Eco Dive Club - Maafushi

Well, my diving experience with them was good. They mentioned at first they will take us to a calm and shallow underwater area where you can stand up and get used to breathing underwater at your own pace, When you feel ready they'll go down underwater. But they directly took us to deep water, which I didn't expect and panicked. But later I calm down and get used to it. The instructor is great & very professional, he takes care of me a lot. They are helpful and friendly. But I expected more from them for diving because it was my first time and wanted to explore more and deep.

Had an incredible experience ! The staff were amazingly friendly, extremely accommodating, and made us feel safe and comfortable every step of the way. The dive itself was fun, memorable, and so well-organized. Highly recommend

We had an amazing day full of dives, explanations and patience from our great instructor. We had a bad experience in another center and with eco dive club we could really enjoy the maldives sea. When we come back we will 100% sure repeat with them.

One of the best experience in Maldives is DIVING. And Ecodive club made sure that I had a memorable one. The team is fantastic with calm and knowledgeable instructors. Proper equipments, nice atmosphere and friendly instructors. The beautiful fact of this team is their concern on environment. And in the end of dive, you do get very good pictures. Thanks Naaish for being the calm instructor 🥹

Had some leftover time, so decided to do a fun dive with them. Booking process was easy and guide new a lot about dive site. Big Surprise was that the guide brought a GoPro, so that he could film me without charging me extra. If I had more time, I would definitely dive again with them.

Eco Dive Club was recommended to me by fellow divers and I’m so happy I chose them. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable crew who made every dive safe and memorable. I’ve been diving all over the world and they rank in the top in all my experiences. Super helpful crew getting set up and in and out of water. They anticipated every need and even prepped my mask (a first!) Always long safety stops which I love and their dive boat is comfortable/covered and has a toilet. Mippu was my dive master/buddy for all four of my dives and he took so many great GoPro pics and videos of me while diving too. He also gets five stars for the best laugh ever. There are no coincidences in life. I am so thankful I ended up at ECO DIVE Club. Got there with my big fear. Guys professionally helped me get rid of it. Nice atmosphere, professional help and equipment. High skills of the staff. Important to me special care about environment which is part of their activities too. Many thanks to my favourite Instructor Mippu. I am counting down days when again will be able to join you to explore this amazing underwater world ❤️

There are many dive shops to choose from on Maafushi, but I highly recommend just heading straight for Eco Dive Club. Every staff member was super helpful in answering questions beforehand. The dive equipment and boat was excellent and most importantly our dive instructor Nihaal was an absolute legend. He actually took the time to refresh some dive skills with us before heading down for our first dive and he gave thorough instructions/info prior to each dive site. Absolute brilliant day seeing a nudi branch, loads of grey reef sharks, eagle rays, trigger fish, huge dog tooth tuna etc.. All staff seems to truly care about sustainable practices and to top it off, the dives were at the cheapest price I've encountered in the Maldives (USD50 per dive, all equipment included, low season).
