Wow! I don’t know what else to say. Absolutely amazing! My wife and I (along with the others) were blessed to have Anthony as our guide. Outstanding guy, knowledgeable, passionate, knows the history, knows wine country, and very funny. The tour alone is worth every penny and honestly more, having Anthony is a fun bonus! I would pay just to ride in a van with Anthony and listen to him talk about the city or anything else. The van is very nice and clean and always parked in a good spot. Now for the wine portion, we loved it! Each winery was unique and offered a different experience and all were great. I assume the winery options change with each tour but we visited Peter Cellars, Séamus Wines, and B.R. Chon. We purchased beautiful wines from 2 of the 3 wineries and even shipped some to our house. The scenery and settings were beautiful (especially Chon…wow), the wines were delicious, and we actually learned A LOT…all while drinking which is scientifically proven to boost comprehension and retention of knowledge. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about doing it. The small group experience is unbearable, it gives a VIP feel. We will absolutely book again on another trip out. Thanks again for a great time.

Marc was a great tour guide! I learned a lot about San Fran’s history. He was very easy to talk to and welcomed questions. The 3 wineries were beautiful. I learned a lot and got to taste some great wines.

Knowledgeable tour. However, if you’re looking for a relaxing day this is likely not it. Your guide, if Paul, is jolly and knows a lot. However, you will not have any silence for a full nine hours. Ride there- took about 1.5-2 hours because he did a city tour of San Fran. 1st vineyard- great wine, but we tasted then had to immediately leave to go to Sonoma for lunch. Sonoma- we have over an hour and a half for lunch which was a lot more than needed in the tiny town. 2nd winery - just a shop, no vineyard. Good wine, we didn’t have time to even walk to the patio, we sipped then loaded back into the van. 3rd vineyard- very nice, did tasting and had about fifteen minutes free. Then back to the van. Stop before back to SFO - approx 30minutes- not sure why we stopped here and was not even enough time to do anything. Drive back - took a very long time due to Sunday traffic, and the route was indirect and I believe it made things go longer. Overall, I would have liked time to drink wine walk around the vineyards or at least have time to buy one glass of wine. We just got put in a van to next stop and then wasted time in places which we couldn’t enjoy due to time constraints- whereas we could have enjoyed another half hour at a vineyard which is what we purchased the tour for. Unfortunately, I wish we would have just done this on our own and saved the money. If you want to chat all day and spend a lot of time in a van or in a town this is for you. If you want lots of knowledge (which is mostly accurate) also for you. But I would not recommend it as a romantic day or time to connect with those you’re traveling with.

I had an incredible time on the semi-private wine farm tour with Marc as our guide. From the start, Marc stood out as not only extremely knowledgeable but also incredibly funny and sarcastic, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. He had the perfect balance of professionalism and personality, making everyone feel at ease while keeping the energy high throughout the day. The wine farms we visited were absolutely stunning, and the wines were top-notch. Marc truly made the experience memorable by sharing his expertise and even introducing us to the owners of the farms. It was clear he had great relationships with the people at each stop, which added a personal touch to the tour. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would absolutely do again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun, informative, and special wine tour! I so would do this again the next time I’m in the Bay Area. Marc you have a customer for life.

Great tour with an excellent guide and lovely wine. With a small group sometimes a single solo traveller is odd man out but the group and guide and all the people at the wineries made us feel very welcome. Most of the group also chose to lunch and ferry home together which made a great day. Having Anthony as our tour guide added to the fun and his commentary and engagement really help keep the group engaged and entertained!

Such a fun time! Highly recommend this tour. Marc was hilarious and really made the experience. The three wineries we went to had some great wine. Great chance to meet people from all over, too. The van was very comfortable and the water provided was much appreciated. Hope to do the tour again one day!

Five Stars all the way 1032589248 Our small group wine tour through Sonoma was nothing short of amazing, and so much of that is thanks to our incredible guide, Marc. From the moment he picked us up he made everyone feel welcome and at ease. He was friendly and professional, but also very knowledgeable about California’s history along with wine country and local culture. The tour was a good mix of boutique wineries that we never would have found on our own. Each stop felt intentional with no big crowds, just great wine and conversations with the winemakers. Marc’s relationships with the wineries clearly added an extra layer of hospitality that made the experience even more special. Mark also shared his own personal stories and experiences along the way, all without ever feeling scripted or rehearsed. He truly has a gift for making the day informative, relaxing, and he made our day unforgettable!
