Edgeley Bed & Breakfast

Our first stay at Edgeley Bed & Breakfast earned Five Stars of satisfaction for hospitality, cleanliness, and overall satisfaction.|We stayed in the Queen bedroom which exudes elegance and comfort. Awakening to birdsong and sea views, warmed by a luxurious New Zealand made alpaca duvet was divine. Breakfast was delicious and we ordered different menu items which were equally prepared and served perfectly. The dining room is warmed ny a roaring fire and is appointed with tasteful period decor. Tracy and Jason are superb hosts and cheerfully answered our questions about the house and area.

Warm reception from lovely couple, spacious room with sea views. Super comfy bed, beautiful linens, bathroom amenities including heated towel rack & heater. Tea tray. Tv & wi-f (which make it a very modern B&B). After an amazing nights sleep woke to a delicious full English. Another plus was that after over a week on the road, we were able to do a tub of wash! House built in mid 1850's, and feels like something from another era (in a good way). Jason & Tracey are relatively new owners, this being only their second season, and they have plans for some refurbishing. I would guess it will only enhance this charming place, without losing any of the warmth, friendliness or old world specialness. Would go back in a heartbeat, and wish we had another day or two there ...

We were there during a winter storm and Tracy and Jason provided a very warm welcome. We had a very comfortable sleep and would recommend the B&B to others.||The place is old Victorian house with beautiful detailing, which has been accentuated with the interior decor. Great ocean views occasionally seen through the storm.

We stayed at Edgeley B&B for three night and have nothing but praise for our hosts and their B&B. Apart from the large room, comfortable bed and large bathroom, the "cooked to order breakfast prepared by Jason was superb. Jason even went out of his way to provide good old Vegemite for us too. Both Tracy & Jason ensured our stay was memorable, also providing the right advice for restaurants and places of interest. Especially getting to see the Yellow Eyed Penguins at Natures Wonders. We again thank them both for a fantastic stay at Edgeleys B&B.

The house is a lovely building located in an amazing hill with great views. Confortable, clean. Tracy and her Husband were adorable and helpful. They provide information and tips for our trip and a abundant breakfast.

Jason and Tracy, are both nice and helpful hosts. They go the extra mile to make sure our stay is memorable. The place is clean and spacious. We strongly recommend this BnB to anyone looking for that special Dunedin hospitality.
