Fresh and delicious food and drinks. The waiter was friendly and helpful to recommend the platter, which we're so glad he did! The other tables food and drinks look good too, we would definitely come back.

People have forgotten what proper presentation and service are. Disgusting! And also not friendly. I asked for a glass of water and got half. Can't you pour a full glass of water? In such a beautiful place it is inappropriate to be rude and do such a presentation. Low level. If a customer orders coffee, you should put a napkin on the tray, pour a full glass of water and do a normal serving.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Caesar salad—it was extremely large and tasty, especially the bacon. My burger (the first and most expensive option) was excellent, featuring amazingly cooked onions and perfectly prepared meat. The waiters are nice and professional. I like this place; the prices are quite fair, and it's conveniently close to the Duomo.

It's fine. We went there to escape the heat and have a drink. We were sat in the 'patio' where the air-con wasn't turned on and was only a few degrees cooler than the 35°C outside. The soft drinks menu was limited with either juice or coca-cola, though the hot drinks were reasonably priced and had a large selection. We both ordered the tiramisu as well, which was definitely not a normal one, despite having no details of a change of ingredients on the online menu. There seemed to be some sort of apricot jam as the base? It was not very nice.

Nice view from the patio over the road and nearby architecture. Salad was great as well as the portion size for the price. It could use some herbs though. I'm sure other meals are great too. Would recommend 100%.

The ordering system was really confusing. When I asked the staff if my order had been placed, the guy was rude to me. That was just the start of the issues. They served my food just before my friend’s, so I finished eating while she was still waiting. When her order finally arrived (after she had to remind them because they apparently forgot), it was wrong. She didn’t want to make a fuss and ate it anyway, but she hated it. Then, when we paid, I was charged an extra euro. Overall, the food was mediocre and the service was very bad.
