denver and had the best ever views you could have ever imagined! Snow tubing- for Christmas 🎄 December 2025

We got married here 9/6/2025 and can't say enough wonderful things about our experience at Echo Mountain. We had about 70 people at our wedding and our dog! Highly recommend considering this as your venue! The venue coordinator, Jodi, goes above and beyond what I expected from a venue coordinator. Every time I communicated with her she eased my anxieties and never said no to any of our requests. We had been planning for over a year and a half and throughout the entire planning process she was right there to help with anything we needed. Jodi executed my vision perfectly day of without asking me a single question. I did not have to worry about a thing day of as she, Meg and her staff took care of all set up, communication with vendors, timeline management and communication with guest throughout the day. On a day I'd normally feel anxious I felt so calm with Jodi leading everything. Staff at Echo Mountain also helped us clean up after the reception. The vibes of this venue were exactly what we were looking for and proximity to Denver was great for out of town guests. The venue grounds are beautiful. Everything including ceremony, bar and lodge for reception are all right in the same area. You get that ski resort feel that we probably could not afford anywhere else. Chef Haydn's food was incredible, we received so many compliments and positive feedback about all of the food. Meg also drove us up to the top of the mountain for a lift photo which was the perfect little getaway for my new husband and I right after we got married and before we joined cocktail hour with all of our guests. This will always be one of our favorite days of all time and everyone had so much fun!

Google
The team at Echo Mountain was amazing to work with, and we can’t recommend them enough. Jodi was amazing during the entire process; from booking the venue to answering all our questions and being the day of coordinator. When we had some crazy weather move in early in the day, Jodi helped keep everyone calm, kept an eye on the weather, and prepared a back up plan just in case. Thankfully the wedding went off without a hitch and we were able to do our ceremony outside among their gorgeous views. The entire Echo Mountain team was quick between transitions and so helpful and kind to all our guests. Every single guest raved about the venue and staff and said it was the best wedding they had been to. If you are thinking about booking Echo Mountain for your big day, do it!

Google
We recently had a Halloween wedding at Echo and I cannot praise this crew enough! Jodi & Meg were awesome and went above and beyond to make our day fabulous! Everything went off without a hitch and we felt more than spoiled. I cannot recommend this venue enough and we cannot wait to come back and ski!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Let me put you on — Echo Mountain right outside Denver is such a vibe if you’re trying to hit the slopes without doing the most. Cute mountain energy, great runs, and a chill atmosphere where everybody’s just out here enjoying life and snow ✨⛷️🏂 BUT LISTEN — secure your ride like your edges depend on it. Drive yourself, carpool with friends, or make a snow-squad pact with strangers before you go up that mountain. There is no signal up there, sis. I watched folks looking real stressed trying to call an Uber that was never coming. And baby… being stuck on a snowy mountain is not the winter wonderland fantasy you think it is. 😅 Once you get that transport handled, though? Echo is peaceful, fun, affordable, and just a good time outdoors. Bring the right crew, bundle up cute, and enjoy the snow — without getting stranded. Mountain joy > mountain struggle. Period. 🏔️❄️🔥

Google
We used Echo Mountain's elopement package for our 14 person wedding and it was so perfect. We were coming from out of state and had never visited prior but Meg helped us feel confident in our choice through a virtual tour and in depth zoom meeting prior to booking. The price was very reasonable for the amazing views and getting ready accommodations and Meg and her team helped to make the process seamless from booking, before-wedding check ins, coordination with our vendors and day of support. 10/10 would recommend for small weddings, we are so happy with our decision!

Claire G.

Google
You can stop your wedding venue search. This is the choice. Echo mountain was an amazing venue for a myriad of reasons, but the top is definitely their coordinator Meg. She is a rock star and was so helpful, attentive, organized, and communicative throughout the whole process. The rest of the stuff was just as great. Friendly, helpful, amazing. And they were all so kind and felt like friends and we actually want to be friends with them irl. On our tour, we immediately fell in love with the spectacular views. From there the entire planning process was so easy with Meg. The actual wedding day was so unbelievably perfect and smooth! Meg and her team made everything so stress free with things like coordinating all our vendors, and bringing us appetizers immediately after the ceremony and dinner immediately after our reception entrance. We were lucky enough to have great weather, but we felt safe knowing their team was ready to pivot and rearrange the set up if needed. We could keep raving forever but we’ll just lastly mention that their in-house catering was incredible!!!

Words can't describe how thankful I am that we chose Echo Mountain as our wedding venue for our ceremony and reception. First and foremost, I can't imagine trying to plan and execute our wedding without Jodi's exceptional experienced assistance. We had two wedding venues in mind and upon touring the two, we loved them somewhat equally. Ultimately, the primary deciding factor behind our choice of Echo Mountain was how much we loved Jodi and knew she would be a great person to get to work with for the most important day of our lives (of course, the breathtaking mountain views and convenient location near Denver didn't hurt either). We certainly made the right choice! Jodi and Meg put 110% into helping us, communicating with us, and providing everything else we needed to plan and organize every detail of our special Echo Mountain wedding. On top of Jodi and Meg's help, Chef Haydn and all of the other staff we met provided incredible service as well and were all an absolute pleasure to work with. All of our guests (and myself) had great experiences with the bar staff and the chef/kitchen staff. They were friendly, talented, and accommodating to different dietary needs. We also loved that it was dog-friendly, they took care of the setup like tables, chairs, etc. for us, the chairlift photos, and how customizable everything was (they were very flexible about how we wanted to set the reception room up, the ceremony layout, decorations, menu options, etc). I could go on forever about how much we LOVED having our wedding at Echo and how thankful we are to the staff for making it such a great day. Highly recommend. Can follow up with more photos when I get them from photographer :)

Yelp
We had to best time here!! I don't know how to ski, only snowboard but the staff were so friendly and helpful on my new ski journey, love it!! Our family will be back. Maybe after brushing up on our skills a little more. This is an intermediate course. Start small. They do have a green/beginner area but it was pretty congested when we were there. Nevertheless, the staff never let it show. They were patient with all us beginners. The grill on sight was very tasty, busy but tasty. Lol Thanks guys!

Yelp
Our family loved snow tubing. Eric in particular was really friendly and helpful, and he made it worth the trip.

Yelp
My friends and I came here to learn to ski this weekend. My friends already had lessons booked at Winter Park but when they saw these prices, they cancelled. We rented equipment and got lift tickets for cheap! Adults (Ages 16-64): $59 - $77 per person Children (Ages 6-15): $40 - $50 per person Compared to their resorts, it's a steal. Now, let me say: THERE ARE NO LESSONS HERE. They have "Ambassadors" that will give you amazing pointers and even take pics of you. This was my first time skiing and I rocked it. These guys were all so nice and cool. I can't recommend this place enough. Shout out also to the equipment rental employees. They were super nice and informative. They gave us a great recommendation for a late lunch too. My only negative is that the ONLY slope that I could ski here is the bunny slope. The next level up was WAY too advanced for a beginner. Trust me, I tried, failed, and did the walk of shame back up the hill. If you're cool spending the day on the bunny slope, this is your spot. Now I need to find an intermediate spot so that I can learn and then come back and ski those awesome runs for a great price. I hope I'm a fast learner.

Jared A.

Yelp
Holy cow!! I cannot say enough positive things about the staff and my experience at Echo Mountain. The word "Hospitality" would be an understatement. I've only been once but I will be returning! The bartenders and staff were so friendly and helpful - and even when electrical problems occurred , the ski-patrol and staff rose to the occasion and exuded pure professionalism. The young man with black earrings working the ticket desk 02/20/25 was incredible and went above and beyond to make sure all us guests were safe and in good spirits! I would HIGHLY recommend Echo mountain purely for the quality of people they have working there. I lost my wallet while they were dealing with a greater situation and the staff actively seeked me out to return it to me. Truly a 5-star experience! These people care and it shows! Please give your staff a big high-five! Echo mountain will forever be a place I recommend!

Yelp
We visited this place in March 2023. Well worth the drive and very family and small kid friendly. We wanted to tube and play it safe. I highly recommend it. My kids loved it. There is skiing and snowboarding in other areas. They do have a deli but we didn't try it at this time.
google avatar

Yelp
What a beautiful mountain to explore. My husband and I went to Echo Mountain to ski and went to natural hot springs after. We had so much fun skiing here, no line, no crowd. The mountain view is epic, the sky is blue, and the cloud is big and white!! The ticket system works very fast here. The staff is friendly and works super fast. There is only one lift but there are a lot of slope options you can choose from. For beginner skiers or snowboarders, please make sure to check the ski map or directions in case gets to the blue slope by accident. we came on the weekend, and only paid $60 each for the lift ticket. It was so cheap! I would definitely come back again!

Yelp
I can only review this place on the tubing zone. Since there wasnt enough snow yet, snowboarding and skiing wasn't available. 3 stars bc the staff was rude and the tubing slope was very underwhelming. They had 5, maybe 6 slide slopes. Not very steep at all. Also their food truck only had hot chocolate and candies. I also feel sorry for the people that have to clean the nasty portapotties. I just didn't have a good feel here bc I didn't feel like I was playing in the snow.
google avatar

Sydney G.

Yelp
Amazing place for first timers. the bunny slope is small so you do have to wait your turn if it's at a busier time. the actual slopes are little scary and more for advanced skiers/snowboarders! super easy to get rentals and they will walk you through putting the equipment on and off ! i will say the bathrooms are not the cleanest but that is to be expected when it's snowy outside
google avatar

Yelp
Took the kids to meet tube with Santa and make gingerbread houses. Family had a great time. Very basic food & drinks but still enjoyed our experience.

Kazli S.

Yelp
We had a really great time. The instructors and rental people were all incredibly helpful. I only took off a star for the jerk at the top of Ski lift who asked me to move after I fell flat on my back exiting the ski lift. The guy at the bottom was nice helpful. This guy was a jerk. Could you move? Um, could you help? The first slope past the practice slope is incredibly misleading and insanely steep. But you have to go down that slope to get to the ski lift. At the top of the mountain those slopes are not nearly as steep. If you want to only do the practice slope, don't purchase a ski lift pass. Ski rentals prices were affordable at $45. As beginners, it was a great Time, minus the guy at the top of the ski lift. There's a lodge and a little bar that serves some food items that we enjoyed.

Jessica S.

Yelp
Great for small children. There are no festive lights as they have posted on their website and it's a single smaller hill. We were told there was a lodge open that our pregnant friend could hang out in but the lodge was closed when we got there. $42 per person.
google avatar

Jennifer B.

Yelp
Love love this place!! The bunny slope ambassador curt was amazing. I could never learn how to ski until I came here!!
google avatar

Adam M.

Yelp
There's just one chairlift, the 4-5 runs are pretty short, and you'll probably get bored here after a few hours. That said--it's worth a stop if in the area. Conditions were great, it's not crowded, and the food is actually pretty good. For the price it's hard to do better for a ski day trip from Denver.

Ben D.

Yelp
The close independent ski areas to Denver, like Berthoud Pass and Geneva Basin, are gone. All that remains is Echo and Loveland. Echo is super close and inexpensive--how about a season pass for under $400 bucks? The other part is the drive-up. Forget about the I-70 weekend and now weekday traffic jams from the Eisenhower Tunnel to Georgetown. A simple I-70 to State Highway 74 (Evergreen Parkway) to 103 (Squaw Pass) and you are there. Echo gives the skier the old-time vibe of what Colorado ski areas used to be like. Family and people-friendly, there to help with anything that comes up. Not the corporate astronomical prices like try $50 bucks for a burger, a slide of fries, and a coke. Yep, even the food is good without forking over a paycheck. A great place for the beginner that won't break the bank either.

Chad W.

Yelp
The staff is so responsive & helpful on Instagram. Thankful for the professional & swiftness in their customer service!
google avatar

Dana W.

Yelp
Ok so the tubing hill is fun but not out of this world. We came up for tubing and we it did 3 runs (20 minutes) cause we got bored. I did not ski BUT how close it was to Denver (1 hour), it might be worth it!
google avatar

Steve L.

Yelp
Great views here. Very shameful how the parking staff treats guests. They force you to unnecessarily park insanely close. I parked in the back today to avoid having to park 18" from the person next to me. Dummy in the Oakley goggles clearly had someone park closer than a foot on purpose just to irritate me after we exchanged words earlier. Probably won't be back over it.

Nathan D.

Yelp
HUGE thank you to Echo Mountain. HUGE thank you to Matt at the Bar. I will definitely recommend this place to my followers, thank you Echo, thank you Matt.

Paxton B.

Yelp
The employees were extremely helpful and accommodating especially jeremiah and chris who helped with our ski issues. It was a great time and would definitely recommend we will definietly be back.

Yelp
We had a great time tubing at Echo Mountain last weekend! The ticket process was easy, no issues at all, just lots of fun!
google avatar

Rebecca C.

Yelp
Wonderful family day experience! We enjoyed tubing with the kids. Great atmosphere and the staff was phenomenal. They have rental clothing and gear, but I'm not sure of the quantity and sizes. The bar and grill were great also. Can't beat the views!
google avatar

Yelp
I went night tubing at Echo Mountain. I didn't even think about it, but I definitely should have taken meds to not get car sick. We were prepared for the roads with our vehicle. I don't get super car sick, but I was feeling a bit nauseous after the drive. There is this conveyer belt you ride up to the top of the slope. The car ride + first time on that made me need to sit out for a bit. Unfortunately at night, the food truck was not open and the vending machine inside was broken. So just be prepared and bring any food or drinks you may need. After sitting down for a bit and sipping water, I was fine. The tubes go super fast! Especially with adult weight! It was so much fun. I was sad the tickets were only for an hour. Two adults, no children. When we first arrived, it seemed like mostly families and not any adult couples or groups. This tubing is definitely great for adults too! Bathrooms are porter potties. They were terrible, but at night you have to use your phone for light or I guess if you have a flashlight
google avatar

Beanie B.

Yelp
When it's a blizzard or light drizzle of snow echo is the place to go. I went on one lift but it was quiet yet moderate speed lift. The features and trails were okay good nothing that will blow your mind. But I would recommend that you take a friend that's starting out to ski or snowboard. Pro tip: buy your tickets in advance online
google avatar

Mark B.

Yelp
Great spot for beginners best prices of all the mountains in the Denver area had a blast with the family didn't make. It to the big slopes but next time I'll make it
google avatar

Joee L.

Yelp
I came here for the snow tubing hill as part of a group tour. We were the very first group to ever use the tubing hill so I'm sure it will get better with time. We did night tubing and it was extremely cold. I'm from Chicago and while everyone else was freezing at Loveland the weekend prior I was fine. I was one of the few in our group to tube the entire hour..most went down twice and then sat in the bus to warm up before coming out again, so dress for the elements. The lift was great, the runs were long. The only thing that would have made it better would be to have a designated person to push tubers down. I noticed a big difference when I scooter myself down and when someone pushed me down. There was a lodge area with a fireplace to warm up. They had lockers available as well. The restaurant served food and drinks. I'd come back during the day.

Yelp
This place is both Amazing and beautiful with an incredible staff. From the moment we walked into this place everyone here had the best attitude and acted like we were someone important. The rental equipment is awesome the staff is friendly and the place is clean, my kids are having a great time. I will for sure come back!!! The prices are great!!! My son and daughter hit the slopes for the first time ever. This place has ambassadors on the slopes to help the kids acclimate. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. My kids want to stay an extra day, what a great place to learn.

Yelp
I wish I could give this place a better review but they made that impossible. I could not attend my reservation due to Covid. I contacted them as soon as possible after finding out I was exposed, which was the morning of my reservation. I assumed like most businesses nowadays, that I would be able to get a refund with proof of a positive result. I was WRONG! I understand the normal policy of not refunding orders for missed reservations however this was not me simply missing a reservation, it was a matter of public safety. The CDC has said it can take anywhere from two to 14 days after someone is exposed to the virus to present symptoms. And that's not counting asymptomatic people. They want you to cancel 3 days prior for a refund. Was I supposed to cancel my reservation before I even had symptoms? They're so consumed with profit that they haven't updated their cancellation policy to reflect the state of the world. Oh yeah, Lindsey has absolutely no customer service skills. What company representative signs off with "If you're unable to visit, we wish you the best and hope your next trip goes smoother and is sickness free." after refusing to refund me and acknowledging that it was impossible for me to reschedule? Do better.

Crystal J.

Yelp
Below is the review I posted on Google last month. Decided to post it here as well after just learning that our ill loved one at the time reached back out to Echo Mountain on our behalf. She felt awful about the events that occurred. Well a rep from Echo Mountain responded back to her & let's just say his response is unreal. I will post the ridiculous & unprofessional email shortly. One of our family members begin to have heart problems in the early am before our tubing reservation. We were scheduled for the first slot at 9am. Below are the screenshots of my conversation with their guest services manager. They refused to issue us a refund and wouldn't allow reservations for a future visit in December 2022.

Yelp
Great spot to get skeezy and sendy or to just take some lazy chillers. Night skiing on a pow night is absolutely magical.
google avatar

Tommy A.

Yelp
This establishment was fantastic!! Was not overcrowded and was priced reasonably. The atmosphere was friendly and lifts were swift. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Thank y'all for a wonderful experience.

Paola R.

Yelp
First time here and probably last one too. It's an ok place, customer service is bad. As soon as I stepped out my car some lady rushed to tell me that I wasn't allowed to walk in with my dog, which is understandable and I wouldn't have brought my puppy if I knew dogs weren't allowed in the property away from all the activities. No phone number in their webpage to call and ask, a misleading sign of a dog sitting on a tube at their front desk, bad propaganda in my opinion. With that being said, the kids enjoyed tubing.

Madison W.

Yelp
Great snow and not too crowded the day I went. However, my first time ever there I got hit by a random snowboard coming down, they weren't able to catch the person. Ended up having a bad concussion and also stuck trying to get out of parking lot because I didn't have snow chains on my tire and it was a steep hill.
google avatar

John N.

Yelp
This is a good site mostly for beginners. They have good selection of rental skis. There is a learning hill w/ magic carpet and one lift with access to a few runs. They also have a tubing hill which is a nice break from skiing. The view from the parking lot is beautiful and the lodge is nice. But again, mostly for beginners or casual skiers.
google avatar

Tony M.

Yelp
For a very small ski area Echo Mountain delivers! The staff are very helpful and friendly. There's only one lift and several green and blue trails. We visited on a weekday and there was never a wait for the lift and plenty of snow to ski or ride on. The price was reasonable for the small area.

April L.

Yelp
The rental team and the instructors on the slopes were amazing and so helpful! Michael and Mickey really stood out and provided so much feedback. Loved going here! Make sure to reserve online though.
google avatar

Lyna M.

Yelp
After all my research this was the closest one to downtown Denver so we chose to come here and it being most of our first time skiiing it was also the cheaper route. For the ski lift package and rental for the day it ended up being $90. Which isn't bad but you get no training but the workers are helpful if you ask them. After a couple times on the bunny slopes i thought i was a pro so i challenge myself to go down to the ski lift and boy was i wrongi should of did some more practice on the bunny slopes. For you first timers make sure you are truly confident before you go to the ski lift bc you have to ski all the way down and it is not easy at all!! For my first time i did ok. I'm glad i did it but i probably won't ski again. I tumbled down and i didn't get hurt so let me stop while I'm ahead lol. Oh and make sure when you return your ski gears it's yours bc they do check all the numbers.

John G.

Yelp
Terrible mountain if you're looking for real skiing. Bunny hill at most and "patrol" are a bunch of tyrants. The drive isn't exactly convenient either having to wind through Squaw Pass. I would recommend going just about anywhere else
google avatar

Jazmin W.

Yelp
It's a small mountain but packs a lot of fun. My boyfriend and I came here as beginners and loved every minute. Jamel and Michael taught us some great lessons for snowboarding. I definitely recommend this mountain if you're looking to spend the day at the mountains.

Angelica M.

Yelp
Came to Denver for training and I decided to come a few days early to try and snow board. The ambassadors at echo mountain were extremely helpful and encouraging! I was really nervous going here alone. It was an hour commute from my hotel. If it wasn't for the amazing ambassadors here at echo mountain I feel like my experience wouldn't have been as amazing as it was!
google avatar

Grace W.

Yelp
wonderful experience for first-timers! my parter and i purchased the rental package for skiing and snow boarding. the lift was quick, and the ski patrol employees were very helpful and kind. when we went, tickets were sold out, but there was plenty of space left on the mountain. only tip i have for folks visiting is to remember to bring antifreeze and chains for your tires. once the sun sets behind the mountain and the road gets icy, the uphill stretch to get out of the lot gets a little tricky. overall, fantastic experience! would definitely come again.

Alison E.

Yelp
We had lots of fun at Echo Mountain. The view from the top is absolute beautiful. It was our first time snow tubbing and we had a blast.
google avatar

Andi B.

Yelp
Had the time of my life!!! Definitely needed this break from Reality after being on lock down at home for months now due to COVID! $32 for 1 hour not bad at all. Add $10 for each additional hour if you wish. Free parking ... can't beat that. Checking in was a breeze! The staff here all super friendly and helpful getting us down the slopes if you want to go down in groups. I had such a blast. So much fun going single or double or 4 at a time for that matter. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for something fun to do.
google avatar

Maria A.

Yelp
Yes!! And absolutely Hidden gem and it's so good! Bunny hill is easy and the staff is really nice! Also a plus for the food, I've got a burger w caramelizes onion and bacon and it was amazing! The prices are so great for chair lift and rent out the gear too! Will definitely come again on my next visit to Colorado!!
google avatar

Edward J.

Yelp
Just the best !! Rental crew was top notch !! Obviously if it's busy it's gonna take a bit but snowboarded in 4 states !! Loved it here !!
google avatar

Meagan L.

Yelp
Ok - listen. The mountain is small, okay? It's not going to have the best snow conditions being this close to town (usually). There's like, 4 runs. The lift runs a little slow. But you know what? This place has character and class, and is 45 minutes from Denver. The people who work here have that warm, small town neighborly vibe and welcoming spirit. The space they have created in the Lodge and the Cafe is so charming and actually pretty relaxing. We came on a Tuesday night this (admittedly abysmal) winter we are having, for some night skiing. Now, the conditions were not great, okay? It was windy. It was icy. 2 years ago they had literally an extra 4 ft. of snow at this time of year. But they don't control climate change and so I am not going to reduce their rating because of that. I would gladly come here more often and take the short small runs over fighting traffic on a Sunday with some good snow. I would willingly take a few laps and then grab a beer and some waffle fries for $10 over paying $10 for a single beer at some of the other resorts you fought in traffic to get to. It's also a really cheap lift ticket (or pass). Right now (January 2018) you can get a Ticket to ski at night and a meal (burger and fries) for $40 - and yes, they DO have veggie burgers! We had already eaten but our friend got the burger and it looked and smelled good, and he said it was actually a really, really good burger! We got some fries - they were waffle fries. Oh yeah. They also have great beers on tap - not just Coors or Coors light, they have local breweries like Odell on tap, plus some canned beers and other beverages. =D And also, yes I would recommend this place to a beginner. I learned to ski by heading straight to the top of Copper (granted, American Flyer) and bypassing any kind of bunny hill altogether. Because you don't learn anything on bunny hills. This mountain is just steep enough and just long enough and wide enough for you to keep to your little lane and gain your bearings and learn how to control your speed and turn. No pain no Jane. I mean gain. :) Its not that steep, but steep enough an intermediate/advanced skier can pick up some decent speed and work their turns, or jump into the trees. They are trying to gain more business and I'd say they have a great space to do something fun like a band and happy hour night, or a geeks who drink trivia night, something fun like that just close enough to town that you can attract more people and business. I hope they hit the ground running this year (after being closed last season) and are able to have many more winters! So go give them a try!

Yelp
Awesome Awesomeness Awesome Awesomeness Great heart full wonder fil kind loving had a amazing food

Yelp
I would give this place ZERO STARS if I could. The lack of professionalism and customer service is astounding and I am shocked they are still in business given how they treat their paying customers. They make it impossible to get in contact with them and then when you finally do they are short and unresponsive. Given these times of uncertainty and illness, you would expect more understanding and sympathy from attractions of this nature. I booked with this company during my vacation to Colorado Springs and was eagerly looking forward to it. Unfortunately, my husband became sick with COVID the night prior to our trip. I emailed them to cancel and ask for a refund for his day pass and equipment and I even offered to provide them his positive COVID test as proof of why we had to cancel. They did not care and refused to give me any type of refund. Alex and Lindsey, I recommend you both go back to management training and learn how to deal with customers! From our correspondence it seemed they would've preferred us to show up and expose other guest and staff to COVID then refund us our money! I wish I could give this place zero stars. There are better ski resorts nearby and the management is better accommodating to their guest needs and concerns. I WOULD AVOID THIS RESORT AT ALL COST!

Yelp
Snow tubing at Echo Mountain was one of the most beautiful experiences with my mom and sister! The views were incredible and I don't think you get that at other snow tubing places. My sister lost her ID on one of the snow tubing hills and that was found by mama bear in charge of the whole snow tubing operation. Hats off to Mama Bear Jen! We eat some food before leaving to go back down the mountain and get back to Denver and that was yummy as well :-) you should definitely go snow tubing here and bring music and weed. Yelp
We had so much fun tubing at Echo Mountain today. The ages in our group were 13-61. An hour is the perfect amount of time. There are portapotties near the tubing hill or real bathrooms down the stairs. Highly recommend for a fun afternoon!
