Eden Roc Miami Beach

First time staying at this property.... Jullian made me stay so very special. She really went above and beyond for me. She showed me around the property and made sure I liked it before I booked my room. She also upgraded me to an ocean front suite with Balcony which was so very appreciated! She provided me with the best customer service, she made the check in/ check out process go smoothly and was so kind! The property was very clean, pools were great, and views were great. Beds are great and room was spacious. Loved the balcony! Perfect resort for families, couples, and solo travelers. 3 pools and lots of poolside seating. Beach access as well! Great location! I highly recommend this property! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be going back. I always love the fact you can donate to Give Kids The World at this resort, coming from a mom who has a son with cancer seeing those signs hit home for me since we've dealt with that organization before. They are wonderful and I love the fact Eden Rock does this!

Eden Rock was amazing to say the least. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Management even came to see if we were taken care of.| The room was really nice and clean. With an amazing beach front view. All sorts of amenities. Three pools, a hot tub, gym, bar, restaurant and private beach. | Eden Rock is an just a hotel but an experience. I will definitely book go back. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Eden Roc Miami Beach recently and had a mixed experience. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with beautiful amenities, a prime location, and a luxurious atmosphere that makes it a standout destination. Most of the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, making my stay enjoyable aside from one isolated incident. My experience was impacted by a frustrating issue with housekeeping. Despite explicitly canceling service, housekeeping entered my room, which caused unnecessary stress during my stay. Resolving this issue required significant back-and-forth communication with management, which was frustrating and time-consuming. However, the Director of Guest Services ultimately addressed the matter by waiving the resort fee for five nights. While I appreciate the resolution, the process was more difficult than it should have been for a hotel of this caliber. That being said, Eden Roc is a beautiful property with a lot to offer, and I would consider returning for future trips, as long as these operational issues are addressed. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve communication and responsiveness to ensure smoother experiences for future guests.

Stayed for my son’s birthday and every single person we encountered was phenomenal. The loft with direct access to the pool was modern and exceptionally clean. The lobby was beautifully decorated and the pools were fantastic. A very special thank you to Nikolay Hotze, Nicholas (Director of Rooms), Ruben & Carmen (Housekeeping), and Kimberly at the pool & beach; you all made our stay extra special. Thank you for helping us create such fun memories for our birthday boy!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in February, to celebrate our engagement and her birthday! Jelena, Solange, and the rest of the team were absolutely lovely to coordinate an in-room surprise and decorations, as well as taking care of our stay and making it feel so special. We loved our room and view of the beach. On the beach, the whole setup, service, and drinks were also amazing, I especially liked the drink that came in a coconut. Finally, the team at Ocean Social were wonderful too, with a tasty buffet. Our only regret was not staying longer--one night was not enough!

I stayed here for three nights with my family in December. The room was decent, but the restaurant had limited dish options. Additionally, they charged around a 22% service fee (though I might be off by a couple of percentage points). Like normal practice in hotels by the beach. The beach was the highlight of our stay, offering the option to set up an umbrella and charge it to the room. However, I wouldn’t consider the hotel particularly kid-friendly due to the limited food options and lack of facilities catering to children. The beach was really the only suitable area for kids to enjoy. Overall, it was an average experience, with room for improvement in family-friendly amenities.

I loved everything about this location and everything it has to offer. From the moment I arrived at the hotel the conceirge and host were really sweet and helpful throughout my entire stay. I will definitely stay here again my next visit to Miami. This hotel was the perfect luxury experience for a much needed vacation. I can’t forget to mention the views of my room from the 19th floor were breathtaking and my host Jullian was the sweetest and the absolute best! Any concern I had, Jullian was always so kind and helpful. We need more people like this when we are on vacation and need help navigating. Jullian also taught me about a new event hosted in Miami which is the Art Basal. I will be attending this year for sure. Thanks Eden Roc and Jullian for everything!

Pricey but worth it. Staff is extremely friendly but sometimes had to wait for pool service depending on the server. Same for Ocean Social restaurant and lobby happy hour. Still, the vibe is lovely and the food and drinks are top notch. You won't be sorry.

Eden Roc is a hidden gem. It's priced extremely well for the amenities that it offers. There are three pools, bikes to rent and full services bars by each pool area. They have rooms that provide an Ocean View as well, which is extremely nice. Service and personnel are five stars. Everyone is super helpful. A tip is to get a King Bed Ocean view if possible. The bed is generally facing the window which could provide a nice wake up view. The Queens face the television set up so you don't have a direct outside view, but it depends on who you're with!

We absolutely love this property. The pools, hot tubs, beach access, sunscreen machine are 5 star. Cafe Inez has great iced coffee, sandwiches, fruit & cheese / mouse cakes.

Lovely lobby and very nice staff but rooms have dinghy floor tiles and banging plumbing that rattles loudly. Had to make several calls about the banging pipes in bathroom and guest services does not answer the phone AT ALL half the time. Even the ice bucket, made of wood leaks. Lost an entire morning of our short stay with maintenance issues and having to move to another room. These things happen. But, overall except for the lobby and the public areas the place looks and operates like an inexpensive motel that's been only partially updated.

Our spa day at Eden Roc was a rollercoaster of relaxation and interruptions. Starting on a high note, the massages themselves were fantastic--truly top-notch and soothing. Outside, the pool area buzzed with a fun atmosphere, adding a lively vibe to our visit. The front desk staff also brought a touch of kindness, greeting us warmly. However, the spa's relaxation room faced water damage, and the sounds of hallway traffic during treatments lessened the serenity we craved. Additionally, the limited snack options and a non-operational steam room were letdowns. Eden Roc usually spells luxury, but this visit was a mix of fabulous and forgettable.

ONE STAR. While the Eden Roc is a gorgeous hotel and the on-premises staff is friendly, they like to put unidentified and fraudulent charges on your credit card and then give you the run around when you try to have them explained or removed. I recently booked a stay at this hotel for my mother (flying in from costa rica) and my aunt for mother's day. My aunt put her credit card down for the incidentals ONLY, as I had booked and planned to pay for their stay on my credit card. They ended up charging the stay to my aunt (thus ruining the gift experience). I asked if I could have chocolate covered strawberries in their room for their arrival, the front desk then transferred me to room service, when I asked them they said they'd email me a link to order them, they never did. No in-room surprise, that too was ruined. And finally, to add insult to injury, they added a $230 random charge to my aunt's credit card as she was checking out. She noticed it and asked what it was for, and they made up some story, gave her a run around and said if she wanted it removed she'd need to contact their account department via email on the next available business day, instead of just removing it then and there. THEN they added another $15 miscellaneous charge a day after she left the hotel. They did remove the $230 charge but she is STILL fighting to get her $15 back and they keep giving her a run around endlessly, This has been going on for 3 weeks! Unacceptable. This hotel should be ashamed. DO NOT BOOK HERE, especially if you're trying to gift someone you love a good experience. They are crooks.

Superb service. Nice views. Love my room. Will stay here again. Little get away doesn't hurt anyone.

Room was not properly cleaned . Took towels that were not replaced. Didn't refill mini bar in room. Didn't replace used ice bucket and glasses. No up to part for the prices you pay at all.
