My husband and I both did the 18 step treatment (250K KRW each), and for me they suggested and added the Aujua treatment (180K KRW, which is the price of the 15 step treatment). So we spent 680,000 KRW in total. The service was very nice, the stylists were great. The reason for my very low review is that the time for both our treatments was the same, the only difference between our treatments was an additional hair mask which I paid 180K KRW for despite multiple overlapping treatments that would be included in the 250K KRW 18 step treatment anyways. I asked if they could provide an adjusted package before the service and they said no which made me think that the Aujua treatment would be worthwhile, have many additions, have additional time spent on my hair, or have products provided after the fact, none of this happened, and quite frankly it left such a bitter taste in my mouth to have paid almost 200 CAD more for a hair mask, it just feels like I've been scammed and I wanted to warn others if they try to upsell you the treatment, don't do it, you can spend the 180K on another treatment, other high end products or services for your hair etc. It's just not appropriate for a business to do this. I'm left disappointed and feeling taken advantage of just because I don't speak the language.
