I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. What really made the experience stand out, however, was the exceptional service. All the staff were friendly and helpful, but I would especially like to mention Mana. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. His warm attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference. Thank you, Mana, for your outstanding hospitality! Highly recommended – I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for 5 days. The place is great and the facilities are exactly as shown in the photos. The rooms are located right in front of the pool, making it an ideal spot to relax and chill out before heading out to explore the city or when you return. I especially highlight the staff’s attention, always willing to help with anything you need, especially Mana, who checked me in. I would definitely come back.

The reason for my stay was to use the pool facilities. I’m a solo traveller but stayed in a private room which was reasonably priced however you are literally fighting with mosquitoes everywhere. Even in the shared bathrooms. But it was tolerable. I just kept my window and door closed in my room. The staff were really nice and friendly, you can do your own laundry. The location is a bit far out from the square but grabs are very cheap so it’s okay.

Rooms were a little small but beds were comfy and bathrooms were nice and clean. The pool is great but usually not enough sun beds for everyone, especially considering people not staying there can use the pool too. Location is about a 30 min walk from the night bazaar. Overall a nice, quiet place to stay.

This place is extraordinary and beautiful. Staff is helpful and kind! I only got to experience an overnight stay as I was traveling on to a retreat however, it most surely deserves another trip for at least a week!

A hidden away gem: getting here you pass resorts charging over 300 dollars a night, here you can have the same peace and quiet with a better pool for a tiny fraction of the price. I've been coming here 15 years, and am glad it survived the floods of 2024. Same relaxed vibe, beautiful gardens, delicious restaurant, and what must be the biggest pool in Chiang Mai. Do yourself a favour and come here - it's easier than ever to get a Grab from the city centre for one or two Euro
