Eden Pines Inn

Such a wonderful bed and breakfast right on the water. I’ve stayed in a number of places in Rockport and there isn’t a more peaceful location. The rooms have gorgeous views and it’s so calming listening to the crashing waves all day and night. The breakfast is very nice and coffee/tea/treats sitting out all day is a nice perk as well. It’s only a short drive to the center so very convenient to shops and restaurants. I can’t wait to stay there again soon.

This was our first trip and stay at Eden Pines Inn and I can't wait to go back.|The property is beautiful, outdoor patio and deck with a full view of the water and Thatcher Island. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable with our own deck overlooking the water. Breakfast every morning and the best homemade muffins! The owners are very social and eager to make you stay as comfortable as possible. I can't recommend this highly enough if you are looking for a beautiful and peaceful place to stay.

We travelled to Eden Pines from the UK June 2023 and stayed with our American cousins for 5 nights. We loved it, the rooms were great and our hosts made us all feel so welcome. Every morning there was a fantastic breakfast ready for us to start our day. And what a fantastic location right on the shore. A great base for visiting the part of New England.

Terrific innkeepers, cheerful rooms, delicious breakfast, amazing views. We went with another couple and stayed in the third floor suite which was sunny and relaxing. The day before we checked out a hurricane passed by Cape Ann. The innkeepers made us feel safe and it was quite exciting to watch the waves crashing over the rocks.

We wanted lodging right on the ocean and Eden Pines more than delivered. Falling asleep with the slider to the balcony open, listening to the ocean waves below was heaven. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the comfy shaded porch, overlooking Thacher Island with its 2 lighthouses. The dining room with its classic white wicker and ocean view was a favorite spot.||||While the inn is older, it's immaculately kept and you couldn't ask for a more welcoming hostess than Nicky. We highly recommend Eden Pines - and we will be back!

Eden Pines Inn is a lovely place to stay in Rockport! The owners are very friendly and helpful. Every room has its own balcony facing the ocean and Thacher's Island. I stayed in room 6, which was clean and comfortable. Lots of places to sit outside on the property to enjoy the ocean. Walking distance to beaches. Appreciated all the covid measures - could choose not to have room cleaned daily, outside guests not allowed in, etc. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent bed and breakfast for a getaway to Rockport. Beautiful ocean view overlooking the lighthouses on Thatcher Island. Nicki and Michael were very pleasant and helpful hosts.

I'm thrilled to be back at the Eden Pines Inn, my happy place! The setting is spectacular. The rooms are spacious and charming, each with their own private balcony overlooking the ocean, save one. The Innkeepers, Mike & Nicky, are very accommodating, knowledgeable, and genuinely great folks! We've been visiting here for a number of years and hope to continue for years to come!

Eden Pines is our escape from the negativity and divisiveness of the world. The moment you arrive you feel like you've come home to granma's, but even better because she has this fabulous view of the ocean and charming spaces for sitting and reading a book (leave your laptops behind and switch off). The price is really reasonable considering you are literally right ON the ocean. It's a million dollar view. Also, my husband has some serious food restrictions and their continental breakfast met all his special needs.

We had the most wonderful family vaca / 20th Anniversary here! The place was great in a perfect location and the owners were very gracious & friendly. Everything was extra clean.. they took all the precautions and followed CDC guidelines. It had beautiful views and was in a quaint area with a quiet beach nearby. We would totally go back there & plan on it!

Fantastic views, great location on the water, lovely staff, great value! Room and bed very comfortable, bathroom large and updated. Loved breakfast and evening cheese/cookies. Hated to leave and hope to go back!!

Lovely innkeepers. 5 star views. Right on the ocean. But the inn is shabby and tired.
