Edge Retreats - Luxury Villas

We had an amazing experience with Edge Retreats. Our trip went seamlessly thanks to the great organizing ability of our team at Edge Retreats. They were friendly and efficient. They cared about our needs and were in constant touch with us in setting up an extraordinary trip. It was our first time renting a villa overseas and loved it. Every detailed was handled. We highly recommend Edge Retreats and will use them again.

This is my second time using Edge Retreat and their standard does not disappoint! if your looking for a fantastic, organized and luxurious trip I would definitely reccomend using them. A big shout out to Lori for working with me for months to ensure our family trip was a success!!! I really really enjoyed myself and have already started making plans for next years trip!!!

Not our first experience with Edge Retreats and again impressed. They are very good in finding the best luxury villas around the world, with attention to the local team's quality of service. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for top end properties.

I had used Kensington Tours before that is now using Travel Edge. The agent was so out of touch with where we were traveling she booked us in lower class hotels than I had asked for. In addition all of our hotels were either next to the airport or train station and NO WHERE near anything you could walk to. We also told her we didn’t need luxury hotels but wanted a full service premium full service hotel with restaurants, robes and amenities. When I told her I wanted to have private tours or small group tours, The emphasis is that we wanted a guided tour. She booked no tours except for the two we asked for explicitly. She got us entrance tickets with no guide and especially no tours. Our trip started in Madrid, went to Paris, Versailles, Trier, Stockholm and Helsinki. Luckily my son travels all the time with his job. He eventually cancelled much of their plans and supposedly refunded the car service (never happened). It was awful planning and I sent her a spreadsheet of every day what we would need, I.e. transportation, hotel, tour, flight. This was seriously a no brainer and our agent managed to completely screw it up. I don’t recommend travel edge.

A very badly run and organised middle man company. Only interested in taking your money and then it’s over to you to organise your stay. Deposits are returned when they are good and ready and only when you have spent 4 weeks emailing daily. The house we were convinced to rent was in the middle of nowhere at the end of a three mile single track. No mention of this before we arrived by the agents. The owner would walk through the grounds and property whenever he pleased. No privacy. Edge retreats are not up front, honest or reliable. Pick another agent.

Highly recommend Edge Retreats. They have an amazing array of villa's available but what sets them apart is the attentive service you get pre, during and post holiday (special thanks to Kevin). Nothing was too much trouble. We had an amazing week in Majorca and already saving up for next year!

The Villa is outstanding! Centrally located, plenty of room, and amazing finishes. We hardly left the pool. Coupled with a group of helpful and conscientious coordinators and staff, this place would be hard to beat.
