Eden

Hotel Eden is a fabulous hotel. Great value for money. Clean and tidy, we had a very large room indeed. The staff are most friendly and very helpful. The breakfast area is located in the cellar and is so spacious and a wonderful place to enjoy a scrumptious buffet breakfast. They have a sauna that you can book too. The hotel is located in the old Jewish quarter opposite a tiny square with food stalls. The noise was kept to a minimum, which was good. Walk through a laneway and you’ll find a beautiful square with about 7/8 different restaurants, our favorite one had live music every night. I can recommend the traditional Jewish food and dumplings. |About a ten minute walk and you are in the center of Krakow. |I would definitely stay at Hotel Eden again.

Had a three night stay,I’d read the reviews beforehand and read there was a smell of sewers,I did smell it,but weirdly got used to it.The hotel is clean and the breakfast was nice.The staff in reception were lovely however the breakfast staff couldn’t bring themselves to wish us a good morning.We had the attic room which wasn’t ideal as we had no window to look out of.Would I stay here again? Yes,even if it was just for the location.

The hotel was in the Jewish quarter, approximately 20m from the main square. It provided an excellent breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful. The decor was a bit dated but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall it provided good value.

The hotel was super comfortable. The staff was nice and the continental breakfast was out of this world. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the best pizza I’ve ever had and I’m from Chicago.

For a first time visit to Krakow, this hotel was perfect. It’s a dated hotel with loads of history and character to it. The room was on the compact side but suited our stay for 3 nights. Cleaners do a great job. Reception staff are very helpful with any queries you may have. Breakfast in the basement is continental with quite a few options and is very good and guaranteed to set you up for the day till teatime.|Location is good too. Set in the Jewish quarter with a few eatery bars outside, it’s close to tram stop to get about town. It’s also quiet with no rowdy drinkers. All in all a great little hotel and would definitely recommend staying here.

Easy check in. |Comfortable rooms. |Plenty of tea and coffee available (can replenish it yourself from the room opposite reception). |Paper cups in the room. Isn’t an issue, however, the rooms are only serviced when you request it, and as we were there 4 days, proper cups would have been nice to wash them out etc. but minor. |Breakfast was adequate. |Staff were friendly. |Plenty of plug sockets in the room. |A hotel with decent lights, you can actually see in the room. |Shower powerful, however it took ages to drain, not good if you like long showers. |Clean and tidy. |Near restaurants. |I’d recommend the hotel. And I’d stay again.

As a solo traveler I couldn't of asked for a more accommodating hotel. The ladies in the front went out of their way to make sure I was able to get breakfast one morning when I was leaving before breakfast was served, they helped me with every question I had and made me feel very at home and helped me with transportation to and from the airport. The room was your standard hotel room. Its placed in the perfect location. I overall all really had a great time.
