I walked in to repurchase my fragrance I wear everyday and was genuinely disgusted by the attitude of the associate with the mustache. He was dismissive, rude, and carried an air of entitlement that felt completely out of place—and frankly, quite embarrassing for a brand of this caliber. As a frequent customer who came in knowing what they wanted without requesting to have a sit down fragrance discovery session, it was extremely off putting and unacceptable behavior.
My husband and I have been loyal to Frédéric Malle for years, visiting boutiques in Dubai, London, Paris, Milan, and LA. We’ve always been treated with professionalism and courtesy—until now. It’s unfortunate that this visit left such a negative impression. I won’t be returning to the brand after this experience.
