My family and I came into town from Tokyo Japan, Boston MA, Baton Rouge LA, and Winchester VA for my graduation. My friends from Florida couldn’t make it due to plane cancellations from the IT crash so our reservation went from 9 to 7. Everyone at the restaurant was really friendly and sweet and did not make me feel bad for the last minute change in reservation. Our server, Parand was super awesome and attentive and we had a great time. She and the restaurant gave me a dessert gift to congratulate me on my graduation. Thank you all so much!! The atmosphere was calm and trendy and the background music was great. Great selection in food and drinks and everyone found something they love to eat. Good pours on the wine and champagne!! Everyone from the front desk to the bars to all servers on the floor, was welcoming and friendly and smiled and greeted us whenever we passed them. Thanks for being a great place to have our reunion!

This restaurant had something a little different on the menu that intrigued us to try it out with a group of our friends. Pictures are posted just in case anything has changed from another reviewer. It’s situated at the corner at the Liberty Center. Walk in there are two private rooms for larger parties. The dining room very nicely spaced out to enjoy some privacy from the other guests. They have couches cover the edges for a booth look. Menu had a good variety for different palates. It was a bit difficult to decide so our friends decided to order everything that we wanted and shared. Prices are so reasonable!!!! Staff - our waitress Row was absolutely fantastic!!! She made our dining experience to another level!!! Service was a bit longer due to the made to order for some items. We were informed about this prior to ordering. Ambiance is very nice. Cleanliness was good. Overall all of our friends really enjoyed this place.

We went for lunch on a Saturday. It wasn't crowded at all and the service was pretty good. The food wasn't bad either but it's a tad expensive for the quality. We had the hummingbird cake and cheesecake for dessert which I wasn't a big fan of. Loved the drinks, however! Overall I'd rate it 3.5/5

Google
Big group of 18 people reserved for one of looks like 2 private rooms with a visit from Santa (booked separately) waiters were very accommodating. Food was fantastic overall night 10/10!!!!

James is a very personable bartender, the best Expresso martini ever, and Key Lime martini… those were our dessert!

I went for Happy Hour on Friday and ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. It was excellent. The $7 slightly dirty martini was also very good. Our server Jonathan was the best; personable and efficient. The Manager, Lee was also very friendly. I’ll be back!

Google
Scratch made roll dipped in herbed olive oil was very good. House made lemonade with mint syrup and pureed strawberry, a strawberry mint lemonade mocktail. Espresso Martini was made from fresh made espresso coffee rather than espresso liqueur. Service was impeccable, so thank you Jason.

Google
Wonderful experience. A classy dining room with elegant and attentive service. The food’s well-executed with clear French and pan-Asian influences. Easy recommend for a romantic dinner or special occasion.

Tim O.

Yelp
Edge was a special-occasion-only restaurant for me while I was a student. I was so thoroughly impressed by my second or third meal here that I selected it to be the dinner on my graduation day. A true honor. Most people probably don't remember how hot it was on Lehigh's graduation day in 2016. It was awful. Any restaurant hosting Lehigh families that night would have faced some undeserved wrath. With that being said, the final dinner didn't quite do it for us. I remember there being a limited menu or something that night, and nobody in my party was particularly impressed. For what it's worth, that was well before I became a food critic. I remember Edge as one of the best, but not the best.

Yelp
The Christmas ambiance is fab! The food - superb and the service - excellent! Go, now!

Geni C.

Yelp
Great food, wonderful service, and lovely ambience. Some friends and I stopped by for a lunch after shopping downtown. We could not have been more pleased with all elements of this lovely restaurant. We will definitely be back. The pizzas are made with a thin crust that is very tasty and the penne pasta was well reviewed . The parking garage that is connected by a bridge on the second floor is especially helpful in inclement weather

Yelp
My former girlfriend and I met there for a drink and dinner, and the establishment really set the mood. Edge offers diners a cool, modern atmosphere with an assortment of quality dishes to enjoy along with great cocktails. From the hostess to the server, the staff is fabulous. My salmon was amazing with their own touches that provide a unique flavor. The salad needed a bit more love, but was still high-quality. The martinis are fantastic and there are much to choose from. I am thrilled to say my girlfriend and I look forward to returning very soon.

Nalicia S.

Yelp
We visited this spot for the holidays and it was busy and packed! We had a reservation and were seated almost immediately so I definitely recommend making a reservation when they're busy. The food was decent. One thing to note is the menu is different during December so we didn't get the dishes we were excited to try. We ended up grabbing Brussel Sprouts and Calamari for apps and Mushroom Risotto for the entree. The Brussel Sprouts were decent but a bit burned. They were a decent portion for the price. The Calamari was disappointing and bland with almost no seasoning and taste. I would not get it again. The Mushroom Risotto was delicious and very creamy and well made. I enjoyed it and it was pretty filling. I recommend getting it if you want something light and delicious. Overall, this was a decent spot that I would revisit in the future to try their other dishes because they looked really delicious.

Esin A.

Yelp
Edge is a beautiful, upscale restaurant, but what got our attention was the food and wine. Housemade rolls served hot with olive oil & herbs were really good. Spicy Thai Chicken Curry was very flavorful and Pinot Grigio was good. Friend selected Penne Pasta because it's a dish made with squash and tomato. She thought it was very good but was disappointed not enough squash or tomato. Our server was awesome.

Eliza G.

Yelp
Really good seafood, a little bit of a hodge podge menu but everything was delicious. It's in historic Bethlehem and the vibe is nice. The service was excellent

Pat M.

Yelp
Service is great, the inside looks great, the food is ok. Good variety on the menu so I'm sure someone can find something they like.

Tyler Z.

Yelp
My first review for the historic North Side Downtown NoBO arts district in a while, and thrilled that it is for the edge. After returning back to the Lehigh Valley for a visit from California, I was excited to find a cute, new spot to reconnect with my sister. Growing up in Bethlehem, I have always been a fan of our wonderful, lively downtown scene. The edge offers a cheque, upscale ambiance, yet maintaining a welcoming atmosphere fit for all people And ages. Our server was attentive, answering all questions, elaborating on all specials, and getting our drinks out fast enough to ensure the perfect amount of buzz to enjoy a lovely evening. The food was cooked to perfection, and it wasn't an easy choice to elect what dish I'd be going with. Thank you again to the edge, for fostering a perfect evening out with my sister and fiance!

Michelle O.

Yelp
I've been here twice and really enjoyed both visits. On our first visit we sat at the bar and had some snacks, fast service and friendly bartender. We came again last night for my birthday (booked thru open table). Pretty empty restaurant but it was a Monday at 7pm (unlike how busy they were on a Saturday night). Our party all ordered the penne pasta and it was delicious. Also enjoyed its about thyme. To make the night special, they gave me a free birthday dessert! I chose the chocolate cake, and it was also fantastic. Absolutely love the ambiance of this place, feels elevated with the low lighting and very attentive service.

Deborah A.

Yelp
I had my daughter's rehearsal dinner at the edge. The staff was amazing, and the food was terrific. Janice, who set it all up, was more than accommodating, and I can't thank her enough for the help she provided me. Nate, our head waiter, was also spectacular. The venue was lovely, and everyone had a terrific time.

Maryann B.

Yelp
Went to Edge Restaurant for the first time last night. The food was absolutely amazing! The hummus and pita bread were superb! The entrées could not have been better . The ambience of the place was delightful. It was pleasant and pretty. The service was outstanding.

Yelp
I went to the $75 5 courses and wine pairing event. But the experience was not good. 1. During one course, the waiter tried to take my wine glass away. I showed him I still have plenty of wine in the glass. he asked if I can finish it now so he can take the glass. So I have to chuck it while he was standing next to me 2. I accidentally spilled my water during dessert. There was nobody help cleaning up or refill my water (even during the 30mins I waited for my correct bill) 3. The first check the whole table got showed $85 per person. I pointed that out to the waitress. Later they brought another check back. I thought the second check was correct after fixing it so I paid. Then realized it showed $80 per person 4. We waited for almost 30mins just for the correct check. After getting the correct one they said they will avoid the second check charge. The waitress only apologized to people next to me thanks so much for their patience, and pointed me to other customers and said "this girl found out the problem". It feels weird that I wasn't part of the customer that got the apology. I never get a direct apology or appreciation or compensation, whereas other customers got those and their coffee waiver fee as thanks for their patience. Remember my water was spilled during dessert? it was never refill even during the time I waited for my correct check, so I have to chew on ice cause I was so thirsty 5. Two days later I found out I was charged twice on my credit with the incorrect bill and the correct bill. I called the restaurant asking to fix the problem. I was angry after all the waiting, unfair treatment, and the double-charge. So I spoke with a serious tone but the manager on the phone kept accusing me "yelling" at her. I asked if she was there the night all the check problem happens, she was not. So I explained what I experienced and I was not yelling and there are problems I experienced need to be fixed. She kept asking me to understand them, and shaming me by saying "i will use a lower voice because this is how I communicate with others". There was no sense of sorry or empathy for what customers experienced at this restaurant. Objectively saying, the food was good. But I think overall my experience here was not great. I don't know why I was treated lighter than other customers. When the problems happened, I deserve a nice attitude since all of these check issues are caused by the restaurant. But during the time I tried to communicate with this manager, there's wasn't any sense that she actually feel bad of people waiting 30mins after dinner, for multiple times, just to get the correct check, or my unfair experiences.

Laura S.

Yelp
Nice atmosphere, good waitress. Nice wine list, short but good options. Food was ok, not as good as I expected. Beet salad was bland. Penne pasta was supposed to have veggies and hardly had any. Did have a good flavor and tender chicken. The kitchen did make me more zucchini. My husband got jasmine rice bowl, also bland . He requested soy sauce. Enjoyed the good service and wine.

Dustin W.

Yelp
Despite the staff being very polite there were just many errors during the meal. They first had us seated in the wrong reserved table, had two steaks cooked differently than wanted, served coffee to the wrong person, etc. They shouted to ask who wanted butter for bread stoping everyone's conversation instead of directly giving it to the person that requested. They were very nice just small mistakes from poor coordination between staff though always polite. Baby greens - I really enjoyed the crisps on top. The salad wasn't anything special. Just greens with a light dressing. Tournedos of Filet mignon - cooked very well and two nice tender pieces just not the warmest coming out. The potatoes were amazing. It also came with carrots and peas which were fine. Pistachio praline cheesecake - absolutely delicious. Highlight food of the menu. Chocolate Mille-feuille - nice and flaky puff pastry, great but the cheesecake overshadowed this Sangria & white Zinfandel - enjoyed both but preferred the sangria Ambience was dark lit, clean, a nice upscaled feel to it. Overall a decent upscale restaurant. I would enjoy eating here but wouldn't be a place I specifically sought out. Service - 4/5 - polite but many minor errors Food - 4/5 - good overall, cheesecake was fantastic Ambience - 4.5/5 typical upscale feel, clean

Yelp
This resturant is so sigma! Highly recommend! My server I had, Cameraman, had a lvl 10 GYATT! When I was seated, I started gooning immediately! The resturant was very clean and I got yummy sigma food! Here is a picture of the food I got!

Tyler H.

Yelp
Excellent, unique food with very romantic ambience. A perfect date spot with competitive prices. Expect about $50 per person. Almost deducted star for having to wait 15 minutes for a table I reserved, but the service made up for it with a complimentary desert. Will definitely go back.

Kareen O.

Yelp
What a fantastic experience! Another great find! Excellent selection of appetizers and main courses to cocktails. Beautiful ambience, great service and delectable food. I had the salmon, Bree and the honeysuckle martini, thoroughly enjoyed everything will definitely be back to try other options on the menu. My coworkers tried the penne pasta and the salmon salad. We all enjoyed our dinner.

Teve' U.

Yelp
atmosphere is very nyc and on the dark side 5/5 service is okay (3/5) i had the pork loin and it was great (4/5) a wine reduction would have been much better that barbeque sauce stick with wine.. my mixed drink was measured .. and poured short (2/3).. even with those little metal measuring cups. pork loin was $30 filet $50 drinks are abound $15

Dave C.

Yelp
Outstanding atmosphere, food and service. Nate was the best server. He knew the menu offerings so well and every recommendation he made was spot-on. All of this made for a great holiday dinner and visit to Bethlehem.

Lisa M.

Yelp
This is the second time we've had dinner here, and definitely will be coming back. I got the filet which was reallly good. The potatoes it comes with were amazing! Veggies on the side were ok. Everyone else enjoyed their meals as well. No complaints. Decent service. The vibe was nice. I like that it's a little fancier for dinner.

Tricia C.

Yelp
Dec 2023. Had the rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding here. Everything was fantastic, the food, the service, the location. Some of the staff even helped me carry in the decorations.

P C.

Yelp
One of my favorite restaurants. Food & drinks are consistently good, fab atmosphere, parking garage w easy access to restaurant. In beautiful historic Bethlehem

Brad K.

Yelp
Not my first time at Edge but probably my last. Party of six and completely ignored by our server who did the basics but nothing else. Even after speaking with the manager, she did not check on us. We had to flag her down to get more drinks. Food took forever and then was not prepared properly. Server threw some bread at us but no check-ins once food was delivered. Manager gave us a discount but I would have preferred the Edge experiences I have had in the past. It's sad because prior experiences have been so good, both the service and the food. Not the case tonight.

Mark G.

Yelp
A 6pm reservation. We were seated promptly in the bistro. Unfortunately our table was a wobbler and could not be remedied. We were moved seamlessly to another table in the restaurant. We started with a Victorian Mistress, a vodka martini with pomegranate and a classic gin martini, they were perfect. I ordered another. My wife switched to a Pinot noir. Our first course from the medium plates selection was tuna tartare. We both felt it was as good as any we ever had. My wife particularly enjoyed the ginger lime aioli. Service was exemplary. Zahir was a real professional. We then got the calamari which was also excellent. The squid was plump and moist and the dressing was ginger sriracha which was delicious. There was baby arugula in there too. For our third taste we got mussels with an applewood smoked bacon cream sauce. Who thinks of bacon with mussels? We do now. It was outstanding. The chef here is one to take notice of. Lastly, we ordered the triple truffle house ground angus burger, to split. It was good but our least fav. The fries were unique and very tasty. We say food "a", service "a", ambiance "b", value "b+". We would return when in town. Mark & Nancy.

Yelp
We are here last night with a wedding party (night before wedding) of at least twenty. Service was excellent; cocktails were superb; appetizers were first rate; and entrees were spectacular. I even had a fine Irish Coffee (which I never have) to finish the night. This is a first rate establishment. We truly enjoyed our meal here. 5 stars all the way. Thank you!

Maria G.

Yelp
We've come here many times. I love the duck. I draw the line when we order two old fashioned's with Bulleit Rye (as we have many time in the past for $13-15) and they charged us $38. The specialty Manhattan Price on the menu is $13! Once you charge me $19 for a sub-par made drink I can get anywhere for $15 or less you've lost my businesses. Too bad! Burger used to be killer, too. Today it came out: burnt bun, under seasoned, and not what it used to be. Hope you guys just misfired... but charging that much for 2 drinks just lost you two good customers. We were hungry, so we ate the food and paid... but again... the sticker shock on the drinks, I just won't get over!

Ed W.

Yelp
Exceptional prix fixe menu for Musikfest! Reasonably priced. Great wine selection. Solid ambience! Can't wait to come back!

Linda T.

Yelp
Had 11:30 reservations for Mother's Day. At 1:30 still no food and 3 very hungry toddlers, we left after manager could not promise arrival of food. This restaurant was obviously not equipped to accommodate the demand of a holiday.

Caitlin T.

Yelp
By far the worst dining experience I've ever had. Waited hours for our food and it never came. Manager offered excuses and a gift card that wouldn't have even paid for our drinks. Wasted 3 hours of my day and ended up having to stop at a bagel shop on the way home. So much for a nice Mother's Day brunch.

Lisa S.

Yelp
We traveled to Allentown to visit family, and our cousin Sharon arranged a dinner at Edge. We were a large party of 14 and the atmosphere and service couldn't have been better. Everyone's food was amazing and it came out hot and delicious at the same time, which was impressive for such a large party. We love the options of small and large plates. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to another visit on our next trip.

Amy M.

Yelp
Amazing, cannot say enough good things about our experience here! Would definitely recommend this place. Parking is easy in the attached North Street Parking Garage. Get to the 4th level and there's a walking bridge across to the Liberty Center which Edge is located in. My husband and I went here for our anniversary. Made a reservation for dinner and ended up changing it last minute to outdoor seating so we could bring our dog. Our server was sweet and wished us happy anniversary multiple times. They also must have made a note during our call because she knew we had our dog before seeing her. She quickly brought out a bowl of ice water for her as well. That and all the little details really made our night. The rosemary and garlic in the olive oil with the bread. The chopsticks that came with the Crispy Dim Sum. The perfectly salted and seasoned Oven Roasted Chicken. They then capped the night off with complimentary champagne and dessert. Which was unexpected but definitely appreciated. Everything was so good we actually ate everything and didn't leave with any leftovers. The Oven Roasted European Chicken Breast is now my husband's new favorite chicken dish. Chicken is his favorite protein so we will definitely be back! Which we might have to make sooner than later since the Spicy Grapefruit Kombucha Margarita is just a summer special.

Candice S.

Yelp
Came here for Fathers Day dinner with my two kids and husband. I have been here a few times and the food and service is always good. Tonight we shared some apps- dim sum, angus beef, mushroom risotto and shared an entree - 11oz ny strip steak. I very thing was really good, including the bread with garlic dipping oil. The o my thing I was not crazy about was the mushroom risotto with shrimp. It tasted like strong sherry and the shrimp looked like precooked shrimp from the grocery store. The service was top notch! It is def a good place to check out once in a while.

Jaime C.

Yelp
Not ready for prime time. Nice people, but service is unbelievably slow for both food and drink. A glass of wine should not take a half hour; nor should a plate of food take over an hour,....or be totally forgotten ("Is it coming?" "I definitely think it probably is."....it wasn't. From the minute I walked in, and the hostess attended to her computer for long enough that I just walked around the restaurant to find my party, I was not impressed. I ordered a pleasant sounding plate of duck confit, tarragon garlic, and fried shallots. When it eventually came out, I didn't recognize shallots as the onion ring things on the plate. I tried one, and realized why they're not normally cooked this way. The duck was ok. The gnocchi were a mushy mess. I forgot to take a photo before I ate the duck, but I left the rest. I really want to support restaurants right now, but these guys have to get their act together.

Yelp
A friend and I were staying in Bethlehem and this restaurant was recommended. It was a good choice. Parking can be a challenge-there is street parking but there is also a parking garage behind the restaurant and if you park on the upper floor-I think it was level 4, you can cross a bridge and be right at the restaurant entrance which was very convenient. The restaurant has a nice ambiance. there is a bar and a large dining area. The menu is divided into small, medium and large plates We started with the baked brie with pecans, apples, dried cranberries and brown sugar butter which was a "medium" plate. It was really delicious. For the entree I had the large plate of lump crab cakes with Napa salad. I liked both the crab cakes and the salad. The portion wasn't all that large but large enough. My friend had the Thai chicken curry. She liked it but thought there was a lot of rice and not a lot of chicken. The service was good. The waiter was pleasant and helpful with choices. We enjoyed the meal and the restaurant. I would go back another time if I'm in the area.

David P.

Yelp
We happen to be in Bethlehem last night we decided to stop by and try out edge. The restaurant was barely full. Maybe 9 to 12 customers. We had a party of six. We were seated, and it took almost 35 minutes for them to take our order, it was an hour and 15 minutes before our food came out, and when the food did come out, it was tepid. None of it was hot. Very disappointing. And the fact that they had mandatory 20% on and you can't change that is ridiculous. The food wasn't even that good. The burgers had absolutely no flavor. I had fish tacos two in my other party had the burgers one had the risotto, almost all of the food was either cold to tepid. Would not recommend this restaurant in Bethlehem.

Michelle S.

Yelp
I was traveling from out of town to visit my family and we decided to come to Edge for dinner. I must say, the environment made me feel so welcome. Our bartender Alex was such a ray of sunshine that he brought the whole experience to an entirely different level. The menu was so hard to choose from as everything sounded delectable but his suggestions were PERFECT. I went with the filet and it was an incredible choice. Alex was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable and if you have the chance to dine at his bar I would be a betting woman and say you are in for a treat.

Billy C.

Yelp
I'm sure The Edge may not really need my 5 star review but I'm leaving a 5 star review anyway! Staying in Bethlehem PA (B&B on South Side), my wife made reservations for Saturday evening at The Edge. Busy but incredibly organized. We arrived a little early ( we use NJ commute math) but they sat us after a short wait. Great table BTW! Our servers were two young ladies ( and it's my fault I didn't get their names) - one thing here is you certainly don't feel rushed. After they filled our water glasses we ordered glasses of red, and they gave us plenty of time to look at menu. Our appetizers were Tuna Tartare and Calamari. In addition, they brought some house-baked bread and EVOO. My wife loved the tuna (I tried but it's not my thing), and the Calamari was incredible. For dinner we both had steak. Don't judge. I keep to a keto diet so I'm a bit narrow in my choices. My filet was great and the sauce was A+...and the potato gratin? Mammalusha!!! My wife wanted dessert so she ordered the dessert trio. She was in heaven. Which is all I want in life. Can't ask for anything more. Thank you to The Edge.

Crystal D.

Yelp
I came here on my birthday a few weeks ago. I'm new to the area and after researching, this place sounded good. I made reservations for outside seating. They have heaters and nice sofas for seating. The server was excellent and very knowledgeable of the menu. Anything we wanted to know, he could provide a plethora of information. He knew that menu inside and out. He was very prompt bringing out food and drinks. We had some dumplings and bbq flatbread with goat cheese which were excellent. Really good portions for appetizers, I had to try to squeeze it in. For the main course I had their mushroom risotto with salmon and my boyfriend had the New York strip Steak l. The risotto was fantastic, with truffle and everything, so good. The steak was sooo big and juicy!! Excellent good. Loved it. The food was great and the server was good. I wished the restaurant tried to make some effort to make my birthday more special. I just felt like I was there like it was a regular day. I told the host beforehand when I made my reservation that I was celebrating my birthday but I don't think he told the server. But other than that it was fine and I would come back to eat there again.

Nikki G.

Yelp
Had Valentine's Day dinner here and it was just as good as I expected. Definitely make a reservation because it is a busy place with a nice ambience (soft lighting and moody decor). The pork belly and tuna tartare were the stars of the show! The spicy tuna tartare with crispy wontons is one of my favorite all time appetizers now. The red snapper entree was a bit bland but cooked perfectly. The European chicken was delicious but I wish it had more Brie cheese in it. The potato's gratin was a perfect side. Ended the meal with a chocolate cake to top it off! Sad that they were out of various items such as the cheesecake but overall a quality meal with attentive service and nice ambience! Would definitely go back and try some other tasty looking dishes!

Carol K.

Yelp
I was there several months ago and the food was not good. I ordered lump crab cakes, as described on the menu and by the waiter, but it was not Lump crab. It was shredded crab and it was awful.

Lisa R.

Yelp
Nice atmosphere, good food, but a bit overpriced. The service is very good and the cocktails are great.

Kay L.

Yelp
Please take the Vegetable & Jasmine Rice Bowl off of your menu or completely change the recipe. It was a bowl of dry rice, dry vegetables and I added a dry piece of chicken. It needs a broth or something to add flavor. I would have sent it back but didn't want to keep the rest of the table waiting. The others at the table enjoyed their food and the cocktails were very good, but please don't serve this dish to anyone else.

Rick D.

Yelp
I'm surprised I haven't previously reviewed Edge. We've been going to all our pre-pandemic favorites and most are not what they were. A few, notably, are. We always loved sitting outside, having small plates and cocktails. Edge is where we took my family for my son's high school graduation dinner, and it was a favorite for any evening of dining out. Tonight my wife and I sat outside, had cocktails/wine. The mussels were plump. The salads were fresh and quite large. The tuna tartare might actually have gotten better and the service was as good as it always was, with the feeling you're being attended to by many and not just one. They did ask me to cut open my steak, ordered medium rare, and even before I could say something our server apologized. I never send food back, and likely would've eaten it, grumbled to my wife, and chalked it up to post pandemic expectations but they insisted on remaking it, it came out perfect. Everything food, drinks and service was as we remembered and I'm so glad to have another place on a very short list of restaurants that remain as good as they were in the before days.

Allison M.

Yelp
Edge's food is great, if a little fussy, and it's been wonderful to see how they've figured out arrangements during COVID. Pickup is super easy-- drive up to the curb and they'll bring it out to you. The food can be a little rich and I do wish they had more vegetarian/pescatarian options. Highly recommend, though, the tuna tartare and the roasted beet salad. The seasonal fish dish is always a hit, and yes, though it's rich, they do risotto right. I also love seeing Edge support the community-- they have been really generous with their space toward the Bethlehem food co-op. They are a go-to for date night, impressing the parents, or work dinners!

anne m.

Yelp
Not great. Smells weird. Very expensive for the area. Wine list is terrible. I don't usually send wine back but needed to. The seating was too low for the table- uncomfortable proportions. Street parking in front will ticket you until 9pm I learned when I got a ticket. This was more expensive than my amazing local favorite Bolette and not worth it at all. I will give a second star for the service which was good.

Sue G.

Yelp
I've dined at Edge three times recently, so the 4 stars reflect a combination of all those visits (a 5, 4 and 3 star.) First time was during the pandemic with friends. Outdoor seating, appropriately-spaced, masks. Had the mushroom risotto. It was delicious, the service was great, and everything was perfect. 5 stars. Enjoyed it so much that I took the husband, who is far more discerning than I when it comes to food. This time was also during the pandemic, pre-vaccine. Too cold to sit outside, so we sat at a high table next to the bar. We were very near to the one of the restaurant's entrances, so it was a bit uncomfortable with people entering/exiting so close to us. Still, we enjoyed our meals and drinks, and being served by the bartender was quick. Third time, I don't know what the heck happened. The menu was completely different. Server said it changes seasonally, but it was so drastic I couldn't find anything that appealed to me. The drink I loved was gone, too, and when I tried to explain what it was (even give them the name of it), no one seemed to know what I was talking about. I get it, restaurants like to mix things up. But when your new menu is unrecognizable you lose the people that came back solely for the previous menu. Our server was disappointing as well. New maybe? Been there too long perhaps? Just having a bad day? She was not very attentive, couldn't answer basic questions, took way too long for service, and had an attitude on top of it. It will be awhile before we try again.

Yelp
I've been to Edge, 4-6 times with my family (the only reason I keep going back is because certain family members like it). The first times, the food was B-/C+, service C/C-, atmosphere D. This most recent time, atmosphere was the same. Service was terrible, top to bottom. Clumsy and inaccurate. My food got to the table as my family was finishing. Then I got an explanation from the server about how she was new (blah blah blah). Bottom line: It's the typical Lehigh Valley Dining Experience. Overrated, overpriced food. Lousy service and atmosphere. Even my family, who typically enjoy Edge, weren't impressed. Unfortunate.

Yelp
Amazing, and wonderful service. The most delicious deserts you could find. The chocolates are extravagant. The cakes are always so fresh and absolutely delicious.
