Eden Bleu Hotel

Nice pool and view, but poor room maintenance and customer service, I had one of my worst stays Air conditioner wasn’t working in my room, the room had a slow ceiling fan that didn’t help, I woke up sweating and called the maintenance, it took them literally 5 hours (I had to call a few times to follow up after being ignored) to finally decide that the AC couldn’t be fixed and I was offered a freestanding fan that didn’t help much either. If you’re hoping for a hassle-free stay, better avoid this hotel.

The moment we reached the hotel we were greeted warmly by the concierge who helped us with our luggage and led us to the reception where we were welcomed with cold refreshing iced tea with a splash of fresh orange juice. Our room wasn’t ready yet. We arrived quite early by 7:30 am way before the normal check-in but Mr. Patrick at the reception did his best and managed to get us our room ready in less than 10mins. We are forever grateful. All the staff were helpful whenever we needed anything. The breakfast had a variety of meals to choose from and the food in the restaurant was also top notch! For sure I’ll be back next time.

After being their frequent guest, thats how they appreciate regular customers , giving noisy rooms without even notification. Recommending to choose another hotel,air conditioning not working, no access to the beach, limited menu choice…..Total torture after having 20 hrs flight. Even through the hotel is not fully booked they complicate the reservations to the point that you are all puzzled up, you check out and go stay at another hotel. Non refundable as well

Great hotel, comfiest beds, great view on the marina, super nice staff :) We spent the first days of our honeymoon there before we were heading to other islands and it was a great place to start from. - breakfast with lots of selection - infinity pool is really nice - restaurants, casino and mall in walking distance - you get access to the gym next door for free - they also have a spa (haven’t been to tho) - 10 mins from the airport Only downside is that you don’t have access to Eden Island, not the beaches and not their facilities, which def is a selling point less.

Great spot! Stunning arrangement! The service was absolutely fantastic! We opted for the set menu. The price was super reasonable, and the food was absolutely amazing! Typically, I'm not a fan of chicken, but this one was incredibly moist and delightfully tender. The serving of chicken was quite satisfying. They whipped up a fantastic birthday cake for my friend's celebration at the last minute, and we were absolutely thrilled. The birthday cake was absolutely amazing!

Hotel and location both excellent, but it’s $15.50 for one bottle of sparkling water. I think everyone can agree that price is absolutely insane. Also the shower is in the middle of the room with glass doors and a curtain you can see straight through, not very family friendly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed with the establishment, the excellent facilities, and the warm hospitality of your staff. There are two points I wanted to raise that left me both intrigued and somewhat disappointed. Firstly, while I appreciate modern design, I found the clear glass enclosure of the shower to be a bit puzzling. I believe frosted glass could have offered guests a greater sense of privacy, which might enhance the overall experience. Secondly, I had a question regarding the breakfast included with our reservation. Due to our learly1:00 a.m. checkout, I inquired if it would be possible to exchange breakfast for dinner. Unfortunately, I was informed that this request could not be accommodated. I do, however, want to express my gratitude for the small snack box provided for our infant child—it was a thoughtful touch. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable.

We had a short stopover at Eden Blue before departing to our next destination in Seychelles. We arrived at 21:30 and the area was very quiet, all restaurants in the area were closed. We had a rooms revive and their BBQ quesadillas were amazing! Also, the most fluffy and nice towels I ever experienced in the hotel.
