Eco Hotel Oceanomare

Simply awesome! The customer service here is by far great! The way each customer is treated makes one feel like this is not the first time you're here, because they really do know how to make you feel at home. There is a great infrastructure to the service provided and anyone can undoubtedly love this place as much as I did. Andrea, Cinzia and all the crew, thank you so much for all the care and attention given towards my family! 😁

Stayed here for 3 nights in December. Quiet location back from the street in a forested area in North Florianópolis - very peaceful. Would say it is almost essential to have your own transportation & I would also caution anyone who wants to go for dinner, etc as anything is 30-60 mins+ drive away. This is no problem as long as you’re aware of it. ||With regards to accommodation, the rooms are small rustic cabins on top of a hill. A couple of improvements that could be made: more towels (1 small towel per person only) & a bit cleaner (mold in the shower), however it is quite humid in Floripa so this is not surprising. Also would be nice to have some cups, etc in the room as there is a fridge for beer/wine/water. ||Also to note, the breakfast is good served daily 8-10:30am & the pool looks nice, although we did not use it. There are pools towels available from the front desk.

Really great! The people are nice, the room i stayed was really comfortable, with 2 beds, a little table with two chairs and a TV in the living room, one bathroom, and one suite super cool. The place is awesome! It's so cool to play with the children and to relax... Thank u guys!

They will require full payment upon arrival and when you get to your room you will see why. ||The room is INFESTED WITH MICE which constantly run around in the walls. The incessant sounds of mice running and squeeking about is horrific and the place should be shut down as it's a health hazard. We were forced to stay one night before finding alternative accommodation and they refused issuing a refund thus resulting in a law suit.||If you want a rodent infested, broken aircon, dirty, urine scented shed with multiple health hazards such as rusty fridge, cockroaches, and noisy mice running around plus no security due to adjoining doors and bathroom windows (you can get into the neighbours bathroom if you want) then good luck. ||The staff are sarcastic and unhelpful and have no word. They promised us a full refund then refused to give it once we had left. AVOID.

I stayed just one night with my boyfriend but I enjoyed every minute. The weather was marvelous and all the hotel's site were incredible confortable and peaceful. The room was really good. The only problem was that the double bed was actually two beds together.

We were at Pousada Oceanomare Over Christmas 2013 for twelve days and we enjoyed our stay there very much. The rooms were very clean and comfortable (and air conditioned), the pool was as beautiful as it looks on the web, and the staff was as helpful and accommodating as any I have ever dealt with. The only two downsides were a mediocre, but passable, breakfast and that they allowed people who were not staying at the hotel to pay and use the pool during the day (this made for a very crowded pool filled with families some days). Both of those things were negligible, however, and may not even be the same as I write this review a year later. The only other thing to know is that you should absolutely have a car if you are staying here. It is a drive to any beach, or to the center of town of the city, but as Floripa has so much to see, you should get a car anyway and it becomes a non-issue. Absolutely recommend it!

If you are looking for a place with all inclusive but the beach this is the place. And do not take me wrong, even the hotel is not far from the sea it has everything for your stay, nature contact, large swimming pool (for me was perfect since is difficult to find it and you want to burn serious calories at the pool) and the restaurant is nice, confortable and fair. Do not hesitate in choose this place. I booked originally 2 nights and just we arrived we elongate for 2 more.

Perfect situated to discover the beaches around the area, but a car is a must. Very kind and helpfull staff. When you come back in the evening, it is quite quiet, because the main road is a bit off. You should bring money with you, an ATM machine is not available in the nearby town. For us there was always an english (or even german :-)) speaking person available.
