Clothe I bought last year Nov were lost during the delivering process, contacted both Edit and NZ Post at the same time.
When communicating with the “Boss” . I found that he kept making excuses, spoke rudely, and was arrogant. Perhaps he really didn’t care about the customer services.
The conclusion after the communication is nothing to do with Edit. I need to contact NZ Post and sort out this myself. Ridiculous!
After being waiting for 6 months, I finally got my money. The funny thing is the case manager from NZ Post called me and said in the case of lost parcil, the sender should refund first, and then they have to deal the claim with NZ Post afterwards. This is never receiver’s job.
I share this story with you all, hoping that you will know what to do if this situation happens to you in the future.
