We had such a great experience at Eden Roc, especially at the breakfast buffet! I went with my husband and kids, and it was the perfect spot for a relaxing and satisfying family meal. The buffet was super affordable—around $35 per adult and about $20 per child, give or take. For a hotel of this level, we were honestly surprised by how reasonably priced it was. And not only was it affordable, but the food was also absolutely delicious! There was a great variety to choose from—fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, breakfast meats, pancakes, and more. Everything was fresh and well-stocked, and the staff made sure everything stayed clean and inviting. We all found something we loved, including the kids, which is always a win. The atmosphere was bright, clean, and family-friendly, with a beautiful view and plenty of space to relax and enjoy our meal. The service was also really pleasant—everyone was welcoming and kind. Highly recommend this spot whether you’re staying at Eden Roc or just looking for a delicious, affordable breakfast in Miami Beach with family. We’ll definitely be back!

I really wanted to give Eden Roc Miami a chance despite the mixed reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was just as bad—if not worse—than what others have warned about. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful from the start. We had three people in our room, yet were told that each room only includes two beach chairs, and if we wanted a third, we’d have to pay $25—plus $35 for an umbrella, plus $5 tax per item. While we were using just two chairs, a worker came over and removed our umbrella, telling us we hadn’t paid for it. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary. On top of that, the food was mediocre at best—nothing special, certainly not worth the prices. The entire experience was overshadowed by the hostility and poor attitude of the staff, which made it hard to enjoy anything. That said, I do want to mention the one bright spot of our stay: Louis. He was the only attentive and genuinely kind person we encountered. Louis went out of his way to be helpful, friendly, and professional. He’s truly the nicest person ever, and thanks to him, there was at least one positive part of our trip. We genuinely wanted to have a good time and chose to ignore the negative reviews, but now I understand where they were coming from. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing or pleasant stay in Miami—unless Louis is running the show.

Very clean, hip spot for a more relaxed vibe on the South Beach scene. This is for the grown and sexy. Not a meat market or parade of near naked peeps. The rooms are huge and very light and airy, great to chill and relax after a day of heat, humidity and beach walking! Eden Roc is everything you love about Miami, with less of what you don't! I loved it here and would stay again if ever visiting Miami Beach.

I really enjoyed my stay—everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The staff were all incredibly kind, and the hotel smelled amazing, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. My only concern was that I had originally booked a room with a balcony, but when I checked in, I was given a room without one. While the team was able to offer a room change, it was already near the end of my stay, so I decided not to switch as it felt like too much of a hassle at that point. Other than that, everything was lovely—thank you for the great experience! This place truly is an amazing resort 10 out of 10

Our entire experience at Eden Roc was incredible. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially loved our server, Alberto Costa Rica, who was lovely every day of our stay, making our experience even better. He recommended several great places to visit during our vacation, and he was always very friendly and cheerful. I really recommend this hotel.

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is a scam. From the $65 nightly parking additional fee to the $45 DAILY additional mandatory fee they charge you before you check out for “amenities” on top of what you already paid for ahead of time for your room fee. You can’t use the fridge in the room or they charge you a $40 restocking fee to take 5 seconds and put the billable goods back in. The rooms are completely outdated and severely worn. Do not get me started on the TV. You only get access to a few channels on basic cable with a prehistoric guide. Everything else is an up-charge. Half the time the people at the pool do tell you gratuity is already included and hope you secretly add more tip. The TV remote did not work. Had to complain twice over several hours to get a new one. The in room iron was broken and leaked water the whole time. This is not a 4 star resort and you do not get what you pay for. Honestly worst hotel experience we’ve ever had and felt like we were getting scammed every time we turned our head.

We had an amazing stay as a family. The hotel is very beautiful and peaceful. We had a great encounter with Rico who gave us a tour and explained the history of the hotel !!!! Which is amazing. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and we found delicious dessert on the the room for her. Everyone was extremely kind and nice. We will come back soon. Thanks

My girlfriend and I stayed here at the beginning of this month and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. Upon arrival our car doors were opened for us by hotel staff and we were warmly greeted by employees at the front doors. Jullian helped us at the front desk and told us everything we needed to know about the hotel. She asked us questions about ourselves and told us the best places to go in Miami. Her kind smile and inviting personality was genuinely one of the highlights of this trip. We received a beautiful oceanfront room with a spacious balcony. The menu for the pool and the beach had plenty of options to choose from and was reasonably priced. Drinks were delicious and served super cold right to your beach chair. Room service came fast and hot, I would highly recommend. Towards the entrance of the beach they have a self service sunscreen booth that rotates your body as it sprays you with your choice of spf level. There are also bikes that you are able to rent and ride up and down mid/south beach. Overall we had the best time at Eden Roc and have already been planning our return trip! All of the employees made our time here unforgettable and special.

Yelp
Eden Roc is a hidden gem. It's priced extremely well for the amenities that it offers. There are three pools, bikes to rent and full services bars by each pool area. They have rooms that provide an Ocean View as well, which is extremely nice. Service and personnel are five stars. Everyone is super helpful. A tip is to get a King Bed Ocean view if possible. The bed is generally facing the window which could provide a nice wake up view. The Queens face the television set up so you don't have a direct outside view, but it depends on who you're with!

Yelp
We absolutely love this property. The pools, hot tubs, beach access, sunscreen machine are 5 star. Cafe Inez has great iced coffee, sandwiches, fruit & cheese / mouse cakes.

Yelp
Lovely lobby and very nice staff but rooms have dinghy floor tiles and banging plumbing that rattles loudly. Had to make several calls about the banging pipes in bathroom and guest services does not answer the phone AT ALL half the time. Even the ice bucket, made of wood leaks. Lost an entire morning of our short stay with maintenance issues and having to move to another room. These things happen. But, overall except for the lobby and the public areas the place looks and operates like an inexpensive motel that's been only partially updated.

Yelp
Our spa day at Eden Roc was a rollercoaster of relaxation and interruptions. Starting on a high note, the massages themselves were fantastic--truly top-notch and soothing. Outside, the pool area buzzed with a fun atmosphere, adding a lively vibe to our visit. The front desk staff also brought a touch of kindness, greeting us warmly. However, the spa's relaxation room faced water damage, and the sounds of hallway traffic during treatments lessened the serenity we craved. Additionally, the limited snack options and a non-operational steam room were letdowns. Eden Roc usually spells luxury, but this visit was a mix of fabulous and forgettable.

Yelp
ONE STAR. While the Eden Roc is a gorgeous hotel and the on-premises staff is friendly, they like to put unidentified and fraudulent charges on your credit card and then give you the run around when you try to have them explained or removed. I recently booked a stay at this hotel for my mother (flying in from costa rica) and my aunt for mother's day. My aunt put her credit card down for the incidentals ONLY, as I had booked and planned to pay for their stay on my credit card. They ended up charging the stay to my aunt (thus ruining the gift experience). I asked if I could have chocolate covered strawberries in their room for their arrival, the front desk then transferred me to room service, when I asked them they said they'd email me a link to order them, they never did. No in-room surprise, that too was ruined. And finally, to add insult to injury, they added a $230 random charge to my aunt's credit card as she was checking out. She noticed it and asked what it was for, and they made up some story, gave her a run around and said if she wanted it removed she'd need to contact their account department via email on the next available business day, instead of just removing it then and there. THEN they added another $15 miscellaneous charge a day after she left the hotel. They did remove the $230 charge but she is STILL fighting to get her $15 back and they keep giving her a run around endlessly, This has been going on for 3 weeks! Unacceptable. This hotel should be ashamed. DO NOT BOOK HERE, especially if you're trying to gift someone you love a good experience. They are crooks.

Yelp
Superb service. Nice views. Love my room. Will stay here again. Little get away doesn't hurt anyone.

Yelp
Room was not properly cleaned . Took towels that were not replaced. Didn't refill mini bar in room. Didn't replace used ice bucket and glasses. No up to part for the prices you pay at all.
