Easy check in. |Comfortable rooms. |Plenty of tea and coffee available (can replenish it yourself from the room opposite reception). |Paper cups in the room. Isn’t an issue, however, the rooms are only serviced when you request it, and as we were there 4 days, proper cups would have been nice to wash them out etc. but minor. |Breakfast was adequate. |Staff were friendly. |Plenty of plug sockets in the room. |A hotel with decent lights, you can actually see in the room. |Shower powerful, however it took ages to drain, not good if you like long showers. |Clean and tidy. |Near restaurants. |I’d recommend the hotel. And I’d stay again.

For a first time visit to Krakow, this hotel was perfect. It’s a dated hotel with loads of history and character to it. The room was on the compact side but suited our stay for 3 nights. Cleaners do a great job. Reception staff are very helpful with any queries you may have. Breakfast in the basement is continental with quite a few options and is very good and guaranteed to set you up for the day till teatime.|Location is good too. Set in the Jewish quarter with a few eatery bars outside, it’s close to tram stop to get about town. It’s also quiet with no rowdy drinkers. All in all a great little hotel and would definitely recommend staying here.

As a solo traveler I couldn't of asked for a more accommodating hotel. The ladies in the front went out of their way to make sure I was able to get breakfast one morning when I was leaving before breakfast was served, they helped me with every question I had and made me feel very at home and helped me with transportation to and from the airport. The room was your standard hotel room. Its placed in the perfect location. I overall all really had a great time.

I stayed at the Eden for 3 nights. The hotel is in a really nice spot in the Jewish Quarter, a few steps away from some nice restaurants while still being nice and quiet. It is about a 15 min walk from the nearest train station (Grzegorzki - you can get pretty much anywhere from this station, including Auschwitz and the salt mines), and about 15-20 mins into the main square and tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple, but lots of options. Being vegan, I did struggle a little with the breakfast and usually just had toast and an apple. But for the price, I can't complain! The building is lovely and has lots of character, room was tidy but a little dated. ||I would stay at the Eden again, but there were a couple of things that I noted:|- My room was right next to the stairs and reception, so it was quite noisy with people coming and going at all hours of the night, as the reception is staffed all night. |- The room was very dark and I had to have the lights on even in the day. I was out a lot, so it didn't bother me too much, but I imagine in the summer it would probably be quite stuffy! ||I'm not sure exactly how much I paid for the hotel as it was part of a package deal, but it can't have been much - the whole holiday was only £260. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice budget hotel in the city.

An old historical building in the Jewish Quarter’s beautiful street. You can feel the history inside the building. The breakfast was wonderful with different sorts of foods. The breakfast hall has a great atmosphere. The brunette lady in the reception is so friendly and welcoming. Some of the rooms like mine face the Jewish cemetery. It didn't bother me though. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

We stayed at Hotel Eden for one night on the 5th June 2025. The hotel is inside an old building within the Jewish quarter of Krakow. Check-in was easy and straightforward. Our room, on the first floor, was compact with essentially space for a double bed and a bathroom. The room was clean and well presented with a view over a dining courtyard. Some hotels can be very noisy in large cities, but our stay was very peaceful and quiet which we appreciated.|Breakfast for 2 was included within our price and there was an excellent selection of Polish and continental cuisine. There was also facility to leave your luggage while you go and visit Krakow.|Overall, a very pleasant albeit short stay at the hotel and great value for money.

Overall very good. A well-located hotel - initially it feels tucked away but you soon realise what's in the area, lots of bars and restaurants. The room was immaculately clean and tidy. The shower was fantastic. It's a 3-star hotel so it's fairly basic in terms of facilities, but not tatty or worn at all. Well looked after. There was a safe in the room and lots of space to move around and put cases on, etc. Ignore the nonsensical review complaining about the colour of the hotel and that rooms are rooms... My bed was quite hard and I did not sleep brilliantly, but my partner's was fine (they were the common twin room setup, pushed together). Only other downside was that breakfast starts at 8am - which is quite late. An excursion required us to be away before then. The hotel did pack us a breakfast, though, and all throughout our stay the staff were super helpful and friendly.

Lovely hotel full of character in old Jewish quarter. The hotel was clean and full of character. So glad we stayed in this area of Krakow. Amazing food places and the area is full of character. We walked to most everywhere.
