Edison’s Is My New Go-To Spot This was one of my first visits to Edison’s, and I can honestly say it won’t be my last. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm and inviting, and the service was on point. A huge shoutout to Amanda, who absolutely made the experience. Not only was she friendly, fast, and incredibly attentive, but she was also training a new hire at the same time — and doing it flawlessly. You could tell she really knows her stuff. She handled the bar like a pro while giving the new team member clear guidance and support. It’s rare to see someone deliver top-tier service and train at the same time without missing a beat. The drink menu was impressive — plenty of unique cocktails along with classics done right. Everything tasted fresh and well balanced. The food menu was just as solid. Great flavors, generous portions, and definitely worth the price. Overall, Edison’s delivers a perfect mix of great service, great drinks, and great food. Amanda deserves major props, and management is lucky to have her. I’m giving this place a full 5 stars and will absolutely be coming back!

We’ve come here multiple times and honestly, everything thing here is amazing! Must try the deviled eggs, crab cakes, and if you love oysters, they make a mean cocktail sauce! Love that you can have a nice place to order drinks, good and unique foods, and watch some football! We also love our waitress, Madeline! She is very attentive, kind, and has come back multiple times to ensure we have everything we need.

You owe it to yourself to check out this amazing gastropub! Fun and comfortable environment, both inside and out. Service was outstanding, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious! The elotes nearly stole the show...I've never had better. Definitely the best lobster roll around, only companion I had was one I had fresh on the coast. We did the warm lobster roll and lobster grilled cheese...both were fantastic. Nice big chunks of lobster from Maine. We also tried the nachos which was an explosion of flavor between the slaw, mango habanero sauce, and pulled pork. I can't recommend this place enough...also be sure to keep an eye out for their fun events and great deals.

Beautifully decorated for the holiday. Great atmosphere and delicious drinks. Very pricey, but I know thats common anymore. Went with coworkers and we all enjoyed our drinks and appetizers.

My sister and I ate here for lunch yesterday. First time for me. I had the Maine Lobster roll and it was one of the best ones I've ever had. Full of lobster and so fresh! My sister had the Chicken Tortilla Soup and a dozen oysters. She said all was excellent! We had a great waitress and the owner came by and introduced himself (sorry I can't remember names). They also had popcorn that we enjoyed before our meal. This place is a gem and we are lucky to have that fresh seafood in the QCA!

Our lunch crew had lunch and a few drinks. Most of us it was the first time stopping for lunch here. Smoked pork sandwiches needed more taste so we asked for some barbecue sauce which it made them better. The rubans looked good but I never heard from that end of the table how they were? Waitress was great, she kept our drinks full and asked often if anyone needed anything. Very good time.

Stopped in for the half off food after it gets late, and stayed for the food and the impeccable service from pony tail bartender. The variety of food is worthy, and the draft list is even better. I I got a wide variety of food stuffs, oysters, ceviche, French onion soup, shrimp tacos and whoops, more oysters because you can’t beat them for the price. The flavors are direct but not overpoweringly in your face. They’re balanced and nuanced with helping hands from other spices and whatnots ( like the soy sauce concoction that comes with the oysters ). The French onion soup was the best that I’ve ever had, and again, it’s because of the balance of flavors rather than putting the weight of it all on one particular taste. Happy mouth, happy brain, happy life. Also as someone who’s from out of town, the fact that they have good drinks on draft is a lovely happenstance. I think I might be in love with gastropubs.

For a busy Friday night in Bettendorf, great / friendly service with very tasty food options. Decent menu verity consisting of American food with a great outdoor patio seating and friendly service. Establishment was neat, parking was convenient, restrooms were clean and food quality and portion sizes reflected the price. Menu items we ordered listed below: Boom Boom shrimp taco's: 4⭐️ Really good but not mind blowing. Definitely worth trying. Smoked pork tacos: Good portion size, tasty, could use some more topping but definitely a must try. The drink menu was great. Definitely worth trying more then one. Overall great experience. Definitely worth checking out and we plan on coming back to try more menu items.

I won a gift card at the Quad Cities Sled Hockey golf outing. I 've passed them before but now I will be stopping again! We arrived around one o'clock but there were other folks dining and chatting. We had the lunch portions, which were plenty big. The help was wonderful - thanks Sara

I would not suggest this location to anyone & I hate saying this period. I went here and waited over 15 for a simple 4oz drink that was near $20... I cannot tell you how long we waited for the food.. which was fish tacos and ceviche'. They were also out of chicken before 3pm. The people we were with were in from Chicago and were driving back right after this meal made it a point to mention the price & lack of service.. For this price in the Midwest you better receive epic service, and organic local food... that was not our experience.* The only thing I truly liked was the live music. And outdoor seating. Our portions were so small. :(

Went for he Bottomiless Drinks for a Hawkeye game. Horrible service, the food tasted like chemicals and we couldn't eat most of it, when told the owner we were ready to leave, he didn't seem to care at all. Trash.

Food: I ordered the chicken club panini. It was good. Service: very nice and quick on providing drinks Ambiance: small two floor area. Loud music with the environment of a regular bar with darts, booths and bar.

$$$$$$$$$$$ everything is over priced. 5+ stars for Megan - super sweet, attentive, expert mixologist.

I've been here twice in one year. The service is good and it was fun. I ordered the French onion soup, which has been bragged about online as a new recipe supposedly by this restaurant it reminded me of swamp sludge with three times the amount of salt A normal bowl of soup requires. I did eat the cheese that was melted on top and that's all I could stomach. It was dark, brown, thick, not tasty, and extremely salty. My friend ordered the same thing I did and I noticed she did not finish her bowl of soup either. Neither one of us said anything because we were with a dozen people and didn't want to distract from the experience . Now, I've had French onion soup at two other popular restaurants in the Quad cities, and I've always loved it, so I know what good French onion soup should taste like. this was something from another portal of existence.

This is a newer spot in town. I don't believe this is a great spot for dinner as the menu is lacking. While I haven't had their new menu, the old one didn't have a lot to choose from. The deviled eggs were great, however. The three stars go to the staff :)

The food was okay but not great for the price. Drinks aren't bad. Slow service and loud atmosphere. Maybe an off night because the first time I was here is was fantastic food. Super long wait both times.

Met a coworker here for a late dinner on a Monday night. It was surprisingly quiet and chill. The interior was very clean. We sat at the bar and got friendly service from the staff. The beer selection was solid and their drink menu had a lot of options to explore. The menu is pretty simple. It really focuses on small dishes. I came in wanting to try a bunch of oysters but pivoted to edamame, nigiri and temaki rolls. I'm pretty well versed in Japanese cuisine and have had temaki before, but not like this. They have an updated style about it. Taco format makes them more appealing somehow. I will 100% try them again. I want them to make more options. My nigiri combo was simple, straightforward -3/4" wide by 2" long by 1/4" thick cuts. I would've loved to see some more variety combo of diverse cuts (unagi, tamago, saba, akami). The only slight negative feedback I have is: 1) the nigiri knife work was rough and on the small side (not pictured), 2) the edamame was light on salt/flavor but was cooked perfect, 3) value - cost was definitely on the higher end per portion size - even for sushi. A lot more positive than negative to go around here. Really looking forward to repeat visits

What an amazing neighborhood find. This place has a really cool vibe for a restaurant found in a neighborhood strip center! There's a nice outside patios seating area and an upstairs that can be reserved for parties. The inside area is nice centered around the bar. Service was friendly and good - attentive but not overly so. We ordered the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and pulled pork tacos with Elote. Both were filling and we took half our food home. Definitely will be back when in the are

Came for Lunch, chicken quesadilla, soup & elote. Lots of food. Great service. Been here before for drinks. Great drinks as well a bit small.

We came here for dinner late one night. The server was really nice but she was definitely busy. We had to flag her down a few times. The food was great and I really want to come back for happy hour and brunch. I do feel like this place doesn't know what it wants to be yet. It's a mix between night club and vibey restaurant

It wasn't where we were planning to eat, but drove by and we liked that it had outdoor seating. So glad we did! I had the Maine Lobster roll and it was just like being back in Bar Harbor. Lots of fresh lobster, authentically seasoned. I chose the coleslaw as my side and it was probably the best one I have ever had. I loved the pickled red onions in it. I had the cucumber margarita( actually I had 3), and it had just the right kick and not overtaken by the cucumber. My husband had the carnitas tacos and the aloete for his side and he loved the heat! He had an Old Fashioned made with Woodford Reserve Bourbon, made perfectly with orange bitters. Our server was excellent and food came out quickly and drinks were refilled promptly. I can't wait to come back to the Quad Cities to eat here again.

Update:two of the four in our group got food poisoning! Average all around. Food was ok but nothing overly great. Service was super slow and there was only one other table occupied. It's a great location in Bettendorf.

Smoked wings: very disappointing and much too expensive for the low quality. They were not done and lacked good flavor.

Good experience bar tender was very nice cute and talkative drinks were good! Food was okay! But overall a good time especially for a drinking hangout day!

The lobster roll was poorly executed and was small. The kitchen was slow and so was the service.

We were looking forward to trying the food. The cocktails we had on a different evening were very good. We ordered the smoked wings which tasted decent but were overcooked, the homemade blue cheese was very good. I ordered the crab and corn quesadilla, wish I hadn't. The crab was overcooked and not fresh which made the whole thing not taste good. We may return if they change their menu, but the prices are expensive as well.

Fun/lively vibe and ambiance! Modern big city feel. Not your normal pub bar in a good way. Friendly prompt service with a smile! I'm not into oysters but they looked good. We Had Nigiri sampler, lobster devil eggs, edamame. Tasty cocktails. Will definitely come back, it was just fun.

Nice atmosphere! Made a reservation on the website. So glad to find a place that takes reservations! Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The drinks are fantastic as was the food. The new menu is smallish but the variety is really good. There was something for everyone in the group! Love that they have 2 different lobster rolls on the menu! Not easy to find a lobster roll in the Quad Cities. We will definitely go back!

Terrible overpriced food. Worse service. Strobe lights and loud club music while trying to eat a rubbery lobster roll ruined the evening.

While the drinks were good and the interior was nice and clean, the music choice threw us off. It sounded more like a club than a trendy upscale restaurant. Most unfortunate was that neither of us enjoyed the food we ordered. The lobster roll was so salty and over seasoned that we couldn't eat it.
