A dispensary that just has everything right! 👌Store design is modern, clean and sleek, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Specially, Jordan he makes you feel like you are talking to an old friend, and also gives you plenty of space to look around at your own pace. We’re looking for pre rolled and he just nailed it with he’s recommendation, the quality is exceptionally good 😌, wish it was a little cheaper but it was worth it.

The staff was very nice but I feel like I got played. I ordered flower and a joint in line and was told the total was $41. Got to the counter and they didn’t have what I had JUST ordered so they gave me another strain. Said the total was now $54. It was first Friday and super busy so I didn’t feel like making a fuss so I said ok. I had a 20% off coupon and they said they could not honor it, ok fine again…. At this point I’d been in line for awhile and I just wanted to get out. Well it wasn’t until after I paid that they said that was JUST the flower. They forgot to ring up the joint. I had to go back to the ATM so two $2.50 charges. So what was supposed to be $41 ended up being $66. On top of that Town Gas brand was TERRIBLE quality. The shake was literally all leaves. If you’re selling trim, say it’s trim. Trim and shake are two different things 😂😭🫠

New to all this. This was my first time in-store getting my own stuff. I was nervous walking in, but that immediately waded away. Cameron helped me out and was real nice. He helped me decide what would be best for some good sleep. Really been needing some of that. He was SPOT ON. I was knocked out smoothly within half an hour and woke up the next morning feeling like a new person! No fuss, just stick a nice watermelon disk in the vape and voila! Like magic. Amazing clean store with outstanding customer service experience. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back soon!

Always good energy all around. My favorite employees are Aaron and Jojo. Both possess really great energy, very down to earth and great at helping me decide when Im trying something new. Its always a pleasure to be within their energy and I always look for them when I come in.

I got sold Delta 8 here at straight scam. Please pay attention to the labeling. Tasted disgusting ended up wasting so much money. Do not recommend here they’re shady. Dude was cool but irritated I was scammed.

They've lost a case with the department of Labor with me, and still have not paid me money owed. They should have their license revoked for how they treat staff. I will keep writing reviews like this everywhere I can until they pay what is owed to me. How a business like this can stay afloat while treating staff so poorly is beyond me. They owe me $4,300 and have yet to even contact me or take care of any of their actual business with me. They're a joke. Do not give them money do not give them money do not give them money. They do not deserve your business.

I didn't really go through the whole process of asking questions, and finding out what they had. I chose online before however, when I arrived, they informed me of a great deal for a 1/8th on BOGO. I ended up getting three different 1/8th's for $60 out the door. Good stuff to, Fig Farm Smalls and Town Gas. They gave me a veteran discount and told me it's on file for when I return. They were extremely friendly and hospitable. I will definitely return when I'm working in the area.

The staff member greeted me, asked me what I need, brought me exactly to it, and even offered her own experiences, thoughts, and suggestions when I asked. She knew her stuff. Inside, the store was clean and looked great. [ Prices ] The price for the product I wanted was the lowest I'd seen among other shops. That was great to see. The high tax kinda sucks, but what can you do. [ Tips ] Cash only, but there's an ATM inside. If I recall correctly, the fee was $2.50, which wasn't bad at all. Small parking lot in the back.

we had a good experience here. they gave us something like a sample for being a first time customer. and were really friendly. we would go back! they had a good selection of what we were looking for at different prices, and overall we spent less than expected!

A bit of a walk from uptown Oakland, but it was a nice sunny day out, perfect for a walk. This is a well-laid-out store. Nice displays on the walls, and a great center display with jars of flower. No budtender necessary if you're just browsing. You can look at and smell any strain you'd like. It's in a jar on the center table, which has holes so you can see and smell each one. You can take your time here without any pressure from a budtender. This is, by far, the most valuable aspect of this experience. They got this part right. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Everyone had a smile and the budtenders all had iPads, ready to help. I respect their business model and how they support local suppliers. Their success helps other Oakland businesses be successful. Keep up the awesome work!

Customer service sucks. Purchased over $360 in products and they seemed bothered I was purchasing a lot because it was on sale. Couldn't seem to comprehend number of units per the sale terms. Had to explain I'm a new shopper to get a promo pre-roll. Headache and frustration. Would rather spend my money where they respect customers. Went home and looked over receipt. They overcharged me $20. They said the total was $20 more than what the receipt showed. SMH I replied to their customer service feedback text I received and look at how ridiculous this place operates. I posted a screen shot.

Usually love this place ... but the hours they post are not the hours they actually keep .. checked their hours of operation and went there and they were not open ... this happened twice.

I use to have so so service in this place; However, there is a women that has a blonde wig and wearing what looked like a bathrobe that provided me service yesterday that was horrible. I will never go back and I would advise no one else waste their time in this place. This lady acts like she is trying to lose money for this place. Message to owners, get this lady away from the customers. You will lose business. There are a few other despensaries opening in the area. I am taking my business to any of them over this place as long as she is there. I recommend others save yourselves the drama and skip this spot. There are too many choices available than to have to put up with service like that..

I placed an order online yesterday. Never got a confirmation, email, or text confirming the order. . Nothing. No response at all. Well, never wasting time with this place again. No response at all. Seems how they operate.

You can read my previous review and it's still all true. Went in today for some gummies to help me sleep. Security was a breeze and I was expertly assisted by Saoirse. I don't get service like this in high-end wine shops. Honestly, this is one of the best, if not the best, retail establishments in Oakland and beyond. Perfect vibe. Highly recommended.

The bad reviews are real. Overpriced and dishonest. There are better places to go! These people have some sketchy promos. They told me the ganja gold prerolls were buy two get one free, which is what it says on their site. I heard the rep ask them for another ganja gold then the person in the back mumbled something. They gave me a Taylor's preroll with less than half the THC then the ones I bought. When I asked why I didn't get a 3rd ganja gold they said the one they gave me was the preroll for the promo. No it wasn't. It says online while supplies last. If you ran out and were substituting something else, say that. Lying for no reason. The prices are way higher than displayed because of tax. They don't have enough employees helping on the floor. I should have went to the place I always go which is NUG Oakland. The tax is already included in the price at NUG. I could have spent way less on two prerolls there that had more THC. I wish I could return the stuff I bought but I can't. I got no recent. The place is cash only so I wonder what other sketchy stuff they do.

IRE CARE DELIVERY Is where I go‼ I can just see reading, all the reviews people are not satisfied, with this place and with customer service. How they go about, fixing how they overcharge, people and they, do not do anything about it they just want a review, they just want your money people. Not smart about, what they know about cannabis not someone off the street that hasn't smoked before or hasn't even grew a plant before. Oh, I see is people working here to make them seem like they're, a cool kid now joke.

Where do I begin? From the moment I stepped foot into the door I felt nothing but positive energy. Everyone was so welcoming and warm and I pretty much had the whole place to myself (early bird). I was looking for some pre rolls and a pretty pipe to take back to ATL with me and with Jojo by my side I was successful! Please come visit Jojo he has impeccable customer service and lots of insight on all the products !

Great shop, but I wish they actually had their prices in the glass displays. Great service is about transparency, speaking to a rep shouldn't feel like a negotiation. My preference is just going in to a shop, choose myself and leave.

I've been shopping at Eco for over four years. It's a good shop, and my favorite anywhere, especially now that Magnolia and Oakland Organics are gone. Eco has consistently good product, friendly and knowledgeable service, fair prices. Great location with dedicated car parking in the back and bike racks right out front. I recommend the flower from Ember Valley and Greenline. I love that they have $5 out the door pre-rolls every day; every town in America should be so lucky.. it's almost like a service to the public health.. why shouldn't it be cheaper and easier to get a decent pre-roll than a bottle of cheap booze? Please keep this up Eco!

More swanky, less dank-y. This is certainly the nicest dispensary I've ever been to... which I guess isn't saying much because I've only been to 3 other dispensaries but for real this one is world's classier and cleaner and dare I say, more "high end"than the others. You can tell from the exterior of the building that they've got style and flair (just like the nanny) and they ain't afraid to show it with their showroom windows and fancy colored mood lighting. None of that blacked out windows and warehouse floor business I've come accustomed to. Check in was easy and surprisingly friendly. I was matched up with a well-dressed gent who knew his stuff and was really nice about all the changes to my order and questions I had. Due to some pretty severe depression, I'm more of a CBD cat than a cannabis cat and they have some of the best CBD-forward products I've had here. Specifically the mango-flavored jelly cubes. Incredible. Not only the best CBD flavored item I've had, but the best candy type item I've had in my life. Your little add ons will add up quickly and they are cash only so be prepared for that. They clearly label and price everything in cases so there's no confusion there but stocking up here isn't exactly an affordable endeavor.

In the first year of post prohibition era, Cannabis retailers of many strains have sprouted around California. This is a particularly nice one. As the other reviews say, lots of effort has gone into the decor, merchandising and systems. The place looks great. Excellent selection, including hard to find items like Durban and full spectrum extracts. Knowledgeable staff. Excellent quality local flower, good prices and a retiree discount all the time.

I have never had a bad experience at ECO cannabis. I have been a customer for several years and they have been very consistent with their customer service and experience thus far. The establishment itself is kept very clean and easy to navigate. I am greeted by staff multiple times when i visit. From security, floor staff, and the budtender at the register, everyone is always so knowledgable, polite, and leaves a positive impact on me as a customer. I like that they have a pretty good collection of QUALITY products, but it isn't so much that you get overwhelmed. Shoutout to Shell, she has helped me several times and is a great asset to your team!! She is awesome at helping the customer, is very approachable, knowledgable, and always has a kind smile on her face. Her aura is a great addition to your space! Keep doing the great work!

Such a great experience here tonight, especially with Shell who was amazingly helpful. I brought my mom in because she's been having trouble sleeping. It was my mom's first time in a dispensary, and she has some stigma and confusion around cannabis. Shell did a wonderful job recommending a few products and explaining her rationale. She's so smart, and a true professional. At the end, the team even cheered on my mom and took a few photos with her. I'm grateful that you made her first experience at a dispensary an unforgettable one. Thank you!

Man, oh man, have I tried with this place. It's in the neighborhood and claims to be community supportive, etc etc so I kept trying but today was unreal. After being sold a cartridge that takes a proprietary battery to use, I tried to exchange it. When I spoke to the first person, she asked, "who sold you this? They didn't make sure you have the battery?" I told her the other floor person did and she did a shot-to-the-head move with her fingers indicating what a dumb move that was. She said she'd speak to the manager. She came out and told me that they couldn't return it. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said no. Um...what? She then told me I could wait in the lobby area but he wouldn't be coming out. I then try to speak through their little order window to try to get the managers attention. I of course raise my voice because I'm trying to speak with someone in the back room. The woman the calls security over (for the record the security guard was pretty nice). Security asks what happened, I told him and he says, "the manager's not in tonight." So the staff lied about speaking with the manager and just denied me my exchange. She also told the security guard, "call the cops if you needbto, but get her out." My jaw was on the floor and I almost started crying. Trying to exchange a $70 cartridge at a shop I go to all the time!!!! Are you kidding me? I said fuck you as I left and she ran to the door to tell me she's banning me. As if I ever would have gone back anyways... Other incidents worth mentioning: - They sold me indica weed when I asked for a sativa reco - There are no experts in the building, so unless you're a weed expert yourself, I wouldn't go in looking for help - Multiple staff have flirted with me while shopping (creepy) Bummer & bye.

So lucky to have this place be my local spot. I love how easy everything is. Bud tender busy? Grab a kiosk. Wide variety in selection and it's not too expensive. Presentation is on point. Is that a hanging moss garden in back? Oh ya! Shout out to my man Kevin. Every time I go there he's working those counters. He probably lives here. Kevins always got a smile and direction to point you in depending on what your feeling so look for him in your visit.

This is my first time at a cannabis dispensary and I would have to say, I'm very impressed. It's like walking into an Apple Store! We were greeted by a friendly gentleman who welcomed us with a smile, opened the door and showed us where to go. The front desk checked us in then asked us if we've been here before. Since we haven't, he graciously explained the process and introduced us to Jasmin who was our "tour guide" per se. She was courteous and professional and asks us what we were interested in. She first took us to smell the flowers explaining the different varieties and what their properties are. She also showed us the different forms of cannabis: edibles/tablets, joints, joint makers, etc. I didn't know these things existed! It's like a nespresso for marijuana! We had a few questions and she was patient answering then all. Needless to say, it was mind blowing to visit this store. I'm glad this was the first dispensary I've visited because it looks like, based on the reviews, that this place is top notch. Tip: They only take cash which they tell you upfront. They have an ATM machine that charges a small service fee which they also tell you up front.

A clean, well lit place to get your flowers, oil, dabs, carts, etc from. It's a welcoming atmosphere and all the staff that work here reflect. I already knew what I wanted but I'll ask questions about the stuff they carry the next time I come in since a lot of the reviews mention the staff here are knowledge. These are the types of places I'll make my way back for even though it's kind of far for me.

I've been a medical cannabis user for literally decades. It was a real shock when it was legalized for recreational and the prices of my medicine went up double (or even more). I had my card renewed this week and found out about this place, new to my neighborhood, so I went to check them out. They really stand out from other dispensaries. Their layout is wonderful, the store feels relaxing, the staff is super-friendly. Their prices aren't any higher than any of the other places I've used, and they waive most of the tax for medical so it's not as bad as it could be. The displays are really cute, I like how everything's laid out like a boutique, instead of having to ask someone to show you what something looks like, it's all out there for you to see, in tastefully arranged glass cases. I will definitely shop here again.

Worst customer service I've ever had they opened 3 hours late while I waited outside and the told me to go home and order online to wait while we switched their systems so all my customers rewards points are gone and when I called I was given the run around and when I finally got to the manager the dude on the phone wasn't even paying attention to what I was saying got my phone number wrong and just kept trying to rush me off the phone so I hung up do NOT Shop here

They were so patient and helpful. Answering all of our questions and walking us through the process. It wasn't my first time at a dispensary but it was my friend's and they made it such a great experience for us both. Strongly recommend stopping by this place and shopping with them. It has a cute modern interior and offers a vast variety of goodies from bud, to teas, to bath products! When in Oakland, I'll definitely stop by again!

Was headed to Kingston 11 for rum punch an chicken with curry potatoes. Walked by ECO, and I saw 3-4 pretty women working inside the store. I walked right in. Not even a smoker. The store was nice and clean and appeared to have all the latest weed technology. A nice young lady welcomed me and gave me a tour of the place. She answered my questions about thc and joints. I had no idea what I was asking her about. I had no idea what she talking about as she was explaining what some of the products were. I ended up buying a strawberry vanilla wafer/cookie thing for $6. I popped it into my mouth and forgot all about. About 2 hours later I was watching Power. Mary J Blige had me drooling. Mary looks ok. Nothing to drool over. I think that wafer altered my mind a bit before I fell asleep for 5 strait hours. If I was a stoner eco would br my fav spot.

The service is what stands eco apart. I work a couple blocks from here and love that I can order online and the order is waiting for me when I arrive. From the moment I show up security opens the door, the person who scans my ID asks how they can help and if I linger and check out the selection before I head to pick up my purchase someone approaches me with a tablet eager to answer questions. The store is beautiful and the prices are competitive as well, but the staff is the reason I'll keep coming back.

Not only was I referred here by a wonderful friend of mine, this is the best club I've been to! Reina is a delight and honestly she's knows more about the art of cannabis than anyone I've known. When I went in for a visit, I knew I wanted a hybrid cartridge for my vape pen. Brite is the way to go! The other young lady helped me out too, so sweet and approachable. I cannot wait to use my lavender CBD bath salts, also a great recommendation by Reina because I talk about my muscle pain. I've used one before and honestly it's fantastic. HUGE RECOMMENDATION if you're stressed, on your feet a lot, or just plain want to light some candles and soak in the tub!! Shout out to Kushy Punch gummies, I can't wait for my day off to relax and be content with my purchases here. (10/10++) for atmosphere in this location. It's very beautiful.

Malik and Melissa are an amazing duo every time I go in they are super friendly they have amazing customer service. They definitely make my visits enjoyable. They are fast and efficient they get me in and out the door pretty fast. Malik is always into his sales I can tell enjoys is job. Thanks for the great experience you too. I'm so happy that this moved in on my block, right by Telegraph Wine & Spirits (Quality Mart) and Burrito Express. Honestly the shop gave the shops a bit of a face lift which looks really awesome! The store has really big windows so you can see inside the beautiful space from the street. It's pretty trendy inside with lots of cool shelves housing products, glass cases, and a plant wall by the check out counter. It's a pretty seamless experience- you go in and you can be helped by either a "bud tender" or go to the self check out iPad. I see some people complaining about long waits, but I've never had this issue (although living right next door probably makes it easier to stop in when it doesn't look too crowded). The people who work here have always been super friendly and helpful which is always a plus as well! Great addition to this space on Telegraph.

They have a special offering 5 pre-rolls @$12 ea then 5 @ 5cents each. What they don't tell you is the weed is from old ass roaches from joints they got at good shops. Shits nasty. Only thing ECO about this place is they recycle what they smoke
