My wife and I did the cider tasting. I am just discovering good cider myself so this is a relatively new experience. The number of different kinds of ciders to choose from is overwhelming. It took Karen, our guide through this experience, about 10 minutes to gives us the background and tasting notes for each. There was one I really wanted to try but at the end I put myself in her hands and went with her recommendations for my selection. Every cider I tasted was unique, from champagne comparable to almost a liqueur, they were all fantastic in their own way. I am learning that I prefer dry ciders and I had plenty of excellent options.
The facility itself must also be amazing on weekends outside of a global pandemic. There is a bakery, a bar, a restaurant, pool tables, etc.
