Eden Reserve

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at Eden Reserve and had an absolutely wonderful stay. It felt like home from home, everything was clean and modern. The staff go out of their way to ensure a perfect stay and are so very helpful with sorting your itinerary. A special mention to Christoff and Pucci, they took great care of us and our children were such big fans of theirs. The hotel has an exclusive feel to it with children still very much welcomed, exactly what we were looking for. Arrivederci!

Most incredible stay prior to our wedding! Bruno was absolutely INCREDIBLE. He was the epitome of fantastic customer service. Loved our stay, felt like home. Everyone was so kind. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. Thank you for everything

What an incredible hidden gem! We had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel for just one night, and I only wish we could have stayed longer. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel radiates luxury and comfort, with every detail thoughtfully curated to enhance your experience. Set in breathtaking natural surroundings, it offers a peaceful escape where you wake up to the gentle sounds of birds and a distant rooster. The facilities are pristine, lunch was outstanding, and breakfast was equally delicious. The staff are not only professional and attentive, but also warm and inviting — striking the perfect balance. A special mention to Bruno, the kindest and most gracious manager, who made our stay all the more memorable. We truly loved our time here and can’t wait to return.

It is a flag of luxury in Europe. The Landmark villa is a huge luxurious heaven with 3 huge master bedrooms all with ensuite huge bathrooms. One of the master bedrooms is on the top floor alone. In the ground floor there is a huge living room with dinning room and open fully equipped kitchen. In the basement there is your own gym and sauna with its own batheoom. In the same floor there is your huge private parking which can fit 4 cars at least.||The private huge pool and nice garden is yours also. Everything in the villa is luxurious with smart home features and taking care every single detail. The view of the Garda lake whether from the pool or specially from the top floor master bedroom let you feel that the high price paid is worth.||The restaurant is good not super. The staff are very nice as well.||

We stayed in a suite which was fantastic. The rooms are quiet, light and spacious. The pool and spa area were peaceful and perfect for our time there. The concierge members, Bruno and Thomas were particularly welcoming and a credit to the hotel.

Tried to book their highest category villa - Sphere Ovest for 14 nights through their email. This would be a booking of close to 80,000 euro including the extras. I had about 5-6 rounds of email exchanges. Each response took between 2-3 working days for responses from the resort. Several of the emails that I sent were not responded to and I had to send reminders. At the end of it, I was informed that my “booking had expired” possible because it took too long! ||||Replying to the mail chain was impossible as the mails bounced back. Strange experience. Generally booking is a smooth process and any establishment would want to ensure the first impression is good. ||||Perhaps, this is a billionaire only resort and bookings of a paltry sum of 80,000 are not enough to warrant attention and prompt responses. ||||It’s a shame because the reviews on tripadvisor otherwise seem great but it seems they are trying hard to ensure that they don’t get bookings! Seems like will be successful. ||||It looks like someone is not doing their job and needs to be fired - either the person in charge of IT or the person in charge of reservations! Not sure whose fault it is. Perhaps both

The hotel is exquisite. Beautiful architecture, classy interior design and in a stunning location.||Every room has a beautiful view and luxury touches. ||Food was delicious. Breakfast and evening meals were beautifully prepared and presented. Service was fabulous too.||The hotel was spotlessly clean and smelt amazing! ||All staff we're lovely. Kind, helpful and made us feel so welcome!

Amazing hotel and facilities. The staff went out of their way to make us and our two young children feel welcome. The concierge was extremely helpful recommending restaurants and attractions. Free shuttle service was a life saver. We will definitely return.
