This place was amazing 🥰. I did a color analysis with DaBin and she did an amazing job of explaining what colors best suit me and I loved that they allowed me to take pictures of the colors and example. The hair treatment was amazing. They took pictures before and after of my scalp and the difference was instant. They had a translators available during the explanation to make sure all my questions were answered. The massages and massage chairs alone were to die for. But honestly, the front desk staff and stylists staff by far make this place worth it. Very attentive and very friendly. I came with my 2 sisters and we all got the same treatment. They even gave us a postcard and printed a picture of all 3 of us as a keepsake! 10000% recommend this place if you are in Seoul

I had such a comfortable and satisfying experience from start to finish. The massage chair was especially amazing! It automatically provided heat and massage during the treatment, which helped release all the tension in my body and made it so easy to relax. Normally, salon appointments can feel a bit long or tiring, but here, I honestly wished the time would go even slower because it was so relaxing. Both the designer and the assistant were incredibly kind and attentive. They carefully explained what would suit me best and made the whole process feel very thoughtful and personalized. The space was also clean and peaceful, which made me feel like I was at a healing retreat. Getting a shampoo while lying back in a massage chair was such a luxurious experience—I didn’t know it could feel this good! With both comfort and skill, this place truly has it all. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended! 🙌✨

I had the worst experience at this salon. I went in for highlights—my hair was healthy, long, and had never been treated with chemicals before. I repeatedly asked for highlights only and clearly stated that I didn’t want an all-over color. Despite this, the stylist drastically bleached my hair. I paid around $400 USD and did not get the result I asked for. To make matters worse, the stylist didn’t inform me that she was working on two clients at the same time. She left her assistants to continue my treatment, failed to set a timer for the bleach, and forgot to remove it on time before applying the color. What makes this even more upsetting is that it was my birthday, and I was really looking forward to a fresh new look to celebrate. Instead, I left the salon feeling heartbroken. They made no effort to fix the issue when I expressed how unhappy I was. Now, I’m left with damaged, weakened hair and have to figure out how to repair it. I feel so bad and disappointed. I do not recommend this salon to anyone—it felt like a tourist trap and was completely unprofessional. I had an amazing experience at this salon! I came in for a haircut, hair analysis, and their 15-step scalp treatment with Vera and left feeling completely refreshed. The staff was friendly, professional, and really took the time to explain each step. My haircut turned out exactly how I wanted and the scalp treatment was pure bliss. My hair has never felt better—highly recommend! I also had a color analysis and makeup session with Subin and really enjoyed it. She was friendly, explained everything well, and I left with great tips on shades that suit me best.

I recently got my hair colored at Eco Jardin Gyeongbokgung, and it was such a great experience!!! I chose a dark red shade and also did a personal color analysis to find the best tone for me. Everything was done so well from start to finish. My hair stylists, Jenny, Jaehyun and Dabin, were super gentle and careful!! 🥹 They really took their time to make sure my hair was colored perfectly and fixed everything with great attention. I could tell they really cared about doing a good job. They even gave me snacks and hot tea since I had a cold to make me feel better What made it perfect was the massage chair during the hair wash 🛀✨ it was so relaxing!!!
