CHEZ GUSTAVE appartment Chez Gustav is far away from the wine yards and the winery... About 1hr 50min. Far too expensive for the comfort it offers. We compared with houses around offering better view and comfort and it was far too expensive for the quality it offers and the season. Basic kitchen utensils missing (try without pasta fork to put the pasta on your plate :)), no towels (you have to bring your own) and only one single window facing north so it is always dark inside the place even if it is sunny outside.... Kitchen was very dirty and I had to clean it first. If you hike all day and want a stay to sleep it's fine but sadly, far too overpriced... On the webpage it is written LAKE view, that is not true, lake view you have only from the owners house not from Chez Gustave. This should be corrected as it s misleading. The host however a very friendly person :).

So welcoming place, you will meet the best people in Alsace with excellent hosting manners. Natural wine testing will be part of journey, as well as a swimming pool that is great for youngest and not so young visitors. At night absolute silence is around you. The best place to be fay and night!

We appreciated our visit to this friendly winemaker very much. The welcome was very warm, our host was able to tell passionatley and knowledgable about his product and - not unimportant - all four of us really lliked the wines. Natural wines don't always have the best reputation (it did not with me at least), but we honestly liked all 5 wines we tasted. It is of course more expensive, so I wouldn't buy it to drink on your average weekday, but we couldn't resist to take a carton for special occasions. Tasting 5 wines cost 10 euro's which I personally like because you don't feel obliged to buy anything. The tasting is free if you buy a carton or more. Fair deal, in my eyes.

Vignoble Klur is an amazing destination you must stay at while visiting Alsace. They offer wonderful apartments with an artistic flair of decor and very comfortable. Make sure you visit the cellar and indulge in a tasting to experience a true expression of the terroir of Alsace. The wines are 100% organic and Biodynamic. Francine and Clément Klur are extremely friendly and knowledgable about the region to guarantee you have a wonderful stay in Alsace. I will 100% be back to this very special space.

Unfriendly guy. We had mice in the room, but he didn't care. His only solution was to lend us his cat, which was full of flees... We left and didn't get a refund

Ein ganz bezaubernder Urlaubsort! Liebenswerte Gastgeber! Ein Urlaub mit vielen neuen Eindrücken: Landschaft, Kulinarik, Naturerlebnis, bezaubernde Orte, absolute Ruhe in der Ferienunterkunft mit viel Privatsphäre, und natürlich der faszinierende Naturwein, für uns eine ganz neue und spannende Erfahrung. Wir haben noch längst nicht alles erkundet im schönen Elsass und würden Familie Klur auch sehr gerne wiedersehen. Wir kommen wieder!
