When I arrived, it was not possible to book a table at the restaurant. After I was referred to the restaurant manager, he spoke to me rather arrogantly. It’s unfortunate that when you come here to fully relax, that’s not possible. The swimming pool is nice, but all in all, I wouldn’t come here again.

We loved this hotel and definitely will be coming back. The outside pool (which is heated) was nice even though the weather was chilly. We were very very impressed that they have so many types of saunas available. Staff was very attentive and we were even gifted a bottle of wine on check out. The overall feel of the hotel is of classic luxury in a beautiful location surrounded by forest.

Wonderful resort and wonderful staff!! I cannot express enough how well we were treated and how everyone was so kind. Installations are impeccably clean including the wellness area. Which has very good saunas and a pool area. The area is just magical. Straight out of a fairytale. Our morning views to the landscape waking up were priceless. Only downside is that indeed the rooms are very hot and the curtains don't block completely the light. So i would recommend to bring a eye cover. Looking forward to come back in the future!! 🤗

Be very cereful with this hotel charging policy!!!! This is a resort style Hotel in the charming old town of Echternach. Rooms are a bit dated. Everything was nice until we found after checkout that the hotel had charged us €300 for 12 breakfasts which we didn't have. This although we stated on checkin that we wanted to hold off on breakfast. The hotel later replied that they do not keep track of who had breakfast and that they ask at checkout (which they didn't) and that nothing can be done about the charge now. Working with my bank to reverse this fraudulent charge now.

his was the high light of our trip. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. We were going to go to Paris but due to the amount of people that were going to be in Paris for Bastille day we changed our plans at the last minute. I am so happy we did! The staff were wonderful, the room was beautiful, the place filled us with such peace and joy. The breakfast every day was exceptional and well attended. I cant speak highly enough about this wonderful resort. I thank everyone of the staff that work there for making our anniversary so amazing!!!

We just stayed tow nights here on our way home from a week in the black forest in Germany. We arrived in pouring rain, but from the moment we arrived we felt the warmth of this hotel. As I approached with bags, the lady at reception ran to the door to open it for me, and I was greeted with a warm friendly smile, what a great start. We knew the restaurant and pool were not open at this tome of year, but the rest of the sap facilities were available. The room was lovely, and very comfortable, and the bliss of having a bath to soak aching muscles after the long walks. |Every member of staff that we passed were friendly and always a smile.|The breakfast room was just beautiful, and with a wonderful view too. The young waiter who looked after the room was very helpful without being invasive, also very helpful with information about the area, and helpful with translations of things we didn't understand, and even when he wasn't sure, he went out of his way to find answers for us.|It was a trip to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, and it really was the perfect place to stay. We had intended using the spa, but in the end we were too tired from all the walks, but we did have a look, and it was amazing, there really was everything you could want. I would recommend this hotel, and the lovely staff to everyone.

Very pleasant place to stay while visiting Echternach Luxembourg. Visiting during the end of May beginning of June and found the rooms to be very warm. Staff was excellent, very friendly. Breakfast was a continental style breakfast with pastries, breads, meats, cheeses, cereals. Fitness room was a plus during my stay. Sauna and pool were available however I did not use them. Very nice place to stay. Warm and inviting.

We had a generously sized room, with a seating area and a balcony. The mini bar even had some complementary drinks.||The hotels has an extensive leisure centre, with a gym, table tennis table, indoor and outdoor pools, all of which are clean and attractive and free to use for guests. White towelling gowns and pool towels were also provided free of charge.||the breakfast, which was included in our room rate, was superb; there was an impressive range of foods on offer, and the fresh, warm pastries were delectable.||This hotel is in a lovely location, right by the lake, and convenient for walking and cycling.
