Edible Arrangements

Paid extra for 1 hour delivery and it took three. When we called about it, they lied and said “oh he was just there and couldn’t find it, he’ll be back in five minutes.” Then our order tracker started moving and it still took two hours. Also, what was delivered was a joke and NOT worth $60. I have tried to contact them for a month now to resolve it and haven’t heard a single thing.

I placed an order last week for a scheduled 8:30am pickup. Nobody from the store contacted me to notify me that this location does not open until 9am. Both the Edible Arrangements corporate website and the Google listing show an 8am opening for this location. When I arrived, the store was dark and closed. I called the store and someone eventually answered, but showed no apology and placed the blame on corporate and Google for the incorrect hours. This was a sympathy arrangement for someone I was seeing at 9am. Because of this, I showed up empty-handed. While the arrangement was eventually delivered to Scottsville, that was after the fact and did not solve the original issue. That should not happen with a scheduled pickup.

I ordered a fruit arrangement with balloons for my friend’s anniversary, and the store did a wonderful job! The arrangement looked pretty and had fresh fruit. My friends loved it!!! I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I stopped by today for a nutritious smoothies and was offered kindness and hospitality to boot! Remember this business for your next celebration or a fantastic refreshment!

Twice now, I have received arrangements that were sad looking. I cannot believe the amount that people have spent thinking they are getting me a lovely gift...I haven't had the heart to tell them these were awful. They weren't arrangements at all...just fruit and brownies (?) on a wooden tray with what looks like a napkin. The second one had flowers in it with no water. ??? Shameful.

Needed to order a last minute gift today. Google hours and the store's website says they open at 8am. I showed up at 8:40am and the store was closed. Posted hours on the door showed an opening time of 9am so I ran an errand and came back at 9:09. Store was still not opened. Why waste people's time if you don't plan to stick to your own business hours?

Great place to get fresh fruit arrangements. Was very happy with my purchase.

Unfortunately the quality has gone down hill! The strawberries in my last order were tiny! really disappointing as they used to have the best, most fresh fruit

Received a fruit basket from them purchased from a friend was delivered with BRUISED Bananas, moldy strawberry's and missing the grapes that the picture shows that showed should be included grateful of the gift very disappointed in their quality and service called customer service haven't heard nothing

I was surprised on Saturday with an arrangement and it was beautiful! The fruit was ripe and fresh. Everything was perfect!

An exceptional experience with edible arrangements in Rochester, NY Refreshing to have the store manager answer the phone well before opening time. Was most kind in helping me select product & in the selection of what to put on the card. Above & beyond. Really appreciated the personal service over the phone 1000's of miles away. Just wow! Will most definately use again.

Best gifts to brighten someone's day! There's a wide variety of arrangements for any occasion. And so delicious! I never came across anyone that didn't like the fruit or the chocolate covered strawberries etc.

Love the arrangements and service - would give five stars if price were better! Recipients were very happy to receive the unique gifts.

Christmas Eve 2018 and ordered an arrangement for my sister and her husband. The grapes, strawberry's and pineapple were delish, but both kinds of melons were hard, crispy and had no taste/flavor at all. The melons made up aprox 50% of the arrangement. I was both embarrassed and disappointed in the quality of the fruit. For the price they charge, this should never be the case. I had had an arrangement, a week and a half prior, purchased for my work by a family and it was great. Thought I would give them a try.............wont do that again.

Ordered an arrangement for a coworker who was out sick. She happen to send me a picture of the arrangement which looked nothing like what I ordered and spent a lot of money on. I called the store and spoke to a lady who asked for the pictures. She immediately returned my call and agreed that was not at all what it should have looked like. She refunded my money and sent out another treat to make up for the mistake. Although it was an awful arrangement the customer service was beyond amazing in rectifying this. Not nearly enough companies have customer service like this. They have definitely made a future customer out of me for their response to the mistake.

I order from the Pittsford Edible Arrangement several times a year. The product is always good quality. The staff is always luke warm. This is an expensive product and my family really enjoys it which is why I go back but there is little effort to make me feel like a valued customer.

I ordered a bouquet for my dad for his birthday. He wasn't home when they tried to deliver it. I called the store and spoke to the manager Michelle. They were having a huge party that night and I explained to her that it was for that. Michelle ended up personally delivering it for me to get it to my dad in time. Thank you for going above and beyond and making digital communications that much easier for someone in Tampa!

This is the third year I've used edible arrangement on Monroe ave, Rochester, ny. They were not at all flexible when I asked if they could deliver it the same day....their reply was "all the drivers are gone for the day" like they were a huge mega company of some sort. This was a Friday and mid day, approx. three miles away from the delivery address yet the lady on the phone remained iron rod inflexible. I'm going to call them "Inflexible Arrangements" from now on. The arrangement was for my Dad's 96th Birthday and I was in Phoenix and he's in Rochester so I went ahead and ordered the arrangement to save myself any further aggravation. "Monday (I said politely) would be fine for delivery." Thought I'd let them have their way this time....... Should my Dad be blessed to reach his 97th birthday, AND he's a veteran of WWII - Marine Corp, I'll find someone else with better customer service. Pat H. Phoenix

I called Edible when they opened at 9:00am to order an arrangement to be delivered to my daughter's work today. The employee says, 'I'm sorry, the driver already left with all the deliveries.' Before they opened-- see what they did there? So, I ask, 'What time can you deliver today?' She said 'between 5 and 6 tonight.' I said "are you crazy? Everyone will be going home!" Then, here it comes... Wait for it.... 'Well, sir that's why it's best not to wait till the last minute.' I said "My daughter works less than a half mile from your store. Could you deliver it?" Oh, no - that's not possible. "Can I pay an expedite fee to get it delivered sooner?" No. Is there anything you can do to help? You must deal with this all the time in your business, right? Well, sir we don't really guarantee a delivery time. If you read the information online on our website, you would know that already. Terrible, terrible business practices. I don't care what it says on the website... I can't be the only one who is planning 'last minute' to deliver some goodies to a family member on their birthday. Next time when I do think in advance, I'm going across the street to Wegmans, who was kind enough to offer to hand-deliver a sheet cake to my daughter's work themselves. I called at 9:15. They're making the cake and delivering it by noon. Oh, and it's cheaper!

Called this store location from out of state to order a bouquet for a family member in Rochester. The woman I spoke with over the phone was very short, unhelpful and sounded as if she could not be bothered taking my simple order. If I was more familiar with the area, I would definitely suggest going elsewhere.

The worst customer service ever!!!! My card was charged for an amount that they couldn't figure out nor find it in their system. Yet my bank account was charged. I had to get the bank on the line to confirm because the store manager name LINDA insinuated that I did not make that purchase there and she was refusing to apologize for their employees mistake for charging my card incorrectly. She continue to have an attitude saying she will not credit my account because she doesn't know nor see the charge in her end. I was very upset. She walked away to leave her employees to deal with it. There is an employee name Shea ?? Who was the best in handling and diffusing the situation. She got Rich who was above LINDA and bank spoke to him and confirm my card was charged. He apologized but in the same breath said she was stressed which I continue to say that is no excuse. He agreed. He then gave me the two boxes.. to Rich, please find a new store manager, for your revenue sake!! She is the worse. This is the store located on Monroe Ave. Rochester NY. Horrible!!! Go to the Greece location. I ordered two boxes yesterday and was in and out with no problem.
